1.Progress in the adrenal insufficient and adrenal crisis of critical children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;(6):615-617,620
Recent studies have showed that adrenal insufficiency are common in some status of critically ill children, like systemic inflammatory response syndrome, sepsis, shock,et al.The frequency of adrenal crisis was also higher than expectation. The currrent glucocorticoid replacement therapies are inclined to lower dose [ hydrocortisone 20 ~ 25 mg/( m2· d) ].The adrenal function could be evaluated with the free cortisol index and calculated free cortisol.A new method,temperature-controlled centrifugal ultrafiltration with chemiluminescence immunoassay, has been used to detect the free cotisol, which has improved the clinical practicality.
2.Bacterial monitoring on ICU bedside notebook computer keyboards and mice before and after comprehensive intervention
Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2015;(12):843-845
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention measures on reducing the bacterial colonization of the intensive care unit (ICU)bedside notebook computer keyboards and mice. Methods According to bacterial contamination of ICU bedside notebook computer keyboards and mice, comprehensive intervention meas-ures were taken (including wiping computer keyboards and mice with alcohol twice a day, intensifying hand hy-giene,and monitoring hand-washing compliance),specimens of keyboards and mice were taken, bacterial detection results were analyzed. Results Before intervention, bacterial counts of keyboards and mice of 8 specimens were all>5 CFU/cm2 ,detection rate of Bacillus subtilis was 64.71 %,Micrococcus ,coagulase negative staphylococcus, Acinetobacter baumannii ,and Klebsiella pneumoniae were 17.65%-58.82%,Escherichia coli and Acinetobacter calcoaceticus were both 5.88%.After comprehensive intervention measures were taken, bacterial counts of only two specimens of keyboards and mice were >5 CFU/cm2 ,the qualified rate of monitoring result after intervention was significantly higher than before intervention (88.24% vs 52.94%;χ2 =5.10,P <0.05).Conclusion Compre-hensive intervention measures can significantly reduce bacterial count on ICU bedside notebook computer keyboards and mice, and decrease the occurrence of healthcare-associated infection.
3.The results analysis of the rapid detection of HPV genetype in 282 cervical cancer precursor cases
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(11):1426-1427,1430
Objective To evaluate the clinical values of human papilloma virus(HPV)testing in screening for women of early cervical cancer lesion. Methods 282 cases of cervical screening of patients had received cervical exfoliated cells collection,at the same time for a liquid thin-layer cytology test(TCT)and HPV genotyping detection.Abnormal results received histologic examina-tion,the results regarded as the diagnostic gold standard by pathological examination. Results In HPV DNA positive group(126 cases),by liquid based cytology,NILM,ASCUS,LSIL,HSIL and SCC were found in 53,22,32,18,1 cases,respectively.His-topathologic examination positive rate was 42.86%.In HPV DNA negative group(156 cases),there were 133 cases with NILM,16 cases with ASCUS,and 7 cases with LSIL.Histopathologic examination positive rate was 11.54%.Two groups of patients with pathologic positive rate compared, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01 ).High risk type HPV detection rate in-creased with the increased degree of cervical lesions. Conclusion Women of early cervical cancer and precancerous lesions in the screening line HPV detection has important significance.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(3):371-372
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of low-dose glucocorticoid hormone adjuvant treatment for mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 118 cases diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups, including conventional treatment group (61 cases) and hormone treatment group (57 cases). The treatment group was given to the small dosage hormone, the control group was hospitalized for the same time which had not used the hormone the trouble. Both of two groups were given relieve a cough, breathe heavily evenly, the atomization inspiration and so on the complex therapy, and application large ring lactone class medicine including erythromycin or arch mildew element anti-infection treatment. On the basis of conventional treatment, the hormone treatment group was added with intravenous infusion of dexamethasone or oral prednisone.Compared with two groups of curative effects indexes including the defervescence time, the cough remission time, the moist crackles disappearance time and the hospitalization time. Results The defervescence time, the cough remission time, the moist crackles disappearance time and the hospitalization time were significantly lower in the hormone treatment group than those of the control group (t =-6.36,-2.04,-7.91,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Low-dose glucocorticoid hormone adjuvant treatment could have the better curative effects for mycoplasma pneumonia for children.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objeact:To study the stress distribution of angled dowe l crown in anterior maxillary teeth. Method:A 3-dimensio nal finite element model (3-DFEM) of a maxillary central incisor with a dowel, a core and the supporting tissues was established. The stress in various angled d owel designs with a 150 N force applied along the long axis of the crown in a v ertical load on the incisal edge was mesured on the 3-DFEM and analyzed with AN SYS sorft ware. Results:The maximum stress was found in la bical cervical zone of the cortical bone around the teeth, the compressive stress in labical and tensile stress in palatal respectively. Conclusion: In anterior maxilla with angled dowel crown maximum stress is in the cervical zone of cortical bone, and the magnitude of stress increases with the i ncreace of the angulation of dowel crown.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
To study the protective effect of local mild hypothermia on the ischemic cerebral tissue, a model of middle cerebral artery(MCA) occlusion was prepared in Wistar rats which were randomly divided into the normal temperature group, FK 506 group, mild hypothermia group and control group. The radioactivity of calcineurin in ischemic cerebral tissue was measured in different time after MCA occlusion. The activity of calcineurin decreased 6 hours after ischemia in the normal temperature group and the FK 506 group, whereas no obvious change of calcineurin activity was observed in the mild hypothermia group, which had a significant difference. It is suggested that the local mild hypothermia treatment may inhibit the change of calcineurin activity in ischemic cerebral tissue, and has a tangible protective effect on the ischemic brain.

Objective To research effects of Yupingwind particles combing with nasal spray on allergic rhinitis. Methods 100 patients with allergic rhinitis from lishui people's hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nasal spray, and observation group was treated with Yupingwind particles combing with nasal spray. Relevant indicators were analyzed between two groups. Results Recent curative effect in observation group was 92.00%,higher than control group with 76.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,Symptom score, immune factors and inflammation level in observation group were better than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingwind particles can improve recent curative effect for patients with allergic rhinitis.
