Objective To strengthen the standardized management of totally implanted vascular access devices (TIVAD) in order to prevent and reduce the complications.Methods The unified TIVAD maintenance record form was adopted.The form contained the embedded and maintenance information.The maintenance and propaganda handbooks were handed out to the patients.The incidence of complications between before and after the application of the maintenance record form was analyzed statistically.Results The incidence of infection and obstruction fell from 2.1％(20/942) and 8.3％(78/942) to 1.0％(13/1 258) and 2.8％(35/1 258),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The application of TIVAD maintenance record form can reduce the occurrence of complications and prolong the service life of TIVAD.

AIM:To investigate the effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery on corneal endothelial cell.METHODS:Totally 140 cataract patients (152 eyes) treated in our hospital from August 2013 to March 2016 were selected.All of the patients underwent small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery.Before surgery and at 1wk, 1mo and 3mo after surgery, we measured the corneal endothelium of upper cornea, the central cornea and the lower part of cornea.The proportion and density of hexagonal cells, loss rate and cell area in corneal endothelial cells were calculated and compared.RESULTS:Postoperatively 36 eyes had posterior elastic layer folds, aqueous flare, which disappeared after treatment.After surgery, corneal incision was found to have mild corneal edema.No other complications were found.A total of 128 patients (137 eyes) were followed up for a total of up to 3mo, with a loss of follow-up in 12 patients (15 eyes).After surgery, corneal endothelial cell density of the upper part of the cornea, the central cornea and the lower part of cornea, was statistically significantly different with each other (F=3.526, P=0.031), the difference in different time points was statistically significant (F=4.111, P=0.018).The postoperative corneal endothelial cell loss rate was statistically significant different between the three groups (F=3.526, P=0.031), at different time pionts (F=4.111, P=0.018).There was statistical significance of percentage of hexagonal cells between the three groups (F=4.348, P=0.014), the difference was significantly different between different time points (F=4.964, P=0.008).There was statistical significance of corneal endothelial cell area between the three groups (F=3.180, P=0.044), the difference was significantly different between the time points (F=3.511, P=0.032).CONCLUSION:After small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery, corneal endothelial cell density decreased, hexagonal cell proportion decreased, corneal cell area expanded.

Objective To assess the effects of tegaserod on rat with visceral hypersensitivity. Methods Neonatal SD rats were randomized to receive colonic acetic acid irritation between postnatal days 8 and 21 as visceral hypersensitive model (Group H) or by saline intrarectally as control group (Group C). While rats were grown-up, rectal distention (RD) was performed by a balloon rapidly inflated with increasing volumes of saline (0.4, 0.8 and 1.2 ml) for 20 seconds at five-minute intervals. The 5 subgroups of Group H were injected randomly with saline, vehicle (1-methyl-2-thpyrrolidone) or tegaserod at doses of 0.1, 0.3 and 1 mg/kg i.p., respectively. The 2 subgroups of Group C were injected with saline or tegaserod at dose of 1 mg/kg i.p.. RD was performed 10 min after injection and abdominal withdrawal reflex (AWR) was recorded, and then c-Fos expression in spinal cord (L6-S1) was analyzed quantitatively by immunohistochemistry. Objective To investigate the suicide behavior among middle school students in Kunming city and its relationship with family factors, and provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control of juvenile suicide behavior. Methods 1 164 junior to senior students in 5 middle schools in Kunming were investigated by anonymous self-administered questionnaire investigation, and the collected data were statistically analysed by using SPSS software. Results The total effective number of students was 1 163, including 548 boys, accounting for 47.1%, and 615 girls, accounting for 52.8%, with age of 11 and 18 years (15.17 ± 1.838) .Among them, 153 people considered suicide, accounting for 13.1%of the proportion. Family factors of suicide analysis found that family type, education level of the parents and the family economic situation had influences on the suicide behavior among middle school students. Conclusions The suicide behavior is more common in middle school students,and is influenced by the family factors including family type,cultural degree of parents and etc.,so we should strengthen the comprehensive intervention measures to prevent the occurrence of suicide behavior based on the influencing factors.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of 99mTc-MDP SPECT/CT whole body bone imaging in the diagnosis of bone metastasis of prostate cancer. Methods A total of 107 cases with prostate cancer were di-agnosed by SPECT whole body bone imaging from January 2013 to November 2016. SPECT/CT imaging of some ab-normal density collective focus found in whole body bone imaging were further carried out. Six months later ,whole body bone imaging and SPECT/CT were made again for review. In all diagnosis above ,99mTc-MDP were selected as bone imaging agent. According to the results of follow-up visit clinical and imaging diagnosis ,diagnostic perfor-mance indicators of whole body bone imaging and SPECT/CT were calculated. Results The different part of whole body bone imaging and SPECT/CT in the diagnosis of bone metastases was statistically significant(x2 = 23.000, P < 0.001). The diagnosis specificity and coincidence rate of SPECT/CT for bone metastasis were 100.0% and 98.1% respectively and they were significantly higher than those of whole body bone imaging(65.0% and 80.4%respectively). The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). After SPECT/CT diagnosis,a total of 193 undetermined lesions were found and 83 lesions of these were final diagnosed of bone metastases. Pelvic lesions were most in bone metastases ,accounting for 50.6%. Conclusion Whole body bone imaging can effectively determine the undetermined lesions , further SPECT/CT can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of prostate cancer bone metastasis.

Objective:To optimize the ethanol extraction process of Rhizoma Corydalis and Salvia miltiorrhiza, and study the effect of comminution degree of the medicinal materials on the effective constituent. Methods:Using the alcohol concentration, alcohol vol-ume, extraction time and extraction times as the impacting factors,the content of tetrahydropalmatine and salvianolic acid as the indi-ces, the extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test of L9(34). Results:The best extraction conditions were as follows:Rhizo-ma Corydalis was crushed into coarse powder, the material / liquid ratio was 1∶6 with 75% ethanol as the extraction solvent,extracting twice with 1. 5h each. Conclusion:The extraction method is appropriate and simple,and can be used in the industrial production.

Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β), a member of the TGF-β superfamily, plays a role in multiple biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, migration and tissue fibrosis, etc. Normally, TGF-βs widely express in normal tissues and most cell lines, such as macrophages and dendritic cells, But in pathological conditions, Cancer cells and cancer-associated fibroblasts also produce and secrete TGF-β. Scirrhous gastric cancer (SGC) is a special subtype of gastric cancer with rapid development, frequent peritoneal implantation, and accompanied by significant interstitial fibrosis deposition. these biological behavior characteristics all suggest that its occurrence and development are closely related to TGF-β expression, and TGF-β is considered to be associated with poor prognosis of the SGC. The use of antibodies and inhibitors of TGF-β and its signaling pathways can reduce the invasiveness of cancer cells and improve the prognosis of SGC patients. This paper reviews the expression and significance of TGF-β in SGC.

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training start time after mastectomy on the recovery of the affected limb function. Methods 90 patients who received modified radical mastectomy were divided into groups A, B and C randomly. All the patients accepted the unified rehabilitation program, but started 1, 3 and 10 d after the operation respectively. They were evaluated with the Japanese Orthopaedics Association (JOA) assessment for affected shoulder 1, 3 and 6 months after operation. Results The score of JOA was the least in the group C (P<0.01) 1 month after operation, and was the most in the group A 3 months after operation (P<0.01). At the end of the 6th month, there was no difference among these groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation training can be started as early as possible.

To study the chemical constituents of Nervilia fordii (Hance) Schltr., various chromatographic methods were used, including D101 macroporous resin, silica gel, ODS and preparative HPLC chromatographic techniques. A new labdane diterpenoid glycoside named as nervilifordoside A was isolated from 60% EtOH extract of Nerviliafordii. The structure of compound 1 was elucidated as 12, 17-epoxy-3-hydroxy-17-methoxy-labdan-13-en-16, 15-olide 3-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-O-beta-glucopyranoside on the basis of HR-MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data as well as chemical methods.
