1.Research on Relief System of Abnormal Reaction in Preventive Vaccination
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Abnormal reaction in preventive vaccination is the serious adverse reaction happened in regular vaccination. Department of government and producer of vaccines are liable legislatively. In my opinion, relief fund for abnormal reaction should be established to cover the damage of victims and to decrease the risk of government and enterprises.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(22):64-65
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of background music in operating room on psychology of patients and medical personnels. Methods A total of 127 patients who would receive selective operation and 65 surgical staff in our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. There were 63 patients and 30 medical personnel in the intervention group, 64 patients and 35 medical personnel in the control group. Routine care was given to all patients, and background music was broadcasted after patients and medical personnels coming into operating room in the intervention group. The blood pressure and heart rate of patients were contrasted, and the anxiety status was evaluated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scales (SAS), Visual Analogue Scale was used to appraise the horror, discomfort and pain between the control group and the intervention group. Results Diastolic pressure and systolic pressure was higher and heart rate was more rapid in the control group than in the intervention group. SAS score of patients and medical personnel was higher in the control group than in the intervention groups, degree of horror, pain and complaint in patients was more apparent in the control group than in the intervention group. Conclusions Background music could release negative emotion and was helpful for stabling the mood of medical personnel and preserving physical and mental health of patients.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(S1):-
Objective To assess the relationship between serum uric acid (SUA)and metabolic syndrome and coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods 232 untreated subjects with essential hypertension were divided into two groups(CAD and no CAD)by coronary angiography. All subjects were free of myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy, valvular disease, atrial fibrillation, aortic dissection, and renal disease. Results Compared to no CAD group, age, diabetes, triglycerides and SUA in CAD group were higher. There was a significant association between SUA and the severity of CAD (P=0. 015).However,after adjustment for concomitant risk factors of cardiovascular disease,SUA was not an independent risk factor of CAD(P=0.151).In sex-specific analysis, there was a trend of SUA to be an independent risk factor of CAD in women(P=0.062),but it was no statistic significance. The highest quartile level of $UA tended to be associated with increased risk for CAD,but it was not statistically significant either(OR=2.52,P=0.075).SUA was closely associated with metabolic syndrome and diabetes in woman. Conclusion In untreated patients with essential hyperteusion,SUA was associated with metabolic syndrome and the severity of CAD,but it is not an independent risk factor of CAD,the raised SUA may be only a marker of insulin resistance.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in patients with urogenital infections and the distribution of its serotypes and genotypes.METHODS The clinical samples were firstly screened with B-Merieux mycoplasma ID2 culture and identification kit, then the positive cultural samples were subtyped by PCR method.RESULTS The positive rate of U.urealyticum with cultural kit was 37.43%(670/1790).The 392 positive cultural samples were subtyped with PCR,the positive rate of U.parvum was 71.94% and the positive rate of U.urealyticum was 29.85%.The serotypes of 264 U.parvum positive samples were identified with PCR,there were 20 samples with serovar 1(7.58%),139 samples with serovar 3 or 14(52.65%),and 51 samples with serovar 6(19.32%).Ninety nine positive samples with U.urealyticum were genotyped, the results showed that the rate of genotype 3(serovar 7 or 11) was lower than genotypes 1 and 2.CONCLUSIONS PCR identification and subtyping of Ureaplasma in patients with urogenital infections showed that the major epidemic pathogen of Ureaplasma in east of Guangdong Province is U.urealyticum serovar 3 and serovar 6,and the distribution of different serotypes or genotypes of Ureaplasma in this area is specific.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
Extensive functions can be provided to hospital management, medical treatment and teaching when massive data are reasonably processed and analyzed. Knowledge mined from sequence of doctor's advice for medicine can not only evaluate treatment quality but also provide necessary basis for establishing a safety and effective medicine treatment plan. This paper analyzes some common information of doctor's advice for medicine, mines the doctor's advice for medicine by using sequence pattern mining method, and explains the mining results.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To find an ideal method of DNA isolation from blood and especially from clotted blood and to minimize the volume of blood collected for laboratory and clinical tests. Methods DNAs were isolated from antiagglutinated and agglutinated blood samples from auricular veins of 30 healthy subjects. The DNAs of these samples were obtained by a nonenzymatic, nontoxic procedure optimized by us and determinated by agarose gel electrophoesis and PCR. Results The yields of DNA isolated from clotted blood and antiagglutinated blood were (40.2?8.86)mg DNA/L and (39.1?10.2)mg DNA/L, and purities were 1.87?0.11 and 1.92? 0.12. The DNAs that we isolated from all samples had high molecular weight and by PCR the dimorphism of ALU alleles of the 8th intron of t-PA was easy to be obtained, so they were complete and reliable. Conclusion This method is rapid, easy, efficient and nontoxic for isolation of DNA from clotted and fresh blood and meets requirements for clinical testing and molecular biology study.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(06):-
Objective To investigate serologic manifestation of Helicobacter Pylori (H. pylori) infection in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and the role of H. pylori infection in pathogenesis of IBD.Methods We measured anti-H.pylori-IgG and anti-H.pylori-CagA of 45 IBD patients and their with sex and age matched 45 chronic gastritis(CG) control patients during 4 years, and analyzed the relationship between seroprevalence of H.pylori and inflammatory range of ulcerative colitis(UC).Results There were 40 UC patients and 5 Crohn's disease(CD) patients; the positive anti-H.pylori-IgG patients in IBD was 40 0% and in chronic gastritis was 66 7% respectively(? 2=6 43,P0 05).Conclusions The anti-H.pylori-IgG positive rate is in high level in IBD patients, but that is lower than chronic gastritis patients.H. pylori infection could play a inhibition role in the inflammation range of UC. The anti-H.pylori-CagA positive rate of IBD patients and pan-colorectal UC are lower than their controls respectively, but there is no obviously different in statistics.
