OBJECTIVE: To study of effects of dexarmethasome of Jianlishu Powder on the release of tumor necrosis factor-? in rats of adjuvant arthritis model. METHODS: Adjuvant-induced arthritis (AIA) was induced by injection of frenndi's complete adjuvant in rats' plantar to observe the effects of Jianlishu Powder on rice' hypersensitivity reaction, thickness of inflamed plantar of both feet, and levels of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?), Interleukin-2 (IL-2) and circulating immune complex (CIC) in AIA rats. RESULTS:rats' right posterior metatarsus which was injected with adjuvant was swollen from the second day for 15 days (primary lesion). Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate CD 46 expression in advanced invasive breast cancer and in normal breast tissues , and to analyze the correlation between CD 4 expression and effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy ,exploring its clinical significance for the prognostic value of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer .Methods Immunohistochemistry was employed to detect CD 46 expression of tissue samples from 60 patients with invasive breast cancer and 30 normal breasts .We further analyzed the relationship between effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and CD 46 expression ,and the prognostic significance for the survival .Rseults CD46-positive rate in breast cancer was apparently higher than that in normal breast tissues (81.67% vs. 46.67%,P<0.05).After neoadjuvant chemotherapy,the CD46 expression was significantly decreased (P <0 .05).There was a negative correlation between CD 46 expression and efficacy of chemotherapy ( P<0.05). CD46 expression in breast cancer could be affected in cancer invasion ,lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Con-clusion CD46 expression in breast cancer patients is higher than that in healthy people ,and was negatively cor-related with efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy .The increasing rate of CD 46 positive expression has predictive val-ue for the poor prognosis of patients .

Objective To compare the efficacy of two different surgery incisions on original corneal astigmatism in cataract surgery. Methods 300 patients (300 eyes) of cataract surgery from August 2012 to August 2013 in our hospital were included in the study,of which 150 patients in the observation group treated with transparent cornea incision in the steep axis of astigmatism,and the control group of 150 pa-tients received lateral ( right) or on the nose by the temporal side ( left) transparent cornea incision. Results In the third day,first month, third month,sixth month and 12th month after surgery,the average corneal astigmatism in the observation group was significantly lower than that before the surgery,which after a month the lowest ( +0. 79 ± 0. 92)D;average corneal astigmatism of patients in the control group were significantly higher than that before the surgery,corneal astigmatism after 3 days to reach the highest,( -5. 65 ± 0. 89)D,3 days after sur-gery,1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months,patients in the observation group were significantly higher visual acuity patients,the differ-ence was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion Phacoemulsification clear corneal incision along the steep axis IOL implantation for cataract surgery can correct astigmatism original extent a certain extent,and to promote the recovery of visual acuity in patients with a grea-ter degree.

Objective To compare the content of total flavonoids in Herba Scutellarlae Barbatae derived from different places.Method UV metric method was used to determine the contents of total flavonoids of Herba Scutellarlae Barbatae from different regions.Result The contents of total flavonoids in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae derived from Nantong Jiangsu,Juaoling Guangdong,Lixin Anhui,Huaning Hunan, Mojiang Yunnan,Yongding Fujian,Nanchang Jiangxi,Longsheng Guangxi,Honghu Hubei and Qingyuan Zhejiang were 4.16%,3.55%,2.89%,2.78%,2.41%,2.22%,2.16%,1.98%,1.61% and 1.51%,respectively. Conclusion The content of total flavonoids in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae from different places is quite different,and the highest is the one from Nantong Jiangsu.

Result The contents of polysaccharide in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae derived from Mojiang Yunnan, Nantong Jiangsu, Huaning Hunan, Yongding Fujian, Lixin Anhui, Jiaoling Guangdong, Nanchang Jiangxi, Longsheng Guangxi, Honghu Hubei and Qingyuan Zhejiang were 8.12%, 7.61%, 6.61%, 6.07%, 5.84%, 4.61%, 3.15%, 2.69%, 2.65% and 2.34%, respectively. Conclusion The content of polysaccharide in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae from different places is quite different, and the highest is the one from Mojiang Yunnan.

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of ursolic acid inducing the apoptosis of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z.Methods:CNE-2Z were treated by ursolic acid with different concentration.Cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay.Cell cycle and apoptosis rate were analysed by flow cytometry(FCM).The expressions of bax,bcl-2 and cox-2 were assessed by SP method of immunocytochemistry,while the expression of caspase 3 by Western blot.Results:Ursolic acid inhibited the proliferation of CNE-2Z cells and induced the apoptosis in dosage and time dependent manner.FCM showed that the cell population reduced in S phase and cell cycle was arrested in G0/G1 phase.Immunocytochemistry showed that the expression of bax was up-regulated in the apoptosis,while the expression of bcl-2 and cox-2 down-regulated.Western blot showed that the expression of caspase 3 was strengthened.Conclusion:Ursolic acid can induce apoptosis of CNE-2Z in vitro.Its molecular mechanism probably is through promoting activation of caspase3,up-regulating the expression of bax,and down-regulating the expressions of bcl-2 and cox-2.

Objective:To identify differential proteins expression of seminal plasma of varicocele patients and normal person,providing evidence for further exploring the molecular mechanism of infertility caused by varicocele.Methods:The differential proteins expression of seminal plasma of varicocele patients and normal person were characterized by means of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE).Results:The well-resolved,reproducible 2-DE seminal plasma were obtained.The 38 differential protein spots were identified.Conclusion:The male infertility might due to the expression and modification of some proteins in seminal plasma of varicocele patient.Further analysis on the different proteins'expression helps revealing molecule mechanism of varicocele causing male infertility.

Objective:To study the influence of rt-PA and urokinase on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9) and hemorrhagic transformation after thrombolysis therapy in rats.Methods:A focal cerebral ischemia model of rat was established through embolization of left middle cerebral artery with autologous blood clots.rt-PA and urokinase were intravenously administrated 6 hours after ischemia at a dose of 10 mg/kg and 4 000 ?/kg.At the 24th hour after ischemia,all rats were killed.The expression of MMP-9 was detected with immunohistochemical staining and cerebral hemorrhage was quantified by spectrophotometer assay.Results:The expression of MMP-9 was increased after ischemia,and MMP-9 was significantly further upregulated after rt-PA and urokinase had been intravenously administrated.The average optical density(AOD) of MMP-9 in the sham operated group was 0.086?0.008,and increased to 0.158?0.010 after cerebral ischemia for 24 hours and then further increased to 0.225?0.034 and 0.228?0.022 in the rt-PA and urokinase thrombolytic therapy groups.Transformation and quantified intracerebral hemorrhage were significantly higher in the therapy groups as compared with the ischemic group.However,there was no difference between rt-PA group and urokinase group.Conclusion:rt-PA and urokinase treatment both increase the levels of MMP-9 after ischemia.MMP-9 might be involved in the hemorrhagic transformation after thrombolytic therapy with rt-PA and urokinase.
