OBJECTIVE:To study the spectrum-effect relationship of the antipyretic effect of Radix Bupleuri injection. METH-ODS:HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint of Radix Bupleuri injection. The antipyretic effect of 10 batches of Radix Bupleuri injection on fever rats induced by dried yeast were determined respectively. The fingerprint peaks were screened, along with the temperature value of different time points(0,10,15,30,40,55,70 min). The principal components were extracted by principal component method and the indirect relationship between the fingerprint and antipyretic effect was analyzed, depending on the principal component correlation coefficient matrix. RESULTS:There were 39 common peaks in fingerprint(similarity>0.85), No. 8,12,14,19,26,31,34,35 and 39 common peaks with large peak area were included in the study. Four principal compo-nents were extracted by principal component analysis(87% of total variant). First principal component showed that the active com-ponents of the 12th peak may be related to the antipyretic effect of 6 to 13 hours. The second principal component showed that the active components of the 26th peak may be related to the antipyretic effect of 0.5 to 5 hours. The third principal component showed that the similar effect of the active components could be caused by 34th,35th and 39th peaks. The fourth principal component sug-gested that there were some similarities between the 14th and the 31st peaks. CONCLUSIONS:Radix Bupleuri injection have obvi-ous improvement for fever rats. There is certain corresponding relation between HPLC fingerprint and antipyretic effect of Radix Bu-pleuri injection .

Objective To explore the relationship of discrimination perception and social anxiety of the left-behind children, focusing on the moderating effect of trait gratitude. Methods Totally 588 left-be-hind children were investigated with discrimination perception questionnaire, gratitude questionnaire and Liebowitz social anxiety questionnaire. Data were analyzed by independent t test, correlation analysis and re-gression analysis. Results There was a significant difference in group discrimination between the only child (2. 11±0. 98) and the non-only child (2. 28±0. 93) (t=-2. 11,P<0. 05). Correlation analysis showed that trait gratitude (4. 93± 0. 89) was negatively correlated with individual discrimination ( 2. 53 ± 1. 03) and group discrimination (2. 22±0. 95) (r=-0. 55,r=-0. 56,both P< 0. 05),furtherly negatively correlated with fear of negation (0. 85±0. 47) and social avoidance (0. 81±0. 53) dimensions of social anxiety ( r=-0. 47,r=-0. 48,both P<0. 05). Additionally, discrimination perception was positively correlated with so-cial anxiety (r=0. 61,P<0. 05). Regression analysis showed that discrimination perception could significant-ly predict social anxiety (β=0. 44,P<0. 01),and trait gratitude could significantly moderate this effect (β=-0. 75,P<0. 01). Conclusion Discrimination perception can positively predict social anxiety, and trait gratitude can moderate this effect.

OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of vonoprazan in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical drug use. METHODS Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about vonoprazan (trial group) versus placebo or proton pump inhibitor (control group) were searched in PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and CBM databases from the inception to June, 2022. After literature screening and data extraction, the qualities of included literature were evaluated with bias assessment tool recommended by Cochrane system evaluator manual 5.1.0. Meta-analysis, sensitivity analysis and publication bias analysis were conducted by using RevMan 5.4 software. RESULTS A total of 9 RCTs were included, involving 1 882 patients. The results of meta-analysis showed that: total response rate [OR=1.94,95%CI(1.45,2.58),P<0.000 01], cure rate [OR=2.27,95%CI(1.33,3.86),P=0.003] and remission rate [OR=1.81,95%CI(1.28, 2.55), P=0.000 7] of trial group were significantly higher than control group; there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug events, diarrhea, nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory tract infection and alkaline phosphatase elevation between two groups (P>0.05). The results of subgroup analysis showed that cure rate of trial group was significantly higher than control group at 2 weeks of treatment (P<0.05); at 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference in the cure rate between two groups (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the cure rate between two groups at 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment among the patients with Los Angeles grade A/B (P>0.05); among the patients with Los Angeles grade C/D, the cure rate of patients in the trial group was significantly higher than control group at 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment (P<0.05). The results of sensitivity analysis and publication bias analysis showed that the results of this study were robust and the possibility of publication bias was small. CONCLUSIONS Vonoprazan has a considerable effectiveness and safety in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.

In recent years, the incidence of colorectal cancer has been rising in China, and with the promotion of early screening and early diagnosis, most colorectal cancers are able to achieve long-term survival through timely diagnosis and treatment. Nevertheless, 30%-70% of patients with early to mid-stage colorectal cancer after radical surgery still have psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, and fear of recurrence and metastasis, and they hope to seek help from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment. In order to further standardize the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine psychological rehabilitation interventions of stage Ⅰ-Ⅲ colorectal cancer after radical surgery, and to improve the diagnosis and treatment level, under the support of the pilot project of clinical collaboration between Chinese and western medicine for major and difficult diseases of National Administration of TCM, experts in oncology, integrated Chinese and western medicine, psychology, surgery, nursing, evidence-based medicine and other disciplines from 10 units nationwide participated in the work, led by Xiyuan Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Beijing Cancer Hospital. Based on the methodology and process of guideline development of the World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline Development and the Regulations for Group Standards of China Association of Chinese Medicine, the Guidelines for Psychological Rehabilitation Intervention Combined Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine After Radical Surgery for Early and Middle Stage Colorectal Cancer have been developed according to the current best evidence, extensive consultation with clinical experts and following the situation of current clinical practice. The guideline provides the psychological characteristics, the needs and willingness to accept psychological rehabilitation, the interventions for psychological rehabilitation, evaluation of efficacy, follow-up review, educational guidance and others of patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅲ colorectal cancer after radical surgery. It can provide guidance for TCM(integrated Chinese and western medicine) clinicians and psychologists engaged in the psychological rehabilitation of integrated Chinese and western medicine oncology, especially for doctors in primary medical institutions.

Marine microorganisms, especially marine fungi, have historically proven their value as a prolific source for structurally novel and pharmacologically active secondary metabolites (Deshmukh et al., 2018; Carroll et al., 2022). The corals constitute a dominant part of reefs with the highest biodiversity, and harbor highly diverse and abundant microbial symbionts in their tissue, skeleton, and mucus layer, with species-specific core members that are spatially partitioned across coral microhabitats (Wang WQ et al., 2022). The coral-associated fungi were very recently found to be vital producers of structurally diverse compounds, terpenes, alkaloids, peptides, aromatics, lactones, and steroids. They demonstrate a wide range of bioactivity such as anticancer, antimicrobial, and antifouling activity (Chen et al., 2022). The genetically powerful genus Emericella (Ascomycota), which has marine and terrestrial sources, includes over 30 species and is distributed worldwide. It is considered a rich source of diverse secondary metabolites with antimicrobial activity or cytotoxicity (Alburae et al., 2020). Notably, Emericella nidulans, the sexual state of a classic biosynthetic strain Aspergillus nidulans, was recently reported as an important source of highly methylated polyketides (Li et al., 2019) and isoindolone-containing meroterpenoids (Zhou et al., 2016) with unusual skeletons.

Traditional chemotherapy exhibits a certain therapeutic effect toward malignant cancer, but easily induce tumor multidrug resistance (MDR), thereby resulting in the progress of tumor recurrence or metastasis. In this work, we deigned ternary hybrid nanodrugs (PEI/DOX@CXB-NPs) to simultaneously combat against tumor MDR and metastasis.
