Objective To Investigate the effects of antipsoriatic drugs on 5 lipoxygenase(5－LO) and set up a relevant pharmacodynamic method. Methods 5－ LO products, leukotriene B4 (LTB4) and 5 hydroxyeicosatetraenoic(5－HETE), we re determined by RP－HPLC to represent 5－LO activity. Results Cyclosporin A( CyA) and triptolide(T0) inhibited the production of LTB4 and 5－HETE in a dose dependent manner, while erythromycin did without dose dependence. The 50％ inhibitory concentration values(IC50) of CyA inhibiting LTB4 and 5－HETE were 3 8.0? g/mL and 0.96? g/mL, respectively. The IC50 of T0 inhibiting LTB4 and 5－ HETE were 2.3? 10－6? g/mL and 1.14? 10－6? g/mL, respectively. Conclusio ns The anti inflammatory effect of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f. may be partl y explained by its inhibition of 5－LO activity. The anti inflammatory effect of CyA has no clinical significance since the inhibitory concentration of CyA h as exceeded its pharmacological limitation. Erythromycin has no effect on 5－LO activity.

Objective To study the role of photoallergens and contact allergens in the pathogenesis of chronic actinic dermatitis (CAD).Methods Ba sed on the standard procedures of photopatch test recommended by the British Pho todermatology Group (BPG) and the routine procedures of patch test,photopatch a nd patch tests were performed on 56 patients with CAD,42 patients with polymorp hous light eruption (PLE) and 25 patients with chronic eczema on scalp and face by standard photopatch test series recommended by the International Contact Derm atitis Research Group (ICDRG) and home-made standard series of contact allerge ns.A set of ten Philips TL20W/09N tubes was used as the source of irradiation.Results In the 56 CAD patients,the positive rates were 46.43 %,57.14 % and 32.14% for photopatch test,patch test and both tests,respectively,which appea red to be significantly higher than those in the patients with PLE.Positive pa tch reactions were found in 65% of the patients with chronic eczema,which was s imilar to that of CAD.And the frequency of the positive allergens in chronic ec zema was the same as that in CAD,in which fragrance mixture (FM) ranked the fir st,followed by balsam of Peru (BOP),cobalt chloride,nickel sulphate.In CAD,FM and BOP were the most common allergens and photoallergens,which accounted fo r 44% and 32% of the positive reactions in patch tests,15.38% and 17.95% in pho topatch tests,respectively.Conclusions Both photoallergens and contact aller gens may play important roles in the pathogenesis of CAD.Allergens positive in patch tests and photopatch tests and related compounds which can cause cross-r eactivity with the above allergens should be avoided by the patients with CAD.

Objective To study the relationship of sunlight exposure and photoprotection with clinical activity in systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods A structured questionaire was administered to 107 SLE patients, to assess their attitudes and behavior regarding sunlight exposure and photoprotection. The clinical manifestations, laboratory findings and treatment were evaluated. Results All patients were classified into two groups based on the duration of exposure to sunlight per day. Fourty-eight (44.86%) patients were exposed to direct sunlight for an average of less than one hour per day in one group and 59 (55.14%) for one hour or more in the other group. Twenty-four (22.43%) patients reported use of photoprotective measures in spring and summer. The patients in the former group had significantly lower incidences of photosensitivity, arthritis, alopecia, exacerbations, presence of anti-dsDNA antibody, decrease of complement C3, C4 and CH50 than those in the latter group(P

Objective To determine the normal range of minimal erythema dose (MED) of normal skin to ultraviolet A (UVA) and B (UVB). Methods The definition of MED is the dose of UVA required to induce a just perceptible erythema on an individual′s skin 24 hours after irradiation. One hundred and eighteen subjects including healthy volunteers and patients with noninflammatory skin disorders were enrolled and studied with SUV1000 type UV simulator in March 2002. Results The average MED value for UVA was 55 J/cm2 (range: 18 - 95 J/cm2) in the males, and 40 J/cm2 (range: 15 - 100 J/cm2) in the females. The average MED value for UVB was 31 mJ/cm2 (range: 12 - 95 mJ/cm2) in the males and 29 mJ/cm2 (range: 8 - 95 mJ/cm2) in the females. The MED value for UVA in the males was significantly higher than that in the females (P 0.05). Objective:To analyze the types of ulnar coronoid process fractures in terrible triad injury (TTI) using three coronoid fracture classification systems and to explore the characteristics of coronoid process fractures and compare the reliability of different coronoid process fractures classification systems in TTI.Methods:A retrospective case series study was used to analyze the CT data of 43 patients with typical TTI admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2013 to October 2020. There were 26 males and 17 females, aged from 18 to 88 years [(41.8±15.6)years]. An independent three-dimensional model of the proximal ulna was established using the CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology. The characteristics of the coronoid process fractures were observed. The Regan-Morrey classification, O'Driscoll classification and Adams classification were used to classify the ulnar coronoid process fractures. The reliability of the three classification systems of coronoid fractures was analyzed.Results:The fracture line of the coronoid process was mostly located anterolaterally. Among all patients with ulnar coronoid fractures, there were 17 patients (40%) with type I, 19 (44%) with type II and 7(16%) with type III according to Regan-Morrey classification; there were 34 patients (79%) with type I, 2(5%) with type II and 7(16%) with type III according to O'Driscoll classification; there were 12 patients (28%) with type I, 3(7%) with type II, 7(16%) with type III, 18(42%) with type IV AL and 2(5%) with type IV AM according to Adams classification. Through reliability analysis, the Kappa coefficients of the inter-observer and intra-observer 1, 2, 3 of Regan-Morrey classification were 0.752, 0.813, 0.772 and 0.703, respectively; the Kappa coefficients of the inter-observer and intra-observer 1, 2, 3 of O'Driscoll classification were 0.797, 0.774, 0.837 and 0.775, respectively; the Kappa coefficients of the inter-observer and intra-observer 1, 2, 3 of Adams classification were 0.805, 0.835, 0.837 and 0.875, respectively.Conclusions:Most of the coronoid process fractures locate anterolaterally in TTI. Compared with Regan-Morrey classification and O'Driscoll classification, the reliability of Adams classification is best. Adams classification further subdivides the anterolateral fractures of the coronoid process, which may be more suitable in evaluating the classification of ulnar coronoid process fractures in TTI.

Objective:To understand the current knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) on influenza and influenza vaccine among pregnant women in Suzhou and to analyze its influencing factors to provide technical support data for public health strategies for promoting influenza vaccination in pregnant women.Methods:A questionnaire was designed, and a stratified sampling method was used to conduct a face-to-face survey among pregnant women at different stages of pregnancy who received antenatal examinations at different levels of medical institutions in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, in 2023. KAP status and influencing factors were analyzed by χ2 test and logistic regression analysis. Results:A total of 2 195 valid questionnaires were collected in this survey. The M( Q1, Q3) of knowledge about influenza and influenza vaccine among pregnant women in Suzhou was 7.60 (5.23, 9.80) points, and the score range was 0.20-14.71 points, the passing rate was 34.12%, the awareness rate of influenza vaccine was 57.45%, and the vaccination rate of influenza vaccine was 1.91% within one year before the survey. The willingness to receive influenza vaccine during pregnancy was only 3.57%. Multivariate analysis of influenza and influenza vaccine-related knowledge scores showed that the passing rate was positively correlated with education level and gestational age. In contrast, family income was negatively correlated with living in rural areas, working as migrant workers, and having no medical insurance. Multivariate analysis of vaccination intention showed that decreased effectiveness of influenza vaccine and increased adverse reactions decreased vaccination intention during pregnancy. Conclusions:The pregnant women in Suzhou pay more attention to influenza, and vaccination rates and intentions are generally low. Pregnant women with early and second trimester of pregnancy, low education, living in rural areas, working as migrant workers, and not purchasing medical insurance are the key groups to popularize the knowledge about influenza and influenza vaccine.

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for ensuring clinical drug safety and promoting the development of characteristic chemical preparations in medical institutions. METHODS： From three aspects such as registration declaration of new preparations， supplementary application declaration and re-registration declaration， the problems found during the technical review of registration of chemical preparation in medical institutions of Guangdong province have been summed up， the causes of above problems also have been analyzed， and the relevant suggestions have been given at the same time. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS： There were deficiencies in the registration declaration of new preparations， such as insufficient basis for the title， the lack of key process parameters in the study of preparation process and the failure of stability test conditions to meet the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia， etc. There were deficiencies in the supplementary application declaration， such as the unreasonable formulation of drug， the interaction between the drugs packing material and the drug， and unreasonable setting of storage conditions. There were deficiencies in the re-registration declaration， such as the supply of existing drugs on the market， the lack of production conditions for the formulation unit， the inability to purchase the original excipient materials， and the incomplete attention items. The main reasons were that the lack of technical guidelines for the research of chemical preparations， imperfection of the Standards for the Quality Management of Pharmaceutical Preparation in Medical Institutions and authorized preparation of chemical agents not allowed in Measures for the Registration and Administration of Pharmaceutical Preparation in Medical Institutions， and some kinds of chemical preparations could not adapt to the development of the new situation. The solutions are to improve the regulations of medicinal preparation in medical institutions and develop chemical preparations selectively based on safety and efficiency. In the future， the problems can be solved by formulating the technical guidelines for the research of chemical preparations in medical institutions， refining the rules for the retention of samples in finished products， increasing the requirements for continuous stability inspections， allowing authorized chemical preparations to be commissioned and prepared， phasing out the chemical preparations that do not adapt to the new situation， and developing valuable chemical preparations， to provide safe and effective chemical preparations for clinical use.

Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the general procrastination scale (GPS) in the application of middle school students.Methods:The Chinese version of GPS, the irrational procrastination scale(IPS), and the Maslach burnout inventory(MBI) were utilized to survey 10 825 middle school students in Harbin City through stratified random sampling, and 4 498 students were retested after 4 weeks. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 27.0 and Mplus 8.0.Results:The entries were well differentiated.Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis indicated that GPS was composed of two factors, including active avoidance and lack of planning.The model fit was good (CFI=0.914, TLI=0.901, RMSEA=0.069, SRMR=0.072). GPS was positively correlated with the total scores of IPS and MBI ( r=0.753, 0.677, both P<0.001). The Cronbach's α coefficient of GPS was 0.864, the folded half reliability was 0.870, and the retest reliability after 4 weeks was 0.756. Conclusion:The GPS has good reliability and validity among middle school students, which provides a standard for measuring the procrastination level of middle school students and carrying out related research.

In recent years， diabetic nephropathy （DN） has become an increasingly serious health challenge worldwide， and its morbidity and mortality rates are rapidly increasing. The patients suffering from the disease tend to be younger. DN is not only accompanied by a wide range of renal pathological changes， such as renal hypertrophy， inflammatory cell infiltration， expansion of the tethered membrane stroma， and thickening of the basement membrane but is also the main cause of end-stage renal disease and death in patients with diabetes mellitus. Therefore， it is particularly urgent to explore new strategies for the prevention and treatment of DN. The pathogenesis of DN is intricate and complex， with current research focusing on multifactorial interactions between metabolic and hemodynamic factors， such as hypoxia， inflammatory responses， and fibrotic processes. Notably， hypoxia plays a pivotal role in the initiation and progression of DN. Hypoxia-inducible factor （HIF-1α）， as a key regulatory protein commonly found in hypoxic cells， has a profound impact on various physiological and pathological processes， such as cell metabolism， vascular neogenesis， oxidative stress， and apoptosis. With its unique theoretical system and therapeutic approach， traditional Chinese medicine has demonstrated significant advantages in coping with hypoxic diseases and can slow down the progression of DN by regulating the expression level of HIF-1α and its downstream signaling molecules and exerting anti-inflammatory， antioxidant， and antifibrotic effects， which has positive clinical significance for drug development and early prevention and treatment of DN.
