Clinics in the Olympic venues make a critical component in the medical service system for Olympic venues. The clinic in the fencing hall is cited as an example in this paper, which introduced the experiences and lessons learnt from the site preparation, personnel deployment and management, rules and regulations, and drug/instrumentation readiness.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Jingyuan capsule. METHODS:TLC was used for qualitative iden-tification of Epimedium brevicornu,Pseudostellaria heterophylla and Fallopia multiflora in the preparation. HPLC method was used to determine the content of icariin. The determination was performed on Odyssil C18 column with mobile phase consisting of acetoni-trile-water(28:72,V/V)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The sample size was 10 μL. The contents of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric method. RESULTS:TCL spots of E. brevicornu,P. heterophylla and F. multiflora were clear and well separated without interference from negative con-trol. The linear range of icariin ranged 0.027-0.135 mg/mL(r=0.9999);RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability test were all lower than 2.0%. The recoveries were 97.87%-101.94%(RSD=1.47%,n=9). The linear range of glucose ranged 0.056-0.121 mg/mL(r=0.9995),and RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability tests were all lower than 2.0%. The recoveries were 99.37%-100.38%(RSD=0.36%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The established standard can be used for the quality control of Jingyuan capsule.

Objective:To evaluate lung protection of remote limb ischemic preconditioning after pulmonary resection. Methods:Methods sixty adult patients scheduled for elective pulmonary resection, were randomly divided into control group(group C, 30 cases) and remote limb ischemic preconditioning(group RLIP, 30 cases) using a random number table. Before one-lung-ventilation(T0), at 30 minites, 1 hour and 2 hours of OLV(T1, 2, 3), 15minites after re-expansion of the collapsed lung(T4), blood samples were drawn from the radial artery and vein for blood gas analysis, alveolar-arterial oxygen gradient(A-aDO 2)、pulmonary shunt ratio(Qs/Qt)were calculated. Extraction time of closed thoracic drainage tube, length of hospital stay, the incidence of in-hospital complications after operation were recorded. Results:Compared to T0 , each group at T1-T4, A-aDO 2 were obviously increased. We found that at T3, A-aDO 2 of group C increased much more higher and statistically significant( P<0.05). Compared to group RLIP, Qs /Qt of group C were significantly increased at T2( P<0.05). Compared with C group, the expression of microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3B in lung tissues was significantly"up-regulated in RLIP group( P<0.05). Followed the extraction time of closed thoracic drainage tube, length of hospital stay, the incidence of in-hospital complications after operation there were no statistically different( P>0.05). Conclusion:Remote limb ischemic preconditioning had some protective effect after pulmonary resection, which mechanism may be related to enhancing autophagy in the operated 1ung tissues of the patients.
4.Mechanism of CGAS-STING Signaling Pathway in Regulating Ischemic Stroke and Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine: A Review
Chinese Journal of Experimental Traditional Medical Formulae 2024;30(17):284-291
Ischemic stroke is a common clinical cerebrovascular disease, and its incidence is increasing year by year. Current clinical treatments for stroke mainly include thrombolysis and intravenous thrombectomy, both of which are subject to significant time constraints and often result in residual symptoms, reducing the quality of life for patients. Research has found that there are multiple pathways and mechanisms in the pathological process of stroke, such as the cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS)/stimulator of interferon gene (STING) pathway. Currently, researchers in China and abroad have conducted extensive studies on the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke, as well as the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) intervention for stroke. The results indicate that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can regulate the cGAS/STING pathway to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, decrease neuronal cell death, and effectively alleviate brain damage from stroke, and it has unique advantages in improving symptoms and prognosis. This article summarized the recent research progress of the mechanism of cGAS/STING pathway regulation in stroke and related TCM intervention,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of ischemic stroke with TCM characteristics.

Chinese Journal of Experimental and Clinical Virology 2017;31(4):302-306
Objective:
To evaluate the clinical value of high-risk humam papillomavirus(HR-HPV) genotyping in diagnosis of cervical lesions.
Methods:
Between December 2012 and March 2015, a total of 4 095 women who were diagnosed as cervical inflammation-related disease were chosen to be evaluated in gynecological clinic at Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province. All the women experienced HPV genotyping, analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of HPV types in Taizhou area and theresult of histopathologic diagnosis of HPV positive women. Logistic regression analysis was used to estimate the risk of HR-HPV genotyping in cervical lesion progression.
Results:
Overall, HPV52 was the most prevalent genotype, followed by HPV16, 58, 39 and 56. Among the women with cervical intraepithelial neoplasm (CIN), HPV16 was the most frequent type, followed by HPV52, 58, 33 and 31. Logistic regression analysis showed that a higher risk of CIN2+ for women infected with HPV16 or HPV33, the regression coefficients OR were 3.670(95%
