MicroRNA,which is found in recent years,is a class of small noncoding RNAs of about 18-24 nucleotides in length,that can regulate gene expression.It induces mRNA degradation or inhibit translation of tagert genes mainly by complete or incomplete base pairing to the 3' untranslated region of tagert messenger RNAs.The application of microRNA biology technology provides new methods to the research of multiple diseases,and can further elucidate its occurrence,development mechanism.In this paper,microRNA biology-related researches are introduced and miR-125 in a variety of diseases is reviewed.

Objective To investigate the practicality and stability of self -made bedside angle instrument in clinic .Methods 81 cases of mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=42) and the control group(n=39) .The bed head in the control group was elevated according to the experience and sensation .However the bed head in the experimental group was elevated by the self-made bedside angle instrument .The bed head elevation angle in the two groups was measured at the differ-ent timepoints .Results The accuracy of bed head elevation was 100% in the experimental group and 57 .69% in the control group , the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The bedside angle instrument has good practicality and stability ,effectively ensures the accuracy of the bed head elevation and contributes to conduct the body posture nursing on the patients with mechanical ventilation .

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture (EA) with different frequencies in treating migraine.Methods: Ninety patients with migraine were divided into a low frequency electroacupuncture (LF-EA) group, a high frequency electroacupuncture (HF-EA) group and a variable frequency electroacupuncture (VF-EA) group by the random number table method. Shuaigu (GB 8), Hegu (LI 4), Waiguan (TE 5), Taichong (LR 3), Taiyang (EX-HN 5), Fengchi (GB 20) and Ashi points were selected for all three groups. After achieving needling sensation (Deqi), the LF-EA group received 2 Hz continuous wave EA stimulation; the HF-EA group received 100 Hz continuous wave EA stimulation, and the VF-EA group received 2 Hz/100 Hz sparse-dense wave EA stimulation. The EA stimulation lasted for 30 min in all the three groups, once a day, 10 times as a course, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after 2 consecutive courses of treatment. Results: After treatment, the total effective rates in the LF-EA group, HF-EA group and VF-EA group were 77.7％, 83.3％ and 93.3％, respectively. The difference in total effective rate between the LF-EA and HF-EA groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05), but the total effective rate was significantly higher in the VF-EA group than in the LF-EA and HF-EA groups (both P<0.01). After treatment, the headache scores significantly decreased in all three groups (all P<0.01). The difference in headache score between the LF-EA and HF-EA groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05), while the score was significantly lower in the VF-EA group than in the LF-EA and HF-EA groups (both P<0.01). Conclusion: VF-EA (2 Hz/100 Hz), compared with LF-EA (2 Hz) and HF-EA (100 Hz), shows superior clinical efficacy in treating migraine.

Objective To study the relationship between QT interval and the components of metabolic syndrome in adult Chinese population.Methods Totally 975 adults(494 men and 481 women)aged 41~53 from the study cohort of Fetal Origin of Adult Disease(FOAD)were recruited in the study for epidemiologic examinations,involving anthropometry and measurements of blood pressure,fasting and 2hr plasma levels of glucose and insulin and serum levels of lipid.A standard 12-lead ECG was recorded and the corrected QT(QTc)was calculated accordingly by Bazett formula.HOMA-IR index was calculated for estimating individual insulin resistance.Metabolic syndrome(MS)was diagnosed according to the definition issued by the International Diabetes Federation(IDF)in 2005.Results The prolonged QT interval was found in 262 of the 975 cases(26.9%),and the rates of prolonged QT interval being 21.6% and 32.6% in men and women respectively(P=0.0001).The prevalences of MS,IR,central obesity,IFG,higher serum level of triglyceride(TG)and lower serum level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were 19.7%,19.5%,42.5%,34.3%,26.3%,34.6% and 31.1% in this mid-aged population respectively.The prolonged QT interval was significantly associated with MS,IR,IFG,higher serum level of triglyceride(TG)and certral obesity respectively(P

Objective To explore the effects of gestation exposure to dibutyltin dilaurate (DBTD) on the activity of enzymes in the testis and the spermatogenesis function in the mature male offspring of Wistar rats. Methods The pregnant rats were treated with DBTD by gavage at the doses of 0, 10, 20 and 30 mg/kg for days, from 12th-20th days of gestation. On 70th postnatal day, 10 male offspring rats were selected randomly from each group for measurements of the viscera coefficient of testis and the sperm count in epididymis, the activity of enzymes of testis was determined by spectrophotometry. Results There were no significant differences seen in the body weight gain of pregnant rats from days 12-20 of gestation, litter size, sex ratio of fetuses and body weight of male offspring rats between the experimental groups and the control group. Objective To investigate the effect of position ventilation(PPV) on oxygenation,the airway sputum drainage and hemodynamic of acute respiratory distress comprehensive syndrome(ARDS).Methods From June 2015 to April 2016,13 cases with moderate or severe ARDS were researched.The changes of PaO2,PaCO2,SpO2,PaO2/FiO2 and airway sputum drainage were observed as well as HR,MAP,CVP,CO,CI,SVV,etc.Results Totally 56 PPV were taken.Compared with pre-treatment of PPV,the number of PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 increased from (74.7±13.18) mm Hg and 168.65±22.12 to (92.13±17.82) mm Hg and 208.80±24.04(P<0.05) respectively;SpO2 and airway sputum drainage increased from (95.32±2.76)% and (7.84±1.68)mL to (97.04±1.84)% and (13.25±3.55)mL(P=0.000).However,there were no significant differences in HR,MAP,CVP,CO,CI and SVV(P>0.05).Conclusion PPV can effectively improve oxygenation in patients with ARDS and promote airway sputum drainage,and hemodynamic effects are not obvious.However,nursing intervention still should be strengthened.

Objective To study the effect of lactobacillus on serum histamine ,interleukin‐5(IL‐5) ,interleukin‐12(IL‐12) and tissue intercellular cell adhesion molecule‐1(ICAM‐1) on the rats of allergic rhinitis model .Methods Totally 48 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group ,model group ,Lactobacillus (LBA) group (1 × 1010 CUF/kg) and loratadine (LRD) group (5 mg/kg) ,there were 12 SD rats in each group .LBA Group administered once daily for a total of 6 weeks ;LRD group administered once daily for seven days .Then the clinical symptoms indexes ,the content of serum histamine ,IL‐5 ,IL‐12 ,the changes of tissue pathological ,the mRNA and protein of ICAM‐1 were compared .Results Lactobacilli can significantly improve symptoms score of allergic rhinitis in rats ,the pathological score ,reduce serum histamine ,IL‐5 levels ,ICAM‐1 mRNA and protein expression of tissue , and increase IL‐12 proportion ,thus it showed significant efficacy .Conclusion Long‐term (approximately six weeks) given lactoba‐cilli played a therapeutic role of allergic rhinitis by reducing serum histamine ,IL‐5 levels and ICM A‐1 expression in tissues ,in‐creased serum IL‐12 level .
