This article through centile computed the result of classification of perimenopausal syndrome(PPS) in 102 periodical literatures, then took types of syndrome with cumulation frequency above 25 centile as the main syndrome types, took symptoms and objective signs with cumulation frequency above 75 centile as the cardinal symptoms and objective signs of each type of syndrome. The differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of PPS in TCM were concluded as syndrome of deficiency of kidney-yang,syndrome of deficiency of kidney-yin,deficiency syndrome of both kidney yin and yang, syndrome of imbalance between heart-yang and kidney-yin,syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi,deficiency syndrome of both heart and spleen. The cardinal symptoms and objective signs of syndrome of deficiency of kidney-yang are in terms of intolerance to cold, cold limbs and pale corpulent tender tongue with indentation in margin of the tongue;syndrome of deficiency of kidney-yin are in terms of the sore lumbus and knees, vertigo, tinnitus, tidal fever or hectic fever, fidget, hot sensation in the five centers and night sweating, red tongue;deficiency syndrome of both kidney yin and yang are in terms of vertigo, tinnitus and the sore lumbus and knees;syndrome of imbalance between heart-yang and kidney-yin are in terms of vexation, palpitation and insomnia;syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi are in terms of fullness or distending pain in the hypochondrium, depression or irritability, bitter taste of mouth, chest distress, sighing frequently, wiry pulse;deficiency syndrome of both heart and spleen are in terms of palpitation, insomnia, poor appetite with pale tongue.

Objective:To investigate the effect of 253 lymph node dissection on postoperative recovery and prognosis of rectal cancer patients in different stages undergoing radical resection. Methods:A total of 232 rectal cancer patients undergoing radical resection in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University between January 2013 and December 2014 were enrolled and divided into the 253 lymph node dissection group(all cases underwent surgery in 2014)and the non-dissection group(all cases underwent surgery in 2013). Differences in age, sex, tumor differentiation and depth of invasion was analyzed between the two groups.Based on clinicopathological data, each group was further divided into three subgroups(Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ). Postoperative recovery assessment included the time of the earliest flatulence, the time of first feeding, the duration of hospitalization and anastomotic leakage. In addition, postoperative survival parameters were also analyzed. Results:Compared with non-dissection group, patients in the 253 lymph node dissection group had similar overall postoperative recovery and rates of complications( P>0.05), but significantly longer survival( P=0.012). Besides, 253 lymph node dissection had a beneficial effect on prognosis for those in the stage Ⅲ subgroup( P=0.039), and did not affect the prognosis for those in the stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ subgroups( P>0.05). Conclusions:For rectal cancer patients undergoing radical resection, 253 lymph node dissection does not affect postoperative recovery, but offers improved prognosis for stage Ⅲ patients. We should perform 253 lymph node dissections on all rectal cancer patients when the clinicopathological staging is unknown.

Objective To study the application of autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA)model to predict the monthly reported malaria cases in China,so as to provide a reference for prevention and control of malaria. Methods SPSS 24.0 software was used to construct the ARIMA models based on the monthly reported malaria cases of the time series of 2006-2015 and 2011-2015,respectively. The data of malaria cases from January to December,2016 were used as validation data to compare the accuracy of the two ARIMA models. Results The models of the monthly reported cases of malaria in China were ARIMA(2,1,1)(1,1,0)12 and ARIMA(1,0,0)(1,1,0)12 respectively. The comparison between the predictions of the two models and actual situation of malaria cases showed that the ARIMA model based on the data of 2011-2015 had a higher ac-curacy of forecasting than the model based on the data of 2006-2015 had. Conclusion The establishment and prediction of ARIMA model is a dynamic process, which needs to be adjusted unceasingly according to the accumulated data, and in addi-tion,the major changes of epidemic characteristics of infectious diseases must be considered.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2010;35(3):323-326
OBJECTIVETo study the immunosuppressive constituents from Tetraena mongolica.
METHODChemical constituents were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography( silica gel, Toyopearl HW40C and preparative HPLC). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data analysis. The MTT assay was applied to evaluate the isolated compounds on the inhibition effect of lymphocyte transformation.
RESULTSix triterpenes were isolated and their structures were identified as follows: 3beta-hydroxy-11alpha, 12alpha:13beta,28-diepoxyoleanane(1), 3beta-(3, 4-dihydroxycinnamoyl)-erythrodi-ol(2), olean-28-al-3beta-yl-caffeate(3), erythrodiol (4), 12-oleanaen-3beta-caffeate(5), 3-O-(E) -coumaroylerythrodiol(6). Compound 24 exhibited the inhibition effects on lymphocyte transformation.
CONCLUSIONCompounds 1-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound 1 was a new nature product. Compound 2-4 showed significant immunosuppressive activity.

Objective To establish a preliminary evaluation system for gastrointestinal qi stagnation syndrome. Methods On the basis of the systematic evaluation of medical literature in the early stage of the research group,24 high-frequency items were subjected to Delphi method, the item indexes were determined through three rounds of expert consultation, and the proportion value of the indexes was determined by AHP,and the evaluation system of gastrointestinal qi stagnation syndrome was initially constructed. Results A total of 84 valid questionnaires were collected by three rounds of Delphi method, including 15 in the first round,32 in the second round and 37 in the third round.According to the statistics,16 items including distention(stuffy)or distending pain or moving pain(epigastric,abdominal,etc.),belching,borborygmus,flatus,etc.were selected. The order of the proportion of the first level indexes obtained by the analytic hierarchy process from high to low is:clinical symptoms, pulse, tongue; The proportion of secondary indicators from high to low is as follows:distention(stuffy)or distending pain or moving pain(epigastric, abdominal, etc.),pulse string, greasy fur, thin white fur, slippery pulse string, pulse sinking string, light red tongue, flatus, borborygmus, belching, induced or aggravated in case of emotional distress, hiccup, abdominal mass, anorexia, vomiting, belching and swallowing acid. Conclusion Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process have been used to study gastrointestinal qi stagnation syndrome, and an evaluation system has been preliminarily formed. The index structure is reasonable, targeted and has strong clinical practicability.
