This paper introduced the risk communication principles made by WHO including: establishing trust, releasing information betimes, keeping transparent , listening to the public opinions and involving them in etc.Seven steps to make a two -way and interactive communication are also put up on that basis .It covers infor-ming the medial information and comforting patients ’ anxiety.In addition, the strategies of informing the patients of high-risk medical issues or low -risk medical issues and good or bad news are also mentioned .
2.Detection of seral p53 antibody in patients with breast carcinoma by immuno-polymerase chain reation

Objective To present a new seriological method for diagnosing breast carcinoma.Methods Seral anti-p53 antibody was detected with immuno-polymerase chain reation(Immuno-PCR).The expression of p53 in tissue was detected with enzymeimmu-nohistochemistry technique.Results The positive rate of anti-p53 antibody in serum of breast carcinoma was 39.5% and anti-p53 antibody was not found in non-carcinoma and normal controls.The positive rate of anti-p53 antibody was higher than that of non-carcinoma and normal controls(P

4.Comparsion of Total Flavonids in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae from Different Places

Objective To compare the content of total flavonoids in Herba Scutellarlae Barbatae derived from different places.Method UV metric method was used to determine the contents of total flavonoids of Herba Scutellarlae Barbatae from different regions.Result The contents of total flavonoids in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae derived from Nantong Jiangsu,Juaoling Guangdong,Lixin Anhui,Huaning Hunan, Mojiang Yunnan,Yongding Fujian,Nanchang Jiangxi,Longsheng Guangxi,Honghu Hubei and Qingyuan Zhejiang were 4.16%,3.55%,2.89%,2.78%,2.41%,2.22%,2.16%,1.98%,1.61% and 1.51%,respectively. Conclusion The content of total flavonoids in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae from different places is quite different,and the highest is the one from Nantong Jiangsu.
5.Comparison of Polysaccharide in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae from Different Places

Objective To compare the content of polysaccharide in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae derived from different places. Method Anthrone-sulphuric acid colrimetry was used. Result The contents of polysaccharide in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae derived from Mojiang Yunnan, Nantong Jiangsu, Huaning Hunan, Yongding Fujian, Lixin Anhui, Jiaoling Guangdong, Nanchang Jiangxi, Longsheng Guangxi, Honghu Hubei and Qingyuan Zhejiang were 8.12%, 7.61%, 6.61%, 6.07%, 5.84%, 4.61%, 3.15%, 2.69%, 2.65% and 2.34%, respectively. Conclusion The content of polysaccharide in Herba Scutellariae Barbatae from different places is quite different, and the highest is the one from Mojiang Yunnan.
6.Empirical study on ursolic acid inducing apoptosis in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of ursolic acid inducing the apoptosis of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z.Methods:CNE-2Z were treated by ursolic acid with different concentration.Cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay.Cell cycle and apoptosis rate were analysed by flow cytometry(FCM).The expressions of bax,bcl-2 and cox-2 were assessed by SP method of immunocytochemistry,while the expression of caspase 3 by Western blot.Results:Ursolic acid inhibited the proliferation of CNE-2Z cells and induced the apoptosis in dosage and time dependent manner.FCM showed that the cell population reduced in S phase and cell cycle was arrested in G0/G1 phase.Immunocytochemistry showed that the expression of bax was up-regulated in the apoptosis,while the expression of bcl-2 and cox-2 down-regulated.Western blot showed that the expression of caspase 3 was strengthened.Conclusion:Ursolic acid can induce apoptosis of CNE-2Z in vitro.Its molecular mechanism probably is through promoting activation of caspase3,up-regulating the expression of bax,and down-regulating the expressions of bcl-2 and cox-2.

8.Differential analysis on two-dimensional electrophresis pattern of seminal plasma protein of varicocele patients

Objective:To identify differential proteins expression of seminal plasma of varicocele patients and normal person,providing evidence for further exploring the molecular mechanism of infertility caused by varicocele.Methods:The differential proteins expression of seminal plasma of varicocele patients and normal person were characterized by means of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE).Results:The well-resolved,reproducible 2-DE seminal plasma were obtained.The 38 differential protein spots were identified.Conclusion:The male infertility might due to the expression and modification of some proteins in seminal plasma of varicocele patient.Further analysis on the different proteins'expression helps revealing molecule mechanism of varicocele causing male infertility.

Objective: Metrological verification for the medical emergency vehicle terminal 3G system, in order to facilitate the accurate positioning, route correctly, timely treatment, high success rate, and increase the credibility and effectiveness of treatment process records provided in the verification process or perform the burden of adducing evidences for emergency first-aid course. Methods:Metrological verification the positioning error, azimuth error and velocity error of emergency medical 3G system terminal. Results:The vehicle terminal measurement device and measurement method, which can satisfy the requirements of verification terminal technology and provide a valid certificate. Conclusion:Metrological verification has the very good function to emergency medical vehicles to successfully treat patients and subsequent verification and perform the burden of adducing evidences.

Objective To discuss the change and the regulation of tumornecrosis factor(TNF-?) and epidermal growth factor(EGF) before and after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Method Radioimmunoassay was used to measure TNF-? in 50 cases urine sample before and after ESWL.Results TNF-? level in urine after ESWL were increased significantly at 1~4d(t=2.82,P
