Objective: To investigate the understanding of other' s mind in children with autism in Beijing.Method: The instrument of this study was experimental test story. Results: Children with autism could understand other person' s physical and social desire, and predict behavior of others in accordance with desires. They basically unerstood other' s positive and negative emotions. However, they had a special difficult in understanding other' s cognitive mental states such as false belief. Concluslon: It indicated that the development of understanding other' s mental state is much more gradual and complex. Understandding other' s false belief is not all or nothing. The difference in understanding other's false belief between children with autism is not absolute, but relative.

Acromegaly is usually caused by excessive secretion of growth hormone(GH) for a prolonged period from a pituitary adenoma along with increased levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1), which leads to acral and soft tissue enlargement and metabolic dysfunction, such as cardiovascular system or glucose metabolism. Its features are elevated plasma GH/IGF-1 concentrations, however the biochemical tests remain challenging.

Objective To investigate the differences in clinical features between primary liver cancer (PLC) patients with positive and negative hepatitis B virus (HBV) and discuss the correlation of positive HBV and TNM staging.Methods Clinicopathological data of 430 patients with primary liver cancer who underwent partial hepatectomy in Henan Cancer Hospital from November 2012 to December 2015 were retrospectively reviewed.The cases were divided into HBV-positive PLC group (n =362) and HBV-negative PLC group (n =68) in according to the HBV infection status.x2 test was performed to analyze the clinical feature differences of the two groups.Spearman rank correlation was used to assess the differential clinical features and TNM staging of HBV-positive PLC.Results There were statistic differences in gender,age,AFP level,tumor numbers,tumor size,histopathological types and TNM staging between two groups (P ＜0.05).Furthermore,AFP level,tumor numbers,tumor size and histopathological types showed positive correlation with TNM staging (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions A number of remarked differences in clinical feature of gender,age,AFP level,tumor numbers,tumor size,histopathological types and TNM staging could be observed in HBV-positive PLC patients compared with HBV-negative patients.HBV-positive PLC patients may have positive correlations of AFP level,tumor numbers,tumor size,histopathological types and TNM staging.

A comparative observation of the quality of human immunoglobulin separated by the Rivanol-coldethanol combination method(R-E),the cold ethanol method(E)and the Rivanol-Ammoniumsulphate method(R-As)was performed.The experimental data and control data are as follows:Purityof immunoglobulin:96.67?0.93%(R-E,n=10);89.20?5.45%(E,n=8)and 96.22?0.67%(R-As,n=6).Proportion of IgG,IgA and IgM:89.26?0. 81%,6.29?0.38% and 1.16?0.28%(R-E,n=10);88.59?4. 87%,0.34?0.21% and 0.15%?0.09%(E,n=8)and 88.90?1.46%,7.08?1.28% and 0.24?0.29%(R-As,n=6)respectively.Proportion of IgG monomers and dimers,polymers,and fragments:95.96?1.38%,3.04?0.73% and 1.02?1.04%(R—E,n=7)and 98.43?0.57%,0.96?0.25% and 0.62?0.33%(E,n=3)respectively.All the preparations separated bythe three methods have been heated for 4 hours at 57℃,with their appearance being unchanged.

Objective:To confirm the efficacy of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule on diabetic retinopathy in hemorrhage period.Methods:Randomly selected out-patient cases,took oral medicine accordance with the dose on time,observed visual acuity and retinal changes before and after treatment.Results:After 3 months observation,visual acuity was improved overall response rate 76.6%,retinal hemorrhage to improve the overall efficiency 70%.Conclusion:The Compound Xueshuantong Capsule was effective in clinical treatment of diabetic retinopathy in hemorrhage period.

Objective To control the quality of Huoxue Quyu syrup,the content of Ferulic acid was determined by RP -HPLC.Methods Ferulic acid was separated on C18column.Methanol -water -acetic acid(40∶60∶2)was used as mobile phase and the detecting wavelength at 322nm.Results The linearity of Ferulic acid was in t he range of 10～40?g?mL -1 (r =0.9997,n=5);the average recovery was 99.52%with RSD being 0.58%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple and rapid and can be used for controlling the quality o f Huoxue Quyu syrup.

Objective To observe the effect of enzymes-hydrolyzed wheat bran(EHWB) on antioxidant system in diabetic rats.Methods Diabetes mellitus models were induced by alloxan injection and EHWB was used to test its effect on anti-oxidative capacity;the EHWB was given intragastrically(i.g.),sodium ferulate(SF) as a positive group.The level of blood glucose,total anti-oxidative capacity(T-AOC),the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and xanthine oxidase(XOD),and the content of malondiadehyde(MDA) were detected respectively in serum and liver of rats.Results EHWB significantly decreased the level of blood glucose and increased the level of T-AOC,as well as the activities of GSH-Px and SOD,and decreased the activity of XOD and the content of MDA.However,there was no difference between the groups feeding SF and EHWB.Conclusion EHWB can be used to decrease blood glucose and improve antioxidant ability in diabetes mellitus rats,the effect of EHWB is similar to SF.The effect of decreasing blood glucose of EHWB is related to protecting liver.

Objective:To discuss the bacteria detection before and after disinfection by using central negative pressure suction device terminal socket, reduce cross infection probability in hospitals and provide evidence for disinfection management specification. Methods:one hundred and thirty clinical central terminal devices with negative pressure were disinfected spirally with iodine swabs and among them, Department of respiration 48, Department of cerebral surgery 46, and Pediatrics 36, were sampled and sent to be cultured by clinical laboratory personnel before and after disinfection. The specimens were administered in a sterile blood AGAR plate culture medium, and the bacterial growth conditions were observed to detect the bacteria number as pollution standards. Results: The pollution rates of clinical equipment central pressure suction into the terminal socket after disinfection were: Department of respiration 8.33%; Department of cerebral surgery 6.52%; Pediatrics 5.56%, and the average pollution rate was 7.69%.The detected cases of pathogenic bacteria were gram-negative bacteria pollution, and contrasting the pollution rates before and after disinfection was statistically significant(x2=14.08, P<0.05). Conclusion: Using based iodine swabs disinfection central pressure suction mouth terminal socket can reduce the cross infection between the patients with risk and provide patients with safe medical environment.

The ocean is a huge resource of organisms and about 80% of the world species live in it.Marine organisms synthesize various structurally-unique and pharmacologically-active metabolites which differ from those derived from the land organisms and serve as lead compounds for drug development.More than 15 000 new compounds have been isolated and identified from marine animals,plants and microorganisms since decades ago,and drugs like cephalosporins,ziconotide(Prialt),cytarabine(AraC) and vidarabine(AraA) were developed using these compounds as precursors.
