International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(1):32-33
The author took the medical records of ZHANG Jing-yue,a famous doctor of Ming dynasty,as an example,by analyzing his methods of syndrome differentiation and prescription, and believed that the significance of syndrome difierentiation based on Yin-yang of five viscera in clinical treatment. The key point of TCM treatment is to restore the state of Yin and Yang in a relative equilibrium by enhancing and regulating the functions offive viscera, and so thus to increase the functions of body self-regulating and disease-preventing.
5.Research progress of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae encephalitis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(1):87-89,93
Mycoplasma pneumoniae is a common cause of pediatric community-acquired pneumonia. It has been associated with various extrapulmonary manifestations.Pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae encephalitis is the most common neurologic manifestations.Direct invasion,an immune-mediated mechanism,or neurotoxin production has been proposed.Because mycoplasma pneumoniae encephalitis has a high mortality and a high rate of neurological sequelae, improving the clinicians awareness of the disease, minimizing misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, have important significance.

7.A dosimetric comparison of intensity-modulated radiotherapy versus conventional tangential irradiation for breast cancer after breast-conserving surgery
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(3):182-185
Objective To evaluate the dosimetric benefits of intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) for early stage breast cancer after breast-conserving surgery. Methods Ten patients with stage Tis~2N0M0 breast cancer receiving breast-conserving surgery were selected for the study. Six cases were on the left, four were on the right. A dosimetric comparison of IMRT with conventional wedged tangential technique was performed on each patient using three dimensional treatment planning. The total prescribed dose for both plans was 50 Gy/25 fractions. Dose volume histograms (DVH) were used to compare the planning target volume (PTV) and organs at risks(OARS). Results The PTV coverage in IMRT plan was similar to that of the conventional plan (97.83 % vs 97.61%). A better dose uniformity throughout the whole breast was achieved by IMRT plan. The percentage of PTV receiving less than 95 % prescribed dose and more than 103 % prescribed dose (inhomogeneity index IHI), decreased from 25.42 % to 2.71%: the percentage of PTV receiving more than 105 % prescribed dose (V105 %) decreased from 25.79 % to 1.08 %. A better amelioration of IHI and reduction of V105 % in IMRT plans were observed in the relatively large PTV subgroup. The Dmean and percentage of volume receiving more than 30 Gy (V30) of heart from 6.72 Gy to 4.95 Gy, and from 7.23 % to 1.04 %. the Dmean and percentage of volume receiving more than 20 Gy (V20) of ipsilateral from 9.19 Gy to 7.65 Gy, and from 22.34 % to 20.18 %; the Dmean of contralateral breast decreased from 5.12 Gy to 3.52 Gy;the Dmean of contralateral lung decreased from 2.76 Gy to 1.79 Gy; the Dmean of liver decreased from 7.23 Gy to 1.04 Gy for right side patients. Conclusion Forward planning IMRT based on a standard tangential beam arrangement significantly improves the dose homogeneity throughout the target volume of intact breast and reduces the dose to OARS, especially in patients with large breast volumes who might be proposed as candidates of IMRT for intact breast.
8.The Ethics Issues and the Relevant Countermeasures for Abortion of Disposal
Chinese Medical Ethics 2014;(2):238-240
In recent year , there are some questions about abortion of disposal .Though the aborted fetus is un-born, the aborted fetus in different stage has the different attribute of ethics .It should be considered with the hu-man right and the personality right .The value in embryonic stem research and organ transplantation of aborted fetus has raised some problems , such as ethical review , the choice of test sample .The existing legal provisions are not sufficient to solve practical problems .We should disposal aborted fetus of different stage through the way of more moral significance .
9.Controlled Hypotension Decreases the Cerebral Luxury Perfusion after Arteriovenous Malformation Removal
The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2000;16(9):430-432
Objective: To study the effect of controlled hypotention on the prevention and treatment of cerebral swellingafter removal of giant arteriovenous malformation(AVM). Methods:8 cases with AVM( > 6cm) were selected. When Laser-Dopple flowmetry showed an increase of cerebral blood flow after excision arteriovenous malformation (AVM), intraoperativ-ely, 2.5 % thiopental 5-10mg/kg was injected. Results: The basic mean blood pressure of all cases was 77.63 + 4.27mmHgand basic cerebral blood flow value was 35-134PU. After AVM resection, cerebral blood flow was increased obviously. Thechange value 1 was 125-434PU and the increasing amplitude was 223.48% + 0.62% (P < 0. 001). With thiopental injec-tion, mean artery blood pressure was reduced by 23.00 % + 0.02 %. The cerebral blood flow value was reduced too. Thechange value 2 was 89-236PU and the decreasing amplitude was 35 % + 7.35% (P < 0.01) eampared with that beforethiopental injection. Conclusion:Controlled hypotension can decrease the increasing amplitude of cerebral blood flow and thecerebral perfusion after the giant AVM removal.
