1.Simultaneous Determination of Six Active Constituents in Jizhi Syrups by HPLC with Wavelength Switc-hing
China Pharmacist 2017;20(3):556-558
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of six active constituents ( ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid, ephedrine hydrochloride, protocatechuic acid, protocatechualdehyde and naringin) in Jizhi syrups. Methods:A Zorbax XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A)-0.9% acetic acid (B) with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was changed as follows:257 nm for 0-22. 0 min, 326 nm for 22. 0-30. 0 min, 320 nm for 30. 0-52. 0 min, 210 nm for 52. 0-58. 0 min and 283 nm for 58. 0-60. 0 min. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results:The separation of the six active constituents was good. The linear range ( r>0. 9990) was 2. 817-112. 670, 2. 342-93. 670, 0. 710-28. 415, 0. 776-31. 035, 0. 694-27. 755 and 1. 279-51. 175 ng for ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid, ephedrine hydrochloride, protocatechuic acid, protocatechualdehyde and naringin, respectively. The average recover-ies varied from 99.3% to 99.8%(RSD varied from 0.18% to 0.28%). Conclusion: The method is rapid with high sensitivity, promising accuracy and good specificity, which can provide scientific basis for the quality control of Jizhi syrups.

Objective:To investigate the effect of peer support-based narrative therapy on postoperative self-image and stigma of patients with head and neck cancer, to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods:A total of 78 head and neck cancer patients from August 2018 to August 2020 in Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center were divided into experimental group and control group by random digits table method, each group were 39 cases. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the experimental group implemented support-based narrative therapy on the basis of routine nursing. The intervention time was 4 weeks. The self-image and stigma of the two groups before and after intervention were assessed by Body Image Scale (BIS) and Social Impact Scale (SIS), respectively. Results:Finally, 37 cases were included in the experimental group and 38 cases in the control group. There was no significant difference in BIS, SIS dimension scores and total scores between the two groups before intervention ( P>0.05). After intervention, the emotional demension scores, behavior dimension scores, cognitive dimension scores and total scores in BIS were 4.41 ± 1.04, 1.95 ± 0.51, 3.81 ± 0.63 and 10.16 ± 2.05 in the experimental group, significantly lower than in the control group 5.08 ± 1.08, 2.82 ± 0.60, 5.42 ± 0.76 and 13.32 ± 1.93, the differences were statistically significant ( t values were 2.76-6.86, all P<0.01); the social exclusion scores, internal shame scores, social isolation scores and total stigma scores in SIS were 17.57 ± 2.67, 9.08 ± 1.55, 12.14 ± 3.73 and 46.14 ± 4.95 in the experimental group, significantly lower than in the control group 19.18 ± 3.70, 10.68 ± 1.61, 14.18 ± 3.83 and 51.68 ± 6.09, the differences were statistically significant ( t values were 2.16-4.38, all P<0.05). Conclusions:Peer support-based narrative therapy can effectively alleviate the postoperative self-image problems and stigma of patients with head and neck cancer, which is worthy of clinical application.

Ophthalmology is interrelated with a variety of disciplines, and its features determine the need for interdisciplinary joint training of postgraduate students majoring in ophthalmology. The joint training can optimize the students' knowledge structures, enhance their innovation abilities and improve their overall qualities. However, there are still some factors restricting the interdisciplinary joint training in the existing education system. We propose to establish a full-time administrative management system, build a multidisciplinary communication platform, attach great importance to tutors' interdisciplinary researches, and establish dual mentor or multi-tutor training system. Moreover, a reasonable interdisciplinary evaluation system and various incentive mechanisms are advocated to improve the quality of postgraduate education in ophthalmology.
