Objective:To study the expression of TCRV? subfamily which specially recognize the hepatoma cell antigen and the apoptosis of hepatoma cell induced by McAb costimulated PBLs.Methods:The change of the phenotype of PBLs was studied by flow cell cytometry and the level of the expression of TCRV? was studied by RT-PCR and Southern blot, the PTK by western blot. The hypermicroscopic ultrastructure was observed through transmission electron microscope. Results:The level of CD3 and CD8 of PBLs was significantly increased after acted with hepatoma cells, while there was no change in CD4.The expression of TCRV?7 of PBLs was dramaticly increased and peaked at 4 days.PTK increased correspondently,to 58% compared with 11% in control.Besides anti-CD3 McAb induced lymphocyte apoptosis, the mediated apoptosis of hepatoma cells was found in the other three groups.Conclusion:TCRV?7 was the tumor antigen specific T cell receptor, and it activate the PTK signal pathway. The McAb activated lymphocytes initiated apoptosis in hepatoma cells.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the drug-resistant rates of clinical Acinetobacter baumannii strains isolated from our hospital and to understand the integrons distribution carried by A.baumannii.To identify the type of the integrons and analyze the correlation between integron and drug resistance in A.baumannii clinical isolates. METHODS Collected clinical isolates and the drug-sensitivity tests were completed by the method of KB.Amplified integrase were tested by PCR and identified the integron category.Correlation between integron in A.baumannii and drug resistance was analyzed. The open reading frame(ORF) of integron were amplified and observed the polymorphism of integron,Part of amplified products were sequenced. RESULTS Apart from imipenem and cefoperazone /sulbactam,the drug-resistant rate of 85 A.baumannii clinical isolates to else 15 kinds of antibacterials surpassed 30.0%.67.1% A.baumannii clinical isolates carried the integrons, and confirmed all of them belonged to integron Ⅰ after identification, but integrons Ⅱ and Ⅲ were not found. The drug-resistant rates of A.baumannii with integron to 14 kinds of antibacterials were higher than those of A.baumannii without integron. The length of amplified products in variable region of ORF of integron varied from 0.15 to 2.5 kb.The sequencing results confirmed the integron carried multidrug-resistant gene code. CONCLUSIONS Drug-resistant rate of A.baumannii clinical isolates in our hospital is higher and the majority of them are multidrug-resistant strains. The drug-resistant rates of A.baumannii with integron to 14 kinds of antibacterial are higher. The multidrug-resistant A.baumannii is associated with integrons.

Objective: To elucidate the role of bone marrow stromal cells in cooperation with exogenous cytokines in hematopoiesis. Methods: Fetal bone marrow stromal cells (FBMSC) was combined with cytokines including SCF,IL-3,IL-6,GM-CSF in a 5-day liquid culture system of adult bone marrow mononuclear cells, then we cultured bone marrow derived CD34+-enriched cells with FBMSC+SCF+IL-3+IL-6+G-CSF+EPO for 2 weeks. Results:FBMSC were in good cooperation with above mentioned exogenous cytokines. When CD34+-enriched cells from adult bone marrow were cultured with combinations of FBMSC, SCF, IL-3, IL-6, G-CSF and EPO, total nucleated cells, CFU-GM, BFU-E and CD34+ cells were increased by 119.6±30.9, 54.6±17.4, 25.2±4.4, 11.1±4.2 folds, respectively. Conclusion:FBMSC in cooperation with exogenous cytokines support the in vitro expansion of human hematopoietic progenitor cells efficiently.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of low dose dual phase contrast-enhanced chest CT with iterative mod el reconstruction (IMR) technique. Methods Totally 130 patients with suspected pulmonary occupying lesions underwent dual phase contrast-enhanced chest CT,who were randomly assigned into 2 groups (group A and group B,each n=65).Patients in group A were scanned with 100 kV,DoseRight technique with dose right index 10,and images were reconstructed with the hybrid iterative reconstruction (iDose4).While patients in group B were scanned with 80 kV,DoseRight technique with dose right index 8,and images were reconstructed with iterative model reconstruction (IMR).The objective image quality, subjective image scores and the excellence rate of vascular visualization were compared in both pulmonary artery (PA) and bronchial artery (BA) phases. The radiation dose was also calculated. Results The effective dose was (3.30 ±0.89)mSv in group A and (1.27 ±0.19)mSv in group B.Compared to group A,the effective dose reduced 61.52% in group B (P<0.001).Lower image noise and greater CNR were obtained in group B compared to group A in both PA and BA phases (all P<0.001).No significant difference was found in subjective image scores of lung and mediastinal setting and the excellence rate of vascular visualization in both groups (all P>0.05).Conclusion Using IMR,dual phase contrast-enhanced chest CT allows for a radiation dose reduction up to 61.52%,meanwhile,ensures the image quality and meets the diagnostic requirements.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the infection of central venous catheterization in tumor patients with chemotherapy and analyze its risk factors and the role of nursing intervention. METHODS The prospective overall monitoring method was used, including catheterization, maintenance, observation and monitoring. RESULTS Of 446 cases with chemotherapy, the infection rate was 2.24% (10 cases). The infection mainly correlated with age, catheterization time, chemotherapy duration, venous nutrition, complication and hormone. CONCLUSIONS The infection of central venous catheterization is inevitable due to multiple risk factors. The measures to prevent and reduce hospital infection are holding the key steps of central venous catheterization, executing the management system of sterilization, keeping tract smooth, cutting down time of central venous catheterization and strengthening nursing education about central venous catheterization.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;23(4):903-906
Ligaments are the main parts which stabilize the knee joint. How to analog the ligaments in biomechanical model will affect the characteristics of the human knee dynamics and in the computation of the stress in ligaments between two bones. This symposium is aimed at the survey of the simplified method of the ligaments via mechanical parameters, and providing an exact method of constructing model.
