The clinical manifestations of the disease include dysphagia, foreign body sensation in pharyngeal, retrosternal pain and regurgitation. Physical examination showed a sausage-shaped mass hanging outside the mouth, sometimes. CT scan demonstrated a benign placeholder in upper segment of esophagus. Surgery is the only way to achieve radical cure. Pathological examination: inflammtory fibroid polyp.

OBJECTIVE To explore the condition of the cellular immune function of children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) and its change after operation METHODS Eighty children diagnosed as OSAHS were included in this study. T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells of the blood were measured before operation and one month after operation respectively. Children without the related disorders or systemic disease were recruited as control group.RESULTS Before operation, CD4+T cell percentage, CD4+/CD8+ ratio and NK cell percentage in OSAHS children were significantly lower than that in the control group[(26.19±3.38)%vs (5.10±4.09)%, (0.90±0.19)%vs (1.61±0.52)%, (11.45±4.35)%vs (13.73±3.78)%,P<0.05], CD8+T cell percentage was significantly higher than that in the control group[(30.02±5.50)%vs (22.31±3.42) %,P<0.05]. The difference, between the two groups, in CD3+T cells was not statistically significant. After operation, the CD4+T cells, CD8+T cells, CD4+/CD8+ ratio, the percentage of NK cells and CD3+T cells showed no significance difference compared with that before operation (P>0.05). CONCLUSION OSAHS may damage the cellular immune function. The operation does not reduce the cellular immune function in the short term.

The better conditions for flask fermentation of Grifola frondosa are:QF medium.25℃.pH4 5 filled volume 60mL/500mL flask.rotated speed 100rpm.When 0 4%CMC is added to medium, the growing point of mycelia can increase and the biomass is rised.Scale\|up test has done in 10 litre airlift bioreactor. The rate of biotransformation between biomass and original sugar or between biomass and consuming sugar is over 24% or up to 435%.In mycelium the polysaccharide content is 10 2%.In culture fluid the polysaccharide content is 1 38%.

Objective To understand the status quo of job embeddedness and turnover intention of hospital nurses, and to explore their correlation. Methods Using convenient sampling method,we selected 538 nursing workers from 8 tertiary hospi-tals in Guangzhou, and conducted an electronic questionnaire survey with job embeddedness Scale and Turnover Intention Scale. Results The total average score of job embeddedness was(3.41±1.26),and the total average score of turnover intention was(2.66±0.94).There was a negative correlation between job embeddedness and turnover intention(r =-0.060,P>0.05).Conclusion The scores of job embeddedness and turnover intention of hospital nurses are at the middle level, and job embed-dedness is negatively correlated with the total average score of turnover intention. It is suggested that the management mode of hospital nurses should be standardized, the legitimate rights and interests of nurses should be guaranteed, the construction of pro-fessional certification system should be promoted, the nurses'positive job embeddedness should be promoted, the hospital nurs-ing staff should be stabilized, and the satisfaction of nursing service should be improved.

Plastics are widely used in human daily life, which bring great convenience. Nevertheless, the disposal of a large amount of plastic wastes also brings great pressure to the environment. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is a polymer thermoplastic material produced from petroleum. It has become one of the most commonly used plastics in the world due to its durability, high transparency, light weight and other characteristics. PET can exist in nature for a long time due to its complex structure and the difficulty in degradation, which causes serious pollution to the global ecological environment, and threatens human health. The degradation of PET wastes has since become one of the global challenges. Compared with physical and chemical methods, biodegradation is the greenest way for treating PET wastes. This review summarizes the recent advances on PET biodegradation including microbial and enzymatic degradation of PET, biodegradation pathway, biodegradation mechanisms, and molecular modification of PET-degrading enzymes. In addition, the prospect for achieveing efficient degradation of PET, searching and improving microorganisms or enzymes that can degrade PET of high crystallinity are presented, with the aimto facilitate the development, application and molecular modification of PET biodegradation microorganisms or enzymes.

OBJECTIVESince 1986, the reference of birth weight for gestational age has not been updated. The aim of this study was to set up Chinese neonatal network to investigate the current situation of birth weight in China, especially preterm birth weight, to develop the new reference for birth weight for gestational age and birth weight curve.
METHODA nationwide neonatology network was established in China. This survey was carried out in 63 hospitals of 23 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. We continuously collected the information of live births in participating hospitals during the study period of 2011-2014. Data describing birth weight and gestational age were collected prospectively. Newborn's birth weight was measured by electronic scale within 2 hours after birth when baby was undressed. The evaluation of gestational age was based on the combination of mother's last menstrual period, ultrasound in first trimester and gestational age estimation by gestational age scoring system.
STATISTICAL ANALYSISthe growth curve was drawn by using LMSP method, which was conducted in GAMLSS 1.9-4 software package in R software 2.11.1.
RESULTA total of 159 334 newborn infants were enrolled in this study. There were 84 447 male and 74 907 female. The mean birth weight was (3 232 ± 555) g, the mean birth weight of male newborn was (3 271 ± 576) g, the mean weight of female newborn was (3 188 ± 528) g. The test of the variables' distribution suggested that the distribution of gestational age and birth weight did not fit the normal distribution, the optimal distribution for them was BCT distribution. The Q-Q plot test and worm plot test suggested that this curve fitted the distribution optimally. The male and female neonatal birth weight curve was developed using the same method.
CONCLUSIONUsing GAMLSS method to establish nationwide neonatal birth weight curve, and the first time to update the birth weight reference in recent 28 years.
