This article shows a new design of telerehabilitation system for balance function assessment and training in our laboratory. The system is based on C/S network architecture, and realizes the telecommunication through socket network communication technology. It implements the teletransmission of training data and assessment report of sit-down and stand-up, online communication between doctors and patients, and doctors'management of patient information. This system realizes remote evaluation and telerehabilitation of patients, and brings great convenience for the patients.

It is important to design a long-period transparent bioactive material for corneal repair in the process of corneal tissue renovation. This article discusses the silk fibroin and formamide blend membranes as a corneal stroma repair material. Silk fibroin solution was mixed with formamide in different proportions to obtain insoluble transparent silk fibroin film by casting method. The blending membranes had excellent mechanical properties, cell compatibility and long-term transparent properties. Rabbit corneal stromal cells were seeded on the sterilized composite films. The rate of cell surface adhesion was over 90% after cells were placed on it for 5 hours. When cells were seeded on blend membranes from one day to seven days, Alma Blue was added to complete medium. Compared with the cell culture plate, there was no significant difference in cell proliferation on formamide/silk films. Objective:To analyze the immunocontraceptive efficacy of CZP3 DNA vaccine by electric pulse stimulating and the correlation between antibody level and antifertility. Methods: The mice were immunized with 5, 10, 20 and 50 μg DNA vaccine pcDNA3. 0-CZP3 respectively and were stimulated at leg muscle by electric pulse. Detect the antibody level of each mice group and the highest antibody titer by ELISA. After mated with male mice for three weeks,calculated infertility rate of mice,the average litter size of each immune group and did statistical analysis. Results:Compared with the intramuscular injection alone,the electric pulse stimulation could increase serum antibody titers of mice significantly, the antibody titer of 50 μg group which was stimulated by electric pulse reached 1∶4 000. Moreover,the infertility of the mice increased and the mice average litter size reduced along with the increase of CZP3 antibody level significantly. Statistical analysis showed that the antibody level and the average litter size had a negative correlation. Conclusion:The electric pulse stimulation can improve the immune level and reduce the fertility efficiency of mice significantly,therefore establishes a foundation for further application of CZP3 DNA vaccine in stray dog contraception.

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on caesarean section rate in grass-roots hospitals. Methods 240 parturient women who were to infanticipate were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 120 patients in each group according to hospitalization sequence. Parturient women in the experimental group received nursing intervention with new nursing model during the delivery, while women in the control group just finished parturition using routine procedures. The caesarean section rate of the two groups were compared with χ2 test. Results The caesarean section rate of parturient women in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusions Nursing inter-vention has certain effect on decreasing the caesarean section rate in grassroots hospitals.

Autoimmune encephalitis is a kind of inflammatory disease of central nervous system caused by abnormal immune response of body immune system to neuronal antigen,and is generally considered to be reversible encephalitis caused by noninfectious factors.Its characteristic manifestations include acute and subacute onset of cognitive dysfunction,epilepsy and mental disorder.With the discovery of related antibodies,summaries of clinical syndrome and application of new functional imaging instruments,the diagnosis of autoimmune encephalitis is increasingly standardized.The priority treatment of autoimmune encephalitis is immunomodulatory therapy,including glucocorticoid,immunoglobulin,plasma exchange and immunosuppressant.The other treatments could be the related tumor resection,electroshock therapy,etc.The symptoms in most patients can get substantial relief with active treatment.The present paper would focus on the research progress in treatment of autoimmune encephalitis.

Objective To explore the application of continuing nursing model in life of puerperae with preterm infants and evaluate its effects.Methods Based on continuous nursing model of Ahmadi,puerperae's continuing nursing program was constructed.Randomized controlled trail design was used,and totally 110 puerperae in a hospital in Beijing were recruited from August 2016 to March 2017.The experimental group received continuing nursing intervention model,and the control group received routine nursing care.Parenting knowledge and psychological evaluation of the two groups were collected 3 days before discharge,1 month,3 months and 6 months after discharge.Results Ninety-eight puerperae completed the study.In the experimental group,the score of parenting knowledge was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.01),and the total score of mental health assessment and scores of depression and anxiety were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Puerperae's continuing nursing program based on the continuous nursing model of Ahmadi improved maternal ability and positive emotion,and promoted quality of life.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of resveratrol on the expression of SIRT1,the activity of eNOS and the secretion of NO of highlipid cultured primary human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC).METHODS: HUVEC were divided into normal control group,highlipid group and highlipid+resveratrol group,cultured for 24 hours.The expression of SIRT1 mRNA and protein were analyzed by RT-PCR and Western blot methods.Supernatant were used to analyze the nitric oxide(NO) content and activity of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS).RESULTS: Compared with highlipid group,resveratrol group increased the expression of SIRT1 mRNA and protein,the activity of eNOS and the secretion of NO(P

BACKGROUND:Light-cured composite resin is used for dental crown defective repair in terms of both function and morphology.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the therapeutic effects of light-cured composite resins on crown defects.
METHODS:Relevant literatures concerning light-cured composite resins for repair of crown defects were retrieved. Literatures which met the study standard were deeply analyzed. Meanwhile, fol ow-up results and literature results were compared for patients receiving light-cured composite resins for repair of crown defects to identify the feasibility of light-cured composite resins for repair of crown defects.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Based on the included data, the successful rate of light-cured composite resins for repair of crown defects was over 90%. Clinical fol ow-up of 12 patients undergoing light-cured composite resin showed that the repaired crowns were stable and fixed, and exhibited a symmetrical appearance with the contralateral namesake tooth of the adjacent tooth, and there was a normal bite relationship. During the fol ow-up study, 19 teeth repaired from 12 patients had no loosing, no shedding, no percussion pain and normal bite relationship. X-ray films showed no apical shadows. Light-cured effects were limited to the upper and middle parts but not to the apical part. Therefore, a better therapeutic effect can be obtained.

Objective To investigate the role of histone lysine methyltransferase G9a in sevoflurane-induced cognitive impairment in the developing brain of neonatal rats.Methods Thirty-six 5-day-old male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n =12):control group,sevoflurane group and Bix01294 (the inhibitor of histone lysine methyltransferase G9a)group.The rats in the sevoflurane group and the Bix01294 group received 3% sevoflurane anesthesia for 2 hours once a day at postnatal 5-7 days (P5-P7 ).The rats in the Bix01294 group received Bix01294 (10 mg/kg)subcu-taneously at 1 5 min before anesthesia,and the rats in the control group and sevoflurane group received normal saline for injection (0.1 ml)at the same time.The open-field test and fear condition-ing test were performed at P3 5 and P3 9-P41 ,respectively.The tissues of hippocampus were collected at P42 to measure the levels of G9a,histone H3 lysine 9 dimethylation (H3K9me 2 )and synapsin 1. Results Compared with the control group,the percentage of freezing time of sevoflurane group was significantly decreased in the contextual fear condition test,while the levels of G9a and H3K9me 2 were significantly increased and the level of synapsin 1 was significantly decreased (P <0.01).How-ever,the percentage of freezing time of Bix01294 group was significantly increased,while the levels of G9a and H3K9me 2 were significantly decreased and the level of synapsin 1 was significantly in-creased compared with the sevoflurane group (P <0.05).There was no difference in the total distance and residence time in the central grid in the open-field test,and the percentage of freezing time in the cued fear condition test among the three groups.Conclusion Histone lysine methyltransferase G9a is involved in the sevoflurane-induced long-term cognitive impairment in developing brain of neonatal rats,which may be associated with the increase of H3K9me 2 and the down-regulation of synapsin 1 in the hippocampus.
