1.Perinatal care of 5 pregnant patients with hypoparathyroidism
Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(3):12-15
Objective To explore the experience of nursing the patients with hypoparathyroidism. Methods Five pregnant patients with hypoparathyroidism hospitalized in our hospital during January 2009 to December 2015 were included in the study. The nursing intervention included performance of health care during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum nursing. Results The thyroid function of the 5 patients became normal after medication and delicate care. All underwent cesarean resection and all the infants were normal in terms of thyroid function. Conclusions Pregnancy combined with hypoparathyroidism is of high risk and harmful for mothers and neonates. So they should be under management of high risk pregnancy. The prenatal, intrapartum and postpartum nursing measures should be implemented to ensure the safety of delivery.

Objective To establish the blood glucose fluctuation diabetic rat model by subcutaneous injecting insulin. Method The male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly assigned into two groups, normal group ( n =20) and model group ( n =40). Normal group rats were fed with normal diet, model group rats were fed with a high-sucrose-high-fat diet. After 6 weeks, a low dose of streptozotocin ( STZ ,30mg/kg) was injected to induce hyperglycemia in model group rats. And then the model group rats were ran-dom divided into two subgroups, diabetic group ( n = 20) and blood glucose fluctuation group ( n = 20). Blood glucose fluctuation group rats were induced by subcutaneous injecting insulin twice daily. All rats were executed after intervening for 3 months, metabolic cages were used to collect 24-hour urine one week before all rats were executed. Results The average blood glucose levels (MBG), the standard deviation of daily aver-age blood glucose (SDBG) and the largest amplitude of glycemic excursions (LAGE) were significant differ-ent (P<0. 05) among normal group, diabetic group and blood glucose fluctuation group. The 24 hours, pro-teinuria of diabetic group and blood glucose fluctuation group was higher than that in normal group[( 100. 38±7. 99)mg/24h vs (18. 13±1.41)mg/24h, (123. 71±11.23) mg/24h vs (18.13 ± 1.41 ) mg/24h, P <0.01] , and blood glucose fluctuation group was higher than diabetic group[(123. 71 ± 11.23 )mg/24h vs(100.38±7.99)mg/24h, P <0.05] . Conclusions The blood glucose fluctuation diabetic rats model was successfully induced by the method of subcutaneous insulin injection in diabetic rats twice daily.

Objective To compare three methods for culture of fetal cortical neurons of SD rats and find out the suitable culture conditions of fetal cortical neurons in vitro. Methods The cortex of 16-18-day embryonic rat was used for culture in this study.Mechanical dissociation, trypsin digestion and papain digestion were applied respectively to the neuron culture. The morphological characteristics of neuronal cells at different time points were observed and neuron purity was identified by immunofluorescence staining assay. Results High purity of the fetal rat cortical neurons was successfully achieved by all the three culture methods, and each had distinct morphological characteristics at different time points. The purity of neurons was 96.28%, 95.63%and 97.34%, respectively, with no significant differences among the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusions The three culture methods are improved in our study.Stable neurons with high purity can be obtained by all the three methods respectively, and each of these methods has distinct characteristics.

Objective:By measuring the expression of nuclear factor of ?B(NF-?B) and apoptosis in the tissue of benign and malignant pancreatic diseases. Methods:The expression of NF-?B factor was measured by immunohistochemical method to measure. The expression of apoptosis for cells was determined by TUNEL method. Results: When measuring the expression of NF-?B p65 protein in the tissue,we found firstly,in the tissue of pancreatic cancer,NF-?B p65 protein was located in the nucleolus and cytoplasm, the number of positive cell was obviously more than that in the control group(P

OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the nutritional status and nosocomial infection of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients before and after the chemoradiotherapy treatment.
METHOD:
An analysis was made for the nutritional and nosocomial infection status of 82 cases before and after chemoradiotherapy treatment.
RESULT:
Statistically significant differences were revealed between indexes related with nutritional status such as body mass, hemoglobin, serum albumin before and after the treatment. Sixty-three patients occurred nosocomial infection. The infection rate was 76.83%. The main risk factor was oropharynx mucosal lesion and the rate is 92.68%. Isolates of 39 bacteria were found, of which Gram-negative organisms were 58.97%, Fungi were 30.77%, Gram-positive ones were 7.69%, Herpes zoster were 2.56%.
CONCLUSION
Chemoradiotherapy has negative influence on nutritional status of patients. Medical personnel should pay attention to patients' nutritional status and do a good job of nutritional status monitoring, nutrition support, dieting guidance, reducing side effects, in order to improve the patient's tolerability and quality of life. The nosocomial infection rate of Gram-negative bacteria of oropharyngeal mucosal is the highest in patients with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer during chemoradiotherapy. It is very important for us to prevent and control nosocomial infection.

Journal of Clinical Surgery 1999;0(05):-
Objective To analyze the clinical features and treatment and prognosis of Paget's diseases.Method 7 cases of Paget's disease of the extramammary have been encountered. Results 3 patients with groin matastases were died within 5 years, the patients without groin matastases were all surrived. Conclusions Surgery is the treatment of first choice for Paget's disease. Prognosis of patient with groin matastases is very poor.
