1.Perinatal care of 5 pregnant patients with hypoparathyroidism
Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(3):12-15
Objective To explore the experience of nursing the patients with hypoparathyroidism. Methods Five pregnant patients with hypoparathyroidism hospitalized in our hospital during January 2009 to December 2015 were included in the study. The nursing intervention included performance of health care during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum nursing. Results The thyroid function of the 5 patients became normal after medication and delicate care. All underwent cesarean resection and all the infants were normal in terms of thyroid function. Conclusions Pregnancy combined with hypoparathyroidism is of high risk and harmful for mothers and neonates. So they should be under management of high risk pregnancy. The prenatal, intrapartum and postpartum nursing measures should be implemented to ensure the safety of delivery.
2.Discussion about Current Pathological Education as Abnormal Morphology
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(08):-
With the rapid development of high science and technology, new teaching methods related to computer and electronic message techniques, have been applied to the recent medical education.Classical pathological teaching model has been gradually replaced by the modern way. This paper reports our teaching reformed practice by using the new technology and form the current educational theory.

Objective To establish the blood glucose fluctuation diabetic rat model by subcutaneous injecting insulin. Method The male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly assigned into two groups, normal group ( n =20) and model group ( n =40). Normal group rats were fed with normal diet, model group rats were fed with a high-sucrose-high-fat diet. After 6 weeks, a low dose of streptozotocin ( STZ ,30mg/kg) was injected to induce hyperglycemia in model group rats. And then the model group rats were ran-dom divided into two subgroups, diabetic group ( n = 20) and blood glucose fluctuation group ( n = 20). Blood glucose fluctuation group rats were induced by subcutaneous injecting insulin twice daily. All rats were executed after intervening for 3 months, metabolic cages were used to collect 24-hour urine one week before all rats were executed. Results The average blood glucose levels (MBG), the standard deviation of daily aver-age blood glucose (SDBG) and the largest amplitude of glycemic excursions (LAGE) were significant differ-ent (P<0. 05) among normal group, diabetic group and blood glucose fluctuation group. The 24 hours, pro-teinuria of diabetic group and blood glucose fluctuation group was higher than that in normal group[( 100. 38±7. 99)mg/24h vs (18. 13±1.41)mg/24h, (123. 71±11.23) mg/24h vs (18.13 ± 1.41 ) mg/24h, P <0.01] , and blood glucose fluctuation group was higher than diabetic group[(123. 71 ± 11.23 )mg/24h vs(100.38±7.99)mg/24h, P <0.05] . Conclusions The blood glucose fluctuation diabetic rats model was successfully induced by the method of subcutaneous insulin injection in diabetic rats twice daily.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 1999;0(02):-
Objective To monitor the release of amino acids of the whole retina during and after experimental glaucoma by increasing the intraocular pressure (IOP). Methods Experimental glaucoma was induced in one of the two eyes of rabbits by increasing IOP at 120 mm Hg for 45 min under infusion of saline in anterior chamber;then the pressure was released and the needle inserted into the anterior chamber was removed, this state was maintained for another 45 min.Every 15 min during the experiment 5 rabbits were killed and experimental eyes were enucleated.Aliquots (20 ?l) of the retinal extracts (see below) were mixed with ophthaldialdehyde reagent and analysed for amino acid content by the HPLC method of Wangwei, using a 150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m C18 column. Results A large increase in the release of glutamate, but not of the other three amino acids monitored, occurred during initial experimental ocular hypertension. It reached peak value of (111.73?17.46) 10 -5 mmol/g at 15 min of hypertension.15 min after release of intraocular pressure, again, immediately large and specific increase in the concentration of glutamate was reached to (102.96?51.91) 10 -5 mmol/g.In eyes subjected to paracentesis of anterior chamber,no difference was found between experimental eyes and controls. Conclusion These results suggest that glutamate is triggered by increasing the IOP,and it releases not only during the period of experimental ocular hypertension, but also afterwards.

Objective:By measuring the expression of nuclear factor of ?B(NF-?B) and apoptosis in the tissue of benign and malignant pancreatic diseases. Methods:The expression of NF-?B factor was measured by immunohistochemical method to measure. The expression of apoptosis for cells was determined by TUNEL method. Results: When measuring the expression of NF-?B p65 protein in the tissue,we found firstly,in the tissue of pancreatic cancer,NF-?B p65 protein was located in the nucleolus and cytoplasm, the number of positive cell was obviously more than that in the control group(P

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(10):-
Objective To explore the clinicopathelogical features of resectable carcinoma of the head of (pancreas). Methods A retrospcctive analysis was made on the clinicopathological data of 102 patients with cancer of the head of pancreas, who had received pancreatoduodenectomy from Nanfang Hospital in January 1990 to January 2003. Results The incidence rate of the peri-pancreatic tissue infiltration was 74.5%,the infiltration rate of retroperitonealfat was 27.5% and the incidence rate of peri-pancreatic lymph-node (metastasis) was 71.6%. Metastasis rate of 21.1% was seen in the abdominal aorta lymph nodes. (Conclusions) Surgically resectable carcinoma of the pancreatic head is not equivalent to early cancer. The surgical area of radical resection of cancer of the pancreatic head should at least include pancreatoduodenectomy and clearance of regional soft tissue and lymph nodes. It may be more reasonable if the abdominal aorta lymph nodes were assigned to the first station of lymph drainage of carcinoma of head of the pancreas.

Objective To analyze the clinical features and treatment and prognosis of Paget's diseases.Method 7 cases of Paget's disease of the extramammary have been encountered. Results 3 patients with groin matastases were died within 5 years, the patients without groin matastases were all surrived. Conclusions Surgery is the treatment of first choice for Paget's disease. Prognosis of patient with groin matastases is very poor.
