2.Applications of medical art in internet-based consumer health education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(9):960-963
Medical art are essential in consumer health education, facilitating consumers to un-derstand medical concepts, invisible body parts and complex pathology. This paper reviewed the origin and development medical arts, analyzed the characteristics of medical arts specific for consumers rather than professionals, and discussed the opportunities and challenges of medical arts in internet era.
3.Research on Theory of Mind in Autism
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2001;15(1):60-62
Objective: To investigate the understanding of other' s mind in children with autism in Beijing.Method: The instrument of this study was experimental test story. Results: Children with autism could understand other person' s physical and social desire, and predict behavior of others in accordance with desires. They basically unerstood other' s positive and negative emotions. However, they had a special difficult in understanding other' s cognitive mental states such as false belief. Concluslon: It indicated that the development of understanding other' s mental state is much more gradual and complex. Understandding other' s false belief is not all or nothing. The difference in understanding other's false belief between children with autism is not absolute, but relative.
4.Copy number variations and congenital heart disease
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(2):113-116
Deletions, insertions, duplications, and complex multi-site variants, now formally termed copy number variations(CNVs),are regions larger than 1 kb that are present with variable copy numbers in comparison with the reference genome.CNVs in humans and other mammals are associated with a series of complex genetic diseases including congenital heart disease. The studies of CNVs have become hot topics. This review mainly discusses the principle of CNVs,the detection techniques and CNVs in the pathogenesis of congenital heart
5.Co-risk factors in early life for childhood asthma and obesity
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(4):419-422
Childhood asthma and obesity are significant public health problems all over the world. In the past decades, the prevalence of both diseases has increased considerably.Because both asthma and obesity appear to have their beginnings in early childhood, common exposures that predispose individuals to both conditions may explain how they are associated. These exposures include common genetic predictors, prenatal exposure to specific nutrients and overall maternal nutrition, colonization patterns of the neonatal and infant gut, birth weight and infant weight gain, and sedentary behaviors in early life.
6.PREPARATION AND STRUCTURAL CHARACTERIZATION OF THE LIPID A COMPONENT OF SALMONELLA TYPHIMURIUM SL1102 RE-LIPOPOLYSACCHARIDE
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
The lipid A component of Re-lipopolysaccharide from S.typhimurium SL 1102 was prepared by hydrolysis with a 0.1 mol/L acetate buffer.Chemical as well as advanced l3C-,and 31P-NMR investigations revealed a ?1' ,6-interlinked D-glucosamine diasaccharide, which is substituted by two phosphate(P)groups, one being esterlinked to the non-reducing residue, and another bound glycosidically to the C1 of the reducing residue, is as the central backbone. Its structure is shown as follows:-P-GlcN(?1', 6)GlcN-P-The amino(2 and 2')and hydroxy(3 and 3')groups of the backone are substituted by 3-OH-14: 0, and unhydroxy fatty acids appear to be the subtituents of the hydroxy group of 3-OH-14 :0, in the means of formation of 3-acyloxyacyl ester and amides.
7.Effect of thyroid function on the status of anxiety and depression in patients with thyroid dysfunction
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective: To study the features of the emotional status of patients with thyroid dysfunction and analyze the relationship between levels of thyroid hormone and the emotion status. Methods: The levels of FT3,FT4 and TSH of 32 patients with hyperthyroidism,25 patients with hypothyroidism and 30 healthy persons(as normal control group) were measured. And Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) were used for evaluation of emotion status. The status of anxiety and depression in all groups were compared and the relationship between thyroid function and total scores of HAMA and HAMD were also analyzed. Results: There was statistical significant difference between the total scores of HAMA and HAMD in the hyperthyroidism group and hypothyroidism group and those of the normal control group(P
8.Suggestions on Medical Metrology in Grassroots Units
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
To embark on a standard, systematic and legal metrology work in grassroots medical units,it is recommended that the position of a full-time gauger should be set and more effort should be put into publicity and supervision of metrology law, which is an indispensable part of equipment management.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2):108-109]
9.Series interpretation to Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acromegaly(2020)(Part 2): Early screening and diagnosis of acromegaly
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2021;37(5):423-424
Acromegaly is usually caused by excessive secretion of growth hormone(GH) for a prolonged period from a pituitary adenoma along with increased levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1), which leads to acral and soft tissue enlargement and metabolic dysfunction, such as cardiovascular system or glucose metabolism. Its features are elevated plasma GH/IGF-1 concentrations, however the biochemical tests remain challenging.
10.Study of Quality of Human Immunoglobulin Separated by the Rivanol-Cold Ethanol Combination Method(R-E)
Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(04):-
A comparative observation of the quality of human immunoglobulin separated by the Rivanol-coldethanol combination method(R-E),the cold ethanol method(E)and the Rivanol-Ammoniumsulphate method(R-As)was performed. The experimental data and control data are as follows:Purityof immunoglobulin:96.67?0.93%(R-E,n=10);89.20?5.45%(E,n=8)and 96.22?0.67%(R-As,n=6).Proportion of IgG,IgA and IgM:89.26?0. 81%,6.29?0.38% and 1.16?0.28%(R-E,n=10);88.59?4. 87%,0.34?0.21% and 0.15%?0.09%(E,n=8)and 88.90?1.46%,7.08?1.28% and 0.24?0.29%(R-As,n=6)respectively.Proportion of IgG monomers and dimers, polymers, and fragments:95.96?1.38%,3.04?0.73% and 1.02?1.04%(R—E,n=7)and 98.43?0.57%,0.96?0.25% and 0.62?0.33%(E,n=3)respectively.All the preparations separated bythe three methods have been heated for 4 hours at 57℃,with their appearance being unchanged.
