The present situation of data acquisition of principal diagnosis on front page were introduced and analyzed,the importance of selection and filling out the principal diagnosis on from page were expounded.Meanwhile,how to select the principal diagnosis correctly,clear and definite the definition of Principal Diagnosis,rule of selection of principal diagnosis were also introduced.Besides,some experience on how to select the principal diagnosis were presented.All of these,that analyzing the present situation and the problems of principal diagnosis,in order to assisting medical staff to select principal diagnosis correctly.
2.Research on Theory of Mind in Autism

Objective: To investigate the understanding of other' s mind in children with autism in Beijing.Method: The instrument of this study was experimental test story. Results: Children with autism could understand other person' s physical and social desire, and predict behavior of others in accordance with desires. They basically unerstood other' s positive and negative emotions. However, they had a special difficult in understanding other' s cognitive mental states such as false belief. Concluslon: It indicated that the development of understanding other' s mental state is much more gradual and complex. Understandding other' s false belief is not all or nothing. The difference in understanding other's false belief between children with autism is not absolute, but relative.

4.Rapid Determination of Arsenic in Water by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Objective To establish a method for direct determination of arsenic in water by graphite furnace atomic absorp-tion spectrometry.Methods The contents of arsenic in water samples were directly determined by graphite furnace atomic ab-sorption spectrometry under given conditions of wavelength,ashing and atomization temperature after adding an appropriate amount of nickel sulfate to water samples without enrichment,extraction or transformation of arsenic into hydrogen arsenide of the samples.Results The linear range of the method was0.005-0.200mg /L with a correlation coefficient of0.9996.The re-covery rate,relative standard deviation and detection limit were95.0%-105.0%,4.0%-7.5%and0.005mg /L respectively.Con clu sion Compared with the silver salt method and hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry,this method had many advantages such as simplicity of operation,rapidity and suitability for the analysis of batch samples.
5.Intervention of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule on diabetic retinopathy in hemorrhage period

Objective:To confirm the efficacy of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule on diabetic retinopathy in hemorrhage period.Methods:Randomly selected out-patient cases,took oral medicine accordance with the dose on time,observed visual acuity and retinal changes before and after treatment.Results:After 3 months observation,visual acuity was improved overall response rate 76.6%,retinal hemorrhage to improve the overall efficiency 70%.Conclusion:The Compound Xueshuantong Capsule was effective in clinical treatment of diabetic retinopathy in hemorrhage period.
6.Determination of Ferulic Acid in Huoxue Quyu Syrup by RP-HPLC Assay

Objective To control the quality of Huoxue Quyu syrup,the content of Ferulic acid was determined by RP -HPLC.Methods Ferulic acid was separated on C18column.Methanol -water -acetic acid(40∶60∶2)was used as mobile phase and the detecting wavelength at 322nm.Results The linearity of Ferulic acid was in t he range of 10~40?g?mL -1 (r =0.9997,n=5);the average recovery was 99.52%with RSD being 0.58%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple and rapid and can be used for controlling the quality o f Huoxue Quyu syrup.
7.Absorption characteristics of aluminum hydroxide adjuvant with inactivated enterovirus 71

Objective To explore the absorption characteristics of aluminum hydroxide adjuvant with inactivated enterovirus 71(EV71).Methods The morphology,purity and particle size distribution of inactivated EV71 particles were analyzed by transmission electron microscope,size exclusion chromatography HPLC(SEC-HPLC) and dynamic light scatter(DLS),and the morphology of aluminum hydroxide adjuvant nanoparticles was observed by transmission electron microscope.Using inactivated EV71 antigen content(4 000,6 000,8 000,10 000,11 000,12 000,13 000,14 000,20 000,30 000 U/mL),aluminum hydroxide adjuvant concentration [0.35,0.25,0.17,0.085 mg/mL(aluminum content)],adsorption time(0.30 and 120 min),ionic strength(sodium chloride concentration of 0.15,0.75 and 1.25 mol/L)and phosphorus-aluminum molar ratio(P/Al,0.15,0.64,2.08 and 7.87) as variables,the adsorption characteristics of aluminum hydroxide adjuvant with inactivated EV71 antigen were investigated.Results Inactivated EV71 particles mainly existed in the form of intact virus particles with a diameter of about 30 nm;Aluminum hydroxide adjuvant showed the characteristics of nanocrystallization,and the particle size was distributed within 200~700 nm.The inactivated EV71 antigen at the concentration of no more than 11 000 U/mL was completely absorbed by aluminum hydroxide adjuvant of 0.35 mg/mL(aluminum content),and no free antigen was detected in the supernatant;while from 12 000 U/mL,the content of free antigen in the supernatant increased with the increase of antigen content;the inactivated EV71 antigen of 250 U/mL was completely absorbed by various concentrations of aluminum hydroxide adjuvant,and no free antigen was detected in the supernatant;the adsorption effect of aluminum hydroxide adjuvant consistent after incubation for different time,and no free antigen was detected in the supernatant.Under the conditions of single dose of vaccine with aluminum hydroxide content(0.35 mg/mL) and inactivated EV71 antigen content(250 U/mL),sodium chloride ion strength had no effect on the adsorption of inactivated EV71 virus,while phosphate ion concentration significantly effected the adsorption.Conclusion Aluminum hydroxide adjuvant in a single dose of vaccine completely absorbed inactivated EV71 antigen,and group replacement played an important role.

Acromegaly is usually caused by excessive secretion of growth hormone(GH) for a prolonged period from a pituitary adenoma along with increased levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1), which leads to acral and soft tissue enlargement and metabolic dysfunction, such as cardiovascular system or glucose metabolism. Its features are elevated plasma GH/IGF-1 concentrations, however the biochemical tests remain challenging.
9.Co-risk factors in early life for childhood asthma and obesity

Childhood asthma and obesity are significant public health problems all over the world.In the past decades,the prevalence of both diseases has increased considerably.Because both asthma and obesity appear to have their beginnings in early childhood,common exposures that predispose individuals to both conditions may explain how they are associated.These exposures include common genetic predictors,prenatal exposure to specific nutrients and overall maternal nutrition, colonization patterns of the neonatal and infant gut,birth weight and infant weight gain,and sedentary behaviors in early life.
10.The application and nursing of the transanal drainage tube in decompression of acute left- sided obstruction of colorectum

Objective To explore the application of transanal drainage tube in decompression of acute left- sided colorectum obstruction and its nursing. Methods Twenty- one cases of patients, with acute left-sided colorectal obstruction, were enrolled in this study from 2011 and 2014, Results Of the 21 cases, 5 failed to drip, 6 was difficult to drain, 2 having loose stools around the anus, 2 with the tubes out of the anus, and 6 with obstructed tubes during the drainage. Nineteen finally underwent surgery, 16 of which with 1- stage operation, and 13 of the 16 with sufficient lymph node dissection, without stoma leakage. Conclusions Transanal drainage tube plays an important part in acute left- sided colorectal obstruction, and a professional nursing work could help maintain the unobstruction of the tube, which is of much importance in the procedure of the drainage and the decompression of the obstruction.
