Improving the innovation ability of students is always concerned by the educators in the modern times.In the paper,the problem of how to train the innovation ability of students in the experiments of Instrument Analysis is discussed from the following five aspects:course innovation,expending the thinking,strengthening the experiment skills,creating the innovation environment and exchanging the experiences.

The incidence of peptic ulcer, incidence and severity of portal hypertensive gastropathy (PHG) and the incidence of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in Hp positive patients were higher than those in Hp negative . Conclusion Hp infection in patients with liver - cirrhosis may be related to incidences of peptic ulcer, PHG and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.

Objective To evaluate a new computer-aided technique applicable for myocardial contrast echocardiography(MCE) to quantitate automatically calibrated myocardial contrast intensity(CD and to test the feasibility of calibrated CI in assessing myocardial perfusion. To analyze the relationship on myocardial perfusion,regional contractile function and cell apoptosis in stunned myocardium. Methods According to coronary occlusion and reperfusion at different times, rabbits were divided into three groups: 15 min occlusion/30min reperfusion (group Ⅰ ),30 min occlusion / 60min reperfusion (group Ⅱ ) and 120 min occlusion / 60min reperfusion (group Ⅲ ). MCE was performed on all rabbits at baseline,occlusion and after reperfusion,and its images were analyzed by a new computer-aided technique. Myocardial calibrated CI of each segment was measured automatically by software. Percentage wall thickening (WT) of each risk segment at each stage were also measured by echocardiography. The apoptotic index(AI) in regional left myocardial dysfunction was calculated by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferease-mediated biotinylated deoxyuridine triphosphate nick end labeling(TUNEL ). Results (1) During occlusion, WT in the areas at risk decreased to zero or negative and the calibrated CI values were significantly lower than those at baseline ( P ＜0.01 ). After reperfusion, WT in all risk segment remained depressed, but calibrated CI significantly improved in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ while those remained unchanged in group Ⅲ. (2)AI in risk myocytes were (13. 70 ± 5.48 ) %, (36.25 ± 5.55 ) % and ( 62.06 ± 6. 70 ) %, respectively, both statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P ＜0.05 or P ＜ 0.01 ). AI were negatively correlated to WT and calibrated CI ( r = - 0. 87 and r = - 0. 77, P ＜0.05). Conclusions MCE with computer-aided technique can assess quantitatively myocardial perfusion and regional contractile function. Short-term ischemiareperfusion does not cause myocardial necrosis, but it will lead to myocardial cell apoptosis and the phenomenon of myocardial stunning. Prolonged ischemia, even if given sufficient reperfusion, can lead to apoptosis and necrosis simultaneously.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in our hospital,and provide reference for rational use of antibiotics. METHODS:Clinical specimen of inpatients in our hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2015 was collected,the identification of strains and drug sensitivity test were performed by the VITEK-2 microorganism analyzer;use rate of antibiotics and detection of multidrug-resistant and pandrug-resistant A. baumannii for inpatients in our hospital were an-alyzed,and their correlation was detected by Pearson correlation analysis. RESULTS:Totally 2 468 strains of A. baumannii were isolated in our hospital during 2012-2015,mainly derived from sputum samples (88.2%),distributed in respiratory medicine de-partment(47.0%)and ICU(13.1%);A. baumannii showed totally high drug resistance to common antibiotics,and only sensitive to tigecycline. Totally 386(79.3%),434(61.6%),358(53.4%)and 291(48.0%)strains multidrug-resistant A. baumannii were detected every year in our hospital;and pandrug-resistant A. baumannii were 336(69.0%),385(54.7%),331(49.3%)and 256 (42.2%) strains,respectively. There was a positive correlation between the percentage of multidrug-resistant and pandrug-resistant A. baumannii in total strains and use rate of antibiotics (r=0.987、0.981,P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:A. baumannii has emerged as an important pathogen in hospital acquired infections,which mainly caused respiratory system infection;the drug resistance situ-ation is not optimistic,tigecycline can be used as one of the best choice for treatment of A. baumannii infections;our hospital should continue to control the use of antibiotics to decrease the emerging of drug resistance strains.

The traditional discipline-centered curriculum design can neither keep up with developments of modern medical science nor reach requirements of the education reform in the new century.Since 2011,College of Stomatology in School of Medicine in Shanghai Jiao Tong University had developed ‘ disease oriented integrated curriculum system reform’ for students of long-term stomatology education.In view of the problems existing in the original curriculum system,the integrated curriculum system was set up by coalescing clinical medicine curriculum according to the related systems and oral medicine curriculum according to the developmental rules of diseases.Lectures were combined with discussion classes in the reform and performance appraisal system was changed from simplex judgments into comprehensive evaluations.At last,further considerations of promoting the reform based on the practice were proposed.

As the curriculum was unreasonable and teaching approac h was simple in the course of pharmaceutical analysis,the course curriculum was reconstructed and optimized to be more advanced and more scientific.Reasonable teaching approaches will be adopted according to different teaching contents and diverse teaching model which is benefit to the cultivation of students' innovative capability will be constructed.

As a landmark masterpiece in the development of acupuncture-moxibustion history,Zhen Jiu Jia Yi Jing (A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion) has been studied by numerous scholars. This article tried to find out the acupoints selection rules for heat diseases inA-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion by taking the heat diseases as the focus and using statistical methods, for promoting the application in clinic.

Objective To explore the characteristics of oxygen uptake efficiency (OUES) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and analyze the relationship between OUE and severity of disease.Methods Pulmonary function test,polysomnogram and cardiopulmonary exercise testing were performed in 35 patients with OSAHS and 25 age-matched healthy volunteers.Their successive breathing respiratory exchange parameters were collected and analyzed.And t and x2 tests were used for 2 sample comparison.Correlation analysis was performed by Pearson correlation test.Results Significant differences in peak VO2 and peak VO2 ％ pred existed between OSAHS and normal control groups [(18±4) vs.(28 ±6) L/min,P＜0.01;(68±14) vs.(84±16) ％,P＜0.01].Compared with normal control group [(2.3 ±0.5) L · min-1 · lg-1 ; (36 ±4) ml/L; (36 ±4) ml/L],OUES,OUEP and OUE@AT of OSAHS group [(1.8 ± 0.4) L · min-1 · lg-1 ; (31 ± 5) ml/L; (30 ± 5) ml/L] were significantly lower (t =3.78-4.49,all P ＜0.01).And OUES,OUEP and OUE@AT in OSAHS patients were correlated (r =0.53-0.67,all P ＜0.01) positively with exercise tolerance (peak VO2％ pred) while negatively with apnea hypopnea index (AHI) (r=-0.67--0.54,all P ＜0.01).Conclusion The oxygen uptake efficiency of patients with OSAHS is significantly reduced compared to that of normal subjects.And it is correlated negatively with severity of disease.

Objective To investigate the left ventricular(LV) systolic hemodynamics and the distribution of blood flow in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM) by vector flow mapping(VFM).MethodsThirty-five random non-obstructive HCM patients(case group) and forty healthy volunteers (control group) were enrolled.Peak systolic velocity (Vs),peak systolic flow (Fs) and total systolic negative flow (SQ-) of two groups were compared.Velocity vector,streamline and vortex distribution of two groups were observed.Results Vs,Fs,SQ- of the control group and Vs,Fs of the case group all showed a decreasing trend from the basal segments to the apical segment(P<0.05).SQ- of the case group lost this decreasing tendency.Vs,Fs of all segments and SQ- of the middle and apical segment of the case group were higher than those of the control group.SQ- of the basal segment of the case group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.01).Distribution of blood flow:The velocity of blood flow was faster in the case group than that in the control group and the direction was disordered.The streamlines of the case group were discontinuous,and vortexes in the case group were more than that in the control group.Conclusions VFM technology could quantitatively evaluate LV systolic hemodynamics in patients with HCM,and can clearly show the distribution of blood flow.

Objective To introduce a new computer-aided technique applicable for myocardial contrast echocardiography(MCE)to quantitate automatically calibrated myocardial contrast intensity(CI)and to test the value of color-coded images of calibrated CI in assessing myocardial perfusion.Methods There were two experimental groups of anesthetized rabbits,which underwent 30 min(group I)and 120 min(groupⅡ)coronary occlusion followed by 60 min reperfusion.MCE was performed on all rabbits during occlusion and after reperfusion,and its images were analyzed by a new computer-aided technique.Myocardial calibrated CI of each segment was measured and a color-coded map was produced automatically by software.The risk areas and infarct sizes obtained by myocardial perfusional defect(MPD)and color-coded map were compared with those by fluorescent microsphere and triphenyl-tetrazolium chloride(TTC)staining.Results Compared with non-risk segments,myocardial CI values were significantly decreased in risk segments in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ before calibration (P＜0.01),however,myocardial calibrated CI values were significantly decreased in risk segments in group Ⅱ(P＜0.01)and not different in group Ⅰ after calibration.Calibrated CI in-70 pix was an optimal cutoff point to identify infarcted segments and to yield the sensitivity of 95% and specificity 87%.The correlation between the risk area by MPD and fluorescent staining was 0.84(P=0.003)whereas color-coded map and staining was 0.91 (P＜0.001).The correlation between the infarct size by MPD and TTC was 0.75(P＜0.001),and between color-coded image and TTC was 0.89(P＜0.001).Conclusions MCE with a new computer-aided technique canassess quantitatively myocardial perfusion and identify automatically risk area and infarct region.
