Objective To evaluate the application effect of clinical pathways (CP) in children with bronchopneumonia. Methods The literature of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) in children with bronchopneumonia were retrieved by searching PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Knowledge,Wanfang database,VIP,and CNKI from their inception date to March 2014.Meta-analysis was performed by Revman 5.2software.Results Six RCTs involving 24 559 patients were finally selected, with 12 269 cases in the CP group and 12 290 cases in the traditional treatment group. The results of Meta-analysis showed that there were significant differences between the CP group and the traditional treatment group in the cure rate [OR =1.67,95 % CI (1.03,2.77),P =0.04],length of hospital stay [MD =-1.21,95 % CI (-1.95,-0.48),P =0.001],hospitalization expenses [SMD =-3.68,95 % CI (-5.04,-2.32),P < 0.000 1],days of antibiotic using [MD =-1.20,95 % CI (-1.51,-0.89),P < 0.000 01] and patient satisfaction [OR =6.12,95 % CI(3.12,12.04),P < 0.000 01].Conclusion CP is superior compared with the traditional treatment for bronchopneumonia, and is worthy of spread in clinical.

0.05). Conclusions One mechanism of SF pretreatment cardioprotective effect is mediated by bradykinin. The combined use of SF and CP doesn′t result in significant improvement, and thenefore is not advocated.

Three cases of terminal stage heart disease received orthotopic heart transplantation at the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, the First Hospital of Nanchang University between August 2001 and December 2003. These three cases were all female and died of brain death. Body weight difference between donor and recipient was less than 20%. All three cases underwent superior and inferior vena cave osculation and received immunosuppressive therapy of cyclosporine A, prednisone, and mycophenolate postoperatively. They were successfully discarded. Heart function recovered to grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ(NYHA). No infection or serious rejection was found during the surgery. These results indicate that good donor heart preservation, consummate perioperative processing, and proper immunosuppressiva therapy are the key measures of successful heart transplantation.

Objective To analyze and study the epidemic and clinical characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Southern Anhui Province during 2010-2020. Methods The epidemiological and clinical data of HFRS patients hospitalized in Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College from 2010 to 2020 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results The temporal distribution of HFRS epidemic in Southern Anhui Province showed that HFRS were more frequent during spring and summer, and HFRS morbidity was highest in June. The population distribution characteristics showed that the ratio of male to female patients was 4.7:1. The main age group of patients was 40-50 years old (50 cases, 33.8%), and a majority of patients were farmers (87 cases, 58.78). Analysis of clinical characteristics showed that fever, backache, anorexia and hypodynamia, diarrhea, emesis and headache were the main frequent symptoms of HFRS patients, and 88.52% of HFRS patients were cured or improved. Conclusion The high incidence period of HFRS is spring and summer in Southern Anhui Province from 2010-2020. HFRS patients in Southern Anhui Province have typical clinical symptoms and good prognosis.

Objective To investigate the effect of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)macrophage migration inhibitory factor antisense RNA1(MIF-AS1)on the malignant biological behavior of prostate cancer(PC)cells by regulating the miR-423-5p/pyrroline-5-carboxylic acid reductase 1(PYCR1)axis.Methods PC3 cells were cultured in vitro to knock down the expression of MIF-AS1 or down-regulate the expression of miR-423-5p.The expression of MIF-AS1,miR-423-5p and PYCR1 mRNA in tumor tissues and adjacent tissues and cells of PC patients were detected. The cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and invasion were detected and the expression of PYCR1 protein was detected by Western blot. The relationships between miR-423-5p,IF-AS1 and PYCR1 were verified. Results The MIF-AS1 and PYCR1 mRNA were observed to be highly expressed in the tumor tissues, while miR-423-5p was lowly expressed.Silenced MIF-AS1 inhibited the proliferation, migration and invasion of PC3 cells and up-regulated miR-423-5p induced cell apoptosis(P<0.05).Inhibition of miR-423-5p expression reversed the inhibitory effect of silencing MIF-AS1 on malignant behavior of PC3 cells(P<0.05).miR-423-5p was correlated with MIF-AS1 and PYCR1 by targeted regulation. Conclusion Silencing MIF-AS1 may inhibit the expression of PYCR1 by up-regulating miR-423-5p,thereby inhibiting the malignant behavior of PC cells.

Turner syndrome is a sex chromosome disease with a female clinical phenotype. Most pa-tients are diagnosed in childhood or adolescence because of growth delays, and a small number of patients are diagnosed due to TS-related diseases.Women with Turner syndrome can develop hyper-tension in childhood and adolescence, and the prevalence of hypertension increases with age.The pathogenesis is unclear and may be multifactorial, similar to essential hypertension. In this review arti-cle,we explore possible mechanisms, blood pres-sure management, and treatment recommenda-tions for hypertension in patients with Turner syn-drome.
