Objective To explore the effect of ionizing radiation on the fertility of male mice and its offspring and the intergenerational and transgenerational genetic effect mechanism of ionizing radiation through sperm DNA methylation sequencing. Methods Eight-week-old(8 w)C57BL/6 male mice were irradiated with 60Co radiation source at a dose of 3 Gy(3 Gy-F0 group,n=60)and non-irradiated mice of the same age were used as controls(0 Gy-F0 group,n=60).Afetr 5-,6-,7-,8-,9-,10-,11-,and 12-week radiation, the mice began to breed with healthy females, and the first generation(F1 generation)male mice then breed with healthy female mice to obtain the offspring(F2 generation)male mice. The structure of testis was detected by hematoxylin-eosin staining;serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Automatic sperm analysis system was used to detect sperm concentration and activity. The DNA of F0 generation sperm was extracted and analyzed by genome-wide DNA methylation sequencing.MassARRAY methylation sites were detected in sperm DNA of F1 generation mice and verified by quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR).Results Compared with the 0 Gy-F0 group, male mice in the 3 Gy-F0 group gradually regained their reproductive ability 7 weeks after ionizing radiation. There was no significant difference in the number of surviving offspring between the 3 Gy-F0 group and 0 Gy-F0 group 10-11 weeks after radiation(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in body weight, testicular morphology,or sperm concentration of F1 generation mice between the 3 Gy-F1 group and the 0 Gy-F1 group(all P>0.05).However,compared with the 0 Gy-F1 group, the contents of LH,FSH and T in the 3 Gy-F1 group were all decreased(all P<0.05),the testicle volume, total sperm motility rate, forward motility rate and the fertility were considerably decreased(all P<0.05).DNA methylation sequencing showed that more differentially methylated genes were enriched in the pathway regulating microtubule formation.MassARRAY methylation sites analysis showed that the methylation level of Mid1 was significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Mid1 was verified down-regulated in Fl and F0 sperm by qPCR(P<0.05 or P<0.01).However,there were no significant differences in volume of testes, testicular index, sperm concentration, sperm motility, hormone levels or Mid1 expression level between 0 Gy-F2 and 3 Gy-F2 mice in F2 generation male mice(all P>0.05).Conclusion Sperm damage in mice caused by ionizing radiation at a dose of 3 Gy can recover by itself. However,it may decrease sperm activity by regulating Mid1 methylation level of sperm in F1 mice, thus affect the fertility of F1 mice, but has no effect on the fertility of male F2 mice.

To address the challenges of complex digital model management and difficulties in model interoperability during the development of sophisticated products, this paper proposes an intelligent cloud architecture-based method for MBSE(model-based systems engineering)model microservice aggregation and adaptive integration.By introducing ontology semantic annotation and hash encoding mechanisms,we achieve unified encapsulation and service-oriented management of heterogeneous modeling tool resources.Combined with model virtual execution modes and dynamic resource orchestration technology,we design a task-oriented of Model-Based Microservice Deployment Framework, significantly improving model service scheduling efficiency and resource utilization.Leveraging a service-cluster-based model aggregation approach,we employ Hamming distance to calculate model capability compatibility, optimizing model discovery and orchestration processes. The prototype implementation and multi-phase experimental validation conducted in a domestic private cloud environment demonstrate that the proposed method effectively supports digital development across the entire lifecycle of aerospace products, enhancing model resource sharing and system integration efficiency.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(5):649-653
Objective:
To explore the correlation between different nutritional status and depressive symptoms among adolescents, so as to provide a theoretical basis for targeted improvement of nutritional status and depressive symptoms in adolescents.
Methods:
A total of 8 102 adolescents aged 12-17 years in Shanghai, Urumqi, Changsha and Kunming were selected by random cluster sampling. Depressive symptoms were assessed by the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D). Height and weight were measured. Kruskal Wallis H test, Chi square test and ordinal Logistic regression were used to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and depressive symptoms in adolescents.
Results:
The overall detection rate of depressive symptoms in adolescents was 25.6%, with girls (30.1%) higher than that of boys (21.1%) ( χ 2=87.60, P <0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of depressive symptoms among girls with different nutritional status ( Z =8.34, P <0.05). The detectable rate of depressive symptoms increased with BMI among girls( χ 2 trend =6.04, P <0.05). After controlling for confounding factors, ordinal Logistic regression showed that the obese girls had higher risks in depressive symptoms detection compared with normal weight girls ( OR=1.45, 95%CI=1.10-1.91, P <0.05).
Conclusion
The nutritional status of girls is better than boys, but the prevalence of depressive symptoms is higher than boys. The risk of depressive symptoms in girls increases with BMI.
5.Correlation between physical activity and depressive symptoms in adolescents
Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(5):672-676
Objective:
To analyze the correlation between physical activity and depressive symptoms in adolescents, so as to provide a reference for the early prevention of depression among adolescents.
Methods:
Using a random cluster sampling method, 8 102 adolescents from Shanghai, Urumqi, Changsha and Kunming were investigated via the Physical Activity Assessment Questionnaire of Chinese Children and Adolescents aged 7 to 18 and the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) for physical activity and depressive symptoms. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between physical activity and depressive symptoms in adolescents.
Results:
The proportion of adolescents who met moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA) standard was 37.0%, and the detection rate of depressive symptoms was 25.6%. The detection rate of depressive symptomsin compliant with MVPA standard group was significantly lower than that in non compliant group among different age and gender( χ 2=7.62-34.54, P <0.05). Adolescents with severe depressive symptoms had high light intensity physical activity(LPA) duration and low vigorous intensity physical activity(VPA) duration, while adolescents with mild depressive symptoms or asymptomatic adolescents had higher MVPA duration. There were differences in LPA and VPA among adolescents with different levels of depressive symptoms in the overall sample, and the differences were still significant among girls, middle school and statistically significant differences in LPA, moderate intensity physical activity(MPA), MVPA were also found among the high school subgroup. However, differences only in LPA were observed among boys with different levels of depression( H=46.48, 10.31, 25.02, 29.54, 30.25, 19.80, 22.20, 9.54, 8.62, 18.06, P <0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression model showed that gender and duration of MVPA were significantly related to risk of depressive symptoms( OR=1.56, 1.42, P <0.05).
Conclusion
Physical activity among adolescents is significantly related to depressive symptoms. MVPA may be an effective measure to reduce the degree of depressive symptoms. To improve the physical health and prevent depression among adolescents, it is important to choose appropriate physical activity types and effectively increase the duration of MVPA.

Objective:
To understand the relationship between family environment and depressive symptoms among adolescent, and to provide a reference for adolescent mental health promotion and intervention.
Methods:
From September to December in 2021, a questionnaire survey on family environment and depressive symptoms was conducted among 8 102 middle school students by random cluster sampling method in Shanghai, Urumqi, Changsha and Kunming. The Chi square test was used to compare the depression status of students in different family environments. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between family environment and depressive symptoms.
Results:
The detection rates of possible depression, likely depression and severe depression in adolescents were 11.2%, 5.9% and 8.4%, respectively. There were significant differences in the detection rate of depression by gender, academic period, urban and rural areas, family forms and only child statu( χ 2=87.60, 27.19, 6.65, 45.59, 4.78, P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that adolescents in single parent families ( OR =1.45) and reorganized families( OR =1.69) were positively correlated with the occurrence of depressive symptoms compared with those in nuclear families( P <0.01).
Conclusion
Compared with nuclear families, the risks of adolescent depressive symptoms in single parent families and reorganized families are higher. Attention should be paid to the mental health education of teenagers from single parents and reorganized families to ensure the development of their physical and mental health.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2023;32(2):161-168
Objective:To investigate the tumor perfusion enhancement induced by low intensity ultrasound stimulated microbubble cavitation (USMC) combined with programmed cell death-Ligand 1(PD-L1) antibody on improving the immune microenvironment of solid tumors.Methods:Tumor-bearing mice were divided into 4 groups: Control ( n=26) group, USMC ( n=27) group, anti-PD-L1 ( n=27) group and USMC+ anti-PD-L1 ( n=27) group. USMC treatment was performed with a VINNO 70 ultrasound theranostics system. Tumor perfusion was evaluated by contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS). The anti-tumor efficacy was assessed by the tumor growth curve and the survival time of mice. The number and function of CD8 + T cells, the differentiation of CD4 + T cells, the proportion of MDSC and the phenotype distribution of TAM in tumors were analyzed by flow cytometry. The content of CXCL9, CXCL10 and HIF-1α in tumor were detected by ELISA. The expression of VEGF in tumor tissues was analyzed by immunofluorescence. Results:CEUS showed that the values of PI and AUC of tumors were significantly increased after USMC compared with before USMC (all P<0.05). USMC combined with anti-PD-L1 therapy did suppress the tumor progression. FCM showed the number, the expression of proliferation antigen Ki67, the secretion of IFN-γ and Granzyme B of CD8 + T cells in tumors were higher in combined group than those in other three groups after therapy (all P<0.05). Meantime, the proportion of Th1 was rose while Tregs and MDSC were declined and the polarization of TAM was toward M1 type by combined therapy. ELISA analysis showed that the combined therapy also increased the concentration of CXCL9, CXCL10 and decreased the content of HIF-1α in tumors (all P<0.05). Meanwhile, the immunofluorescence expression of VEGF was significantly lower in combined group than that in the control group after treatment ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Tumor perfusion enhancement by USMC combined with PD-L1 antibody therapy could improve tumor immune microenvironment and USMC might be a novel effective method for potentiating PD-L1 antibody immunotherapy.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2023;29(20):2743-2749
Objective:To compare the consistency of preoperative frailty assessment in elderly colorectal cancer patients using Frailty Phenotype (FP), FRAIL Scale (FS), Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS), and Edmonton Frailty Scale (EFS), and their predictive performance in predicting the postoperative complication, so as to provide reference for nurses to choose appropriate frailty assessment tools. Methods:From December 2020 to October 2021, 207 elderly patients who underwent radical surgery for colorectal cancer at the General Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were selected as the study subject by convenience sampling. FP, FS, CFS, and EFS were used to assess patients' frailty. Taking postoperative complications as the outcome indicator, the predictive performance of four frailty assessment tools was compared using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and Bayes discriminant analysis. Results:The frailty detection rates of FP, FS, CFS, and EFS in 207 elderly colorectal cancer patients were 19.8% (41/207), 11.6% (24/207), 22.2% (46/207), and 10.1% (21/207), respectively. The areas under the ROC curves of FP, FS, CFS, and EFS were 0.714, 0.643, 0.737, and 0.665, respectively, with statistically significant differences (all P<0.01). Pairwise comparison found that there were statistically significant differences in the area under the ROC curve between FP and FS, FS and CFS, CFS and EFS ( P<0.05). The cross validation accuracy of FP, FS, CFS and EFS in predicting the postoperative complication in elderly colorectal cancer patients was 78.7%, 68.6%, 76.3%, and 75.8%, respectively. Conclusions:FP and CFS have moderate predictive performance for postoperative complications in elderly colorectal cancer patients, and there is no difference in predictive performance between the two. Both CFS and FP can be used for the assessment of preoperative frailty in elderly colorectal cancer patients, but considering clinical applicability, CFS is recommended.
