Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of uterine arterial embolization in treating adenomyosis. Methods Uterine arterial embolization was performed in 80 patients with adenomyosis. The patients were followed up for 3,6,12 and 24 months after the operation. After the treatment the degree of dysmenorrhea, the menstrual flow and the uterine volume were observed and were compared with those before the treatment. Results After uterine arterial embolization the clinical symptoms were relieved in all 80 patients. The menstrual flow was markedly decreased, the anemia was obviously improved and the uterine volume was significantly reduced, while the ovary functioning was not apparently affected. The symptom of dysmenorrhea completely disappeared one month after the therapy in 76 cases and four months after the therapy in the remaining 4 cases. Conclusion Uterine arterial embolization is a mini-invasive and safe therapy with remarkable therapeutic results and few side-effects.Therefore,this treatment can significantly improve the patient's living quality.
2.Experience of Professor LIU Zhe for Treating Essential Tremor with Acupuncture
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2017;41(2):162-164
[Objective]To study the clinical experience of Professor LIU Zhe treatment of essential tremor with acupuncture.[Methods]The paper states Professor LIU's understanding of treating essential tremor from the pathogenesis, acupuncture points and acupuncture manipulations, then summarizes the principle, regularity, and the features of acupuncture manipulations for Professor LIU treating essential tremor of different types of syndrome, so as to elaborate the clinical experience of Professor LIU. [Result] Professor LIU Zhe considers the age-dependent deficiency of qi and blood and insufficient liver and kidney syndrome to be a common one of essential tremor, as an experienced doctor, he distinguishes different types of syndrome from sign, tongue, pulse and so on. He places great emphasis on nourishing the bone marrow and tonifying liver and kidney. According to the symptoms select acupuncture points with the effects of nourishing the bone marrow and calming the liver to stop the wind, tonifying liver and kidney and supplementing qi and nourishing blood. Professor Liu sets a high value on selecting points of head and makes use of the point of Fengchi with unique acupuncture manipulations to relax cerebrovascular. In clinically, the curative effects are remarkable. [Conclusion]The unique method for treating essential tremor of Professor LIU gives some inspirations for clinic. It is worth of a deep study and spreading.

Objective Through comparing the similarities and differences between respairing effect on rat’s gastric mucosal lesion by electroacupure (EA) at Meridian of Foot Yangming and Meridian of Foot Shaoyang, to explore the specificity of the correlation between Meridian of Foot and Stomach and the mechanism of the healing effect by EA at meridian of Foot Yangming for curing the gastric lesion. Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:blank group, model group, stomach tunnel group, gallbladder tunnel group. All rats (except normal group) were made model by water restraint stress (WRS). After corresponding experimental process, epidermal growth factor (EGF) and transforming growth factor alpha (TGF-?) of plasma, gastric mucous tissue concentration was detected with radioimmunoassay, and the expression of EGFR mRNA of above tissue was detected by the reverse transcriptase-polymease chain reaction (RT-PCR) method. Results The gastric mucosal lesion index of Foot Yangming group decreased significantly in comparison with that of other groups, while EGF, TGF-? of gastric mucous tissue concentration level of Foot Yangming group was obviously higher than that of model group and gallbladder tunnel group. EA oould up-regulate the expression gastric mucosal EGFRmRNA, and there was a more significant difference in the group by EA at Meridian of Foot Yangming than that in the model group and gallbladder tunnel group. Conclusion The curative effect of EA at points of Meridian of Foot Yangming on the gastric mucosa may be realized by the synthesis, secretion and release of the related EGF family factor, such as EGF, TGF-? and so on. Such special regulation of electroacupuncture on gastric mucosal tissue was related to the gene expression of EGFRmRNA, and that may be further mechanism of the curative effect of EA at points of Meridean of Foot-Yangming on gastric mucosal lesion. There existed corresponding correlation between Meridian of Foot Yangming and Stomach.

AIM To observe the anti hyperglycemic effect of sodium orthovanadate on type 2 diabetes rats. METHODS Rats were fed by highly fatted food to grow into obesity. Then values of plasma free fatty acid (FFA) were tested. Glucose disposal was measured with the hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp technique to assess insulin resistance in vivo. Small dose of streptozocin was injected ip with insulin resistance. Those with plasma glucose over 11 1 mmol?L -1 were assigned to type 2 diabetes model group, continually fed with sodium orthovanadate for 3 days and assayed the values of plasma glucose in fasting state. RESULTS ①Rats fed with fatted food needed more insulin to maintain normal plasma glucose, ie (0 54?0 02) U?min -1 , higher than that of normal control ( P

Bis-(3′,5′) cyclic di-guanylate (c-di-GMP) is an almost ubiquitous intracellular second messenger in bacteria. Now it is known to regulate complex physiological processes, including mobility, adhesion, virulence and biofilm formation. The level of c-di-GMP is regulated by diguanylate cyclases (DGCs) containing GGDEF domains and phosphodiesterases (PDEs) containing EAL or HD-GYP domains.Recent studies have demonstrated that HD-GYP domain protein is a novel phosphodiesterase, which is also involved in the regulation of c-di-GMP degradation. This review highlights recent advances in the structure and biochemical functions of HD-GYP domain proteins, which might help to further clarify the mechanism of c-di-GMP signal system.

0.05).Conclusions Immunologic function alteration of MPP of infants is showed mainly that Th1 immunologic response is raised,Th2 immunologic response is abated, the cellular factor are changed horizontally, but the immunology index and cellular factor are recovered quickly. There are no relations between MPP of infant and PHF-AH genotype, but there is a downward trend in activity of PHF-AH in acute stage.

With the Meta-analysis method, the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and other regular methods for aphasia was evaluated, and the acupoints selection for aphasia was explored. The acupuncture literature of clinical randomized control trials for aphasia published in CNKI, WANFANG, VIP and CBM database was searched; the statistical analysis of clinical efficacy of acupuncture and other regular methods for aphasia was performed by using software Revman 5. 2 provided by Cochrane library. A file of Microsoft Excel was established to perform the analysis of acupoints selection based on frequency analysis method, so as to summarize the characteristics and rules. Totally 385 articles were searched, and 37 articles those met the inclusive criteria was included, involving 1,260 patients in the acupuncture group and 1 238 patients in the control group. The Meta-analysis results showed OR = 3.82, 95% Cl [3.01, 4.85]; rhombus was located on the right side and the funnel plot was nearly symmetry, indicating the treatment effect of the acupuncture group for aphasia was superior to the control group (Z = 11.04, P < 0.000 01). The frequency-analysis results showed that the frequency of acupoints from top to bottom was Lian-quan (CV 23), Tongli (HT 5), Yamen (GV 15), Jinjin (EX-HN 12), Yuye (EX-HN 13), Baihui (GV 20), Yuyan II, Yuyan I and Yuyan III. The frequency of meridians from top to bottom was the governor vessel, extra channels, conception vessel, heart meridian and large intestine meridian. It is concluded that the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training and medication treatment for aphasia is superior to that of speech rehabilitation training and medication treatment alone. The clinical treatment for aphasia focuses on its local effect; the main acupoints are in the head and face, and the meridians are governor vessel, extra channels and conception vessel.
