Objective To investigate the clinical and radiologic features of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) associated with preeclampsia-eclampsia.Methods Twenty-one cases of PRES associated with preeclampsia-eclampsia were retrospectively studied on some aspects of clinical and radiologic features.Results The most common clinical presentations were seizures( 18 cases ),headache (16 cases),altered mentation (15 cases) and vision change (12 cases). Vasogenic edema lesions distributed in the parietal or occipital lobe (20 cases),the frontal lobes (14 cases),temporal lobes ( 11 cases), and basal ganglia (11 cases). The splenium involvement occurred in 4 cases,cerebellar hemispheres and brain stem involvement was prcscnted in 3 cases and 1 case separately. Three major patterns of PRES included dominant parietal-occipital (7 cases),the holohemispheric watershed (7 cases),and superior frontal sulcal (6 cases).Partial and asymmetric expression of PRES only occurred in 1 case.Conclusions The clinical features of PRES associated with preeclampsia-eclampsia are typical.Except the parietal or occipital lobe,involvement of the frontal lobe,temporal lobe and basal ganglia is common,followed by the occasional presence of the splenium,cerebellar hemispheres and brain stem.Three primary PRES patterns are noted,occasional with partial and asymmetric expression of PRES. Awareness of these typical and variable characteristics is important to recognize the PRES ncurotoxicity morc accurately when PRES present.

Objective To explore the differences between the minority nationality and Han recruits in army occupational adaptability.Methods 3 213 recruited youths coming from 29 autonomous counties of minority nationalities,Yunnan Province were tested by 2011 Chinese enrollment psychological test system to explore the differences of the intelligence adaptability and character trait adaptability between the minority nationality and Han recruits.Results There were obvious differences in the eligible rates of intelligence and character trait between minority nationality and Han recruits ( x2 =13.3,9.0; P ＜ 0.01 ).The intelligence eligible rates of Yi,Hani,Wa recruits (78.1％,76.8％,68.2％,respectively) were significantly lower than those of Han recruits (84.0％) (P＜0.01 ),and time used in three intelligence test was all significantly longer than Han recruits(P ＜ 0.05 ).Naxi and Dai recruits' time used in word reasoning ( ( 109.2 ± 20.9) s; ( 123.9 ± 32.5 ) s,respectively) was both longer than Han recruits' (P＜0.01).In the fact of character trait,the eligible rates of Hani,Wa recruits (67.8％,64.3％,respectively) were significantly lower than that of Han recruits (78.1％) (P ＜ 0.01 ).The Hani average score of T dimension (57.9 ± 17.5) was obviously higher than the Han's score (52.2 ± 16.5) (P ＜ 0.05 ).All dimensions average scores except T and D dimension of Wa recruits were all significantly higher than those in Han recruits(P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Every minority nationality has its unique differences in armyoccupational adaptability from Han.Ethnic factor may be an important reference for new recruits' selection,education and management.

Objective To evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation and acupuncture on acute stroke. Methods125 cases stroke patients were divided into 4 groups: the early rehabilitation and acupuncture group, 34 cases(Group A); the early rehabilitation group, 39 cases(Group B); the early acupuncture group, 21 cases(Group C); and the control group, 31 cases. Bobath therapy and acupuncture were used. The CNS Damage Scale, Fugl Meyer Assessment(FMA), Modified Barthel Index(MBI), Clinical Therapeutic Effectiveness and Rehabilitation Efficiency were observed in all patients at the beginning, middle and end of the course. Results Rehabilitation Efficiency was the highest in Group A among all groups, and higher in Group B than in Group C and the control group, and higher in Group C than in the control group. The Clinical Therapeutic Effectiveness was better in Group A,B and C than in the control group, and better in Group C than in the control group. Conclusion It is a main and effective therapy to improve the patient\'s condition that early rehabilitation is combined with early acupuncture on acute stroke patients.

Objective To determine the expression of cathepsin D (CD), cathepsin H (CH) and cathepsin L (CL) in human primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and to investigate their mechanisms. Methods The protein expression of CD, CH and CL in hepatic specimens consisted of control (n = 17), HCC (n = 37) and paracancerous (n = 28) tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relative values of CD, CH and CL protein expression were examined with absorbent density analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS11. 5 software. The univariate analysis was used to compare the difference among groups. Results The mean absorbance of CD, CH and CL proteins in HCC tissues (1.21± 0.33, 0. 89 ± 0.22 and 1.16± 0. 25, respectively) were significantly higher in comparison with those in control tissues (0. 19 ± 0. 07, 0. 24 ± 0. 12 and 0. 28 ± 0. 14,respectively) and in paracancerous tissues (0.27±0.13,0. 31± 0.14 and 0. 36±0.15)(all P values =0.0001). Whereas there was no difference between control and paracancerous tissues with respect to CD, CH and CL proteins (P ＞0. 05). Three proteins immunohistochemically appeared as a lot of diffused spots and stripes staining in cytoplasma of HCC tissues,but only a few scatted spots staining was found in control and paracancerous tissues. Conclusion The high expression of CD, CH and CL protein in primary HCC may be important markers for carcinogenesis and malignant progress.

Objective In the two division methods which are GDP per capita gathering and administrative level division of the state, which method can more reflect regional economy on teenagers psychological characteristics influence. Methods 10684 recruited youths were tested by Chinese enrollment psychological test system,and the division method of GDP per capita gathering and administrative level division of the state was adopted.Results By the method of GDP gathering, the percent of pass from digital operation was higher in second class region to first class region(P＜ 0.05 ). The percent of pass from digital search was higher in first and second class of region compared to third class of region(P ＜0.05). For the Net dimension, the average value of third class region (52.28 ±10. 53 ) was obviously higher than that of first class region (50. 64 ±- 10. 17)and second class region (51.53 ± 10.28 ) (P＜0. 05 ). For the Dit dimension, the average value of third class region (52.83 ± 11.03 ) was obviously higher than that of first class region (50. 56 ± 10. 56 ) and second class region (51.80 ± 10. 81 ) (P ＜0.05 ). The average value of Set dimension of second class region (51.81 ± 10.72)and third class region (52.44±- 10.94) was evidently higher than that of first class region (49.90 ± 10.76 ) (P ＜ 0. 05 ). While through the administrative level division of the state, the percent of pass was apparently higher in city than in country for digital searching and words reasoning; Set dimension was distinctly higher in country ( 52.30± 10. 85 ) than in city (51.07 ±10.90)(P＜0.05). Conclusion The GDP per capita clustering method can better reflect the regional economy on teenagers psychological characteristics influence.

Sciatic neurectomy was performed on the right limb in 30 rats divided into three groups. On the first postoperative days, stainless steel capacitor plates were applied parallel to each other over the midtibial region of the right, neurectomized limb m each animal in the latter two groups, which were stimulated continuously with a 60kHz sinawave signal delivering 5-10V from peak to peak. The first group was served as controls and received no electrical stimulation. At the completion of 12d of electrical stimulation, all rats were sacrificed. A statistically significant enhancement of wet weight, dry weight, ashed weight, ultimate strength and bone density occurred in the stimulated, denervated tibiae of the experimental animals compared with the nonstimulated, denervated tibiae of the control animals. The results show that a sciatic neurectomized osteoporosis was prevented in the tibiae by a capacitively coupled electrical field.

Objective:To investigate the application value of laparoscopic duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection (LDPPHR).Methods:The retrospective and descriptive study was conducted. The clinicopathological data of 25 patients undergoing LDPPHR in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from November 2016 to November 2020 were collected. There were 7 males and 18 females, aged from 14 to 66 years, with a median age of 29 years. All the 25 patients underwent LDPPHR. Observation indicators: (1) surgical situations; (2) postoperative histopathological examination; (3) follow-up. Follow-up was conducted using outpatient examination or telephone interview to detect the recovery of patients up to March 2021. Measurement data with skewed distribution were represented as M (range) and count data were descripted as absolute numbers. Results:(1) Surgical situations: all the 25 patients underwent LDPPHR successfully, including 23 cases undergoing total pancreatic head resection and 2 cases undergoing subtotal pancreatic head resection. The operation time and volume of intraoperative blood loss of 25 patients were 310 minutes (range, 207 to 540 minutes) and 200 mL (range, 50 to 800 mL), respectively. Of the 25 patients, 1 case was infused with 4 U of red blood cells and 400 mL of plasma, 1 case was infused with 500 mL of plasma, 1 case was infused with 600 mL of plasma and the remaining 22 cases were not infused with red blood cells or plasma. Of the 25 patients, 3 cases with pancreatic fistula of class B were discharged after drainage, 4 cases had biliary fistula including 2 cases undergoing symptoms disappeared after implantation of common bile duct stent by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, 1 case recovering well with drainage, 1 case with postoperative perihepatic effusion undergoing symptoms disappeared after the treatment of drainage and common bile duct stent implantation, and the remaining 18 cases had no complications. The duration of postoperative hospital stay was 17 days (range, 9 to 27 days) of the 25 patients. (2) Postoperative histopathological examination: the tumor volume of the 25 patients was 6.0 cm×5.0 cm×2.0 cm (range, 1.0 cm×2.0 cm×1.5 cm to 10.0 cm×9.0 cm×8.0 cm). Results of the postoperative histopathological examination showed that there were 12 cases with pancreatic solid pseudopaillary neoplasm, 4 cases with intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm, 3 cases with serous cystadenoma, 2 cases with mucinous cystadenoma, 1 case with neuroendocrine neoplasm, 1 case with pancreatic true cyst, 1 case with cholesterol crystals combined with calcification in the center of pancreatic nodules and 1 case with cavernous hemangioma of pancreas. (3) Follow-up: all the 25 patients were followed up for 4 months to 48 months, with a median follow-up time of 27 months. During the follow-up, 1 case of the 25 patients with postoperative diabetes controlled blood glucose in the normal range after regular injection of insulin, 1 case with fatty diarrhea had symptoms improved after oral supplement of pancreatic enzyme preparation, 1 case with preoperative intermittent dizziness, weakness of both lower limbs and hypoglycemia had the level of blood glucose returned to normal without any special treatment after operation, and the remaining 23 cases had no metabolic complications. None of the 25 patients had tumor malignant transformation, recurrence or death. No long-term complications such as delayed gastric emptying, bile duct stones or stricture occurred to the 25 patients.Conclusion:LDPPHR is safe and feasible for the treatment of benign or low-grade malignant tumors of the pancreatic head, with the advantage of preserving the integrity of digestive tract.

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical appplication and therapeutic effect of applying three methods for correction of moderate and severe upper eyelid skin laxity.Methods:From January 2017 to March 2019, retrospective analysis was performed to evaluate the therapeutic effect of applying three methods by Department of Plastic Surgery at Xijing Hospital of Air Force Medical University to correct moderate and severe upper eyelid skin laxity, such as subbrow blepharoplasty(SBB), double eyelid surgery(DES) and combination of subbrow blepharoplasty and double eyelid surgery(CSD). Patients were divided into the SBB group, DES group, and CSD group according to the different surgical methods, inclusion and exclusion criteria. The 6 month postoperative improvement of upper eyelid skin laxity, including marginal reflex distance 1(MRD1), medial corneal margin-fold distance (MCMFD), middle pupil margin-fold distance (MPMFD), lateral canthus margin-fold distance (LCMFD), the improvement of upper eyelid wrinkles and patient and surgeon visual analog scores (VAS) were compared. Measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation, comparison between groups was performed by ANOVA, pairwise comparison between groups was performed by LSD- t test, P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:Ninety female patients were included in this study. Thirty patients in each group, patients were between 35 and 62 years old. There was no significant difference in gender, age, and degree of upper eyelid skin laxity among the three groups ( P>0.05). All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months. Upper eyelid skin laxity and upper eyelid wrinkles were obviously improved in all cases after operation. With the exception of 2 cases of vomiting and 1 case of scalp numbness of CSD group. The improvement of MRD1 in SBB group, DES group and CSD group was (0.14±0.09) mm, (0.34±0.11) mm, (0.43±0.15) mm, showing significant difference between three groups ( F=34.537, P <0.001). The differences between the SBB group and the DES group, the DES group and the CSD group, and the SBB group and the CSD group were statistically significant ( t=6.418, 2.824, 9.236, P <0.001, 0.008, <0.001). The improvement of MCMFD in SBB group, DES group and CSD group was (0.32±0.15) mm, (0.92±0.21) mm, (0.97±0.24) mm, showing significant difference between three groups ( F=94.082, P <0.001). The differences between the SBB group and the DES group, the SBB group and the CSD group were statistically significant ( t=11.273, 12.404, P <0.001), and there was no significant difference between the DES group and the CSD group ( t=1.132, P=0.261). The improvement of MPMFD in SBB group, DES group and CSD group was (0.34±0.13) mm, (1.07±0.24) mm, (1.37±0.23) mm, showing significant difference between three groups ( F=193.935, P<0.001). The differences between the SBB group and the DES group, the DES group and the CSD group, and the SBB group and the CSD group were statistically significant ( t=13.531, 5.628, 19.159, P <0.001). The improvement of LCMFD in SBB group, DES group and CSD group was (0.54±0.17) mm, (1.58±0.37) mm, (1.97±0.48) mm, showing significant difference between three groups ( F=121.405, P <0.001). The differences between the SBB group and the DES group, the DES group and the CSD group, and the SBB group and the CSD group were statistically significant ( t=10.971, 4.097, 15.068, P <0.001). The improvement of upper eyelid wrinkles in SBB group, DES group and CSD group was 0.70±0.47, 0.50±0.51, 1.20±0.48, showing significant difference between three groups ( F=16.471, P <0.001). There was no significant difference between the SBB group and the DES group ( t=1.592, P=0.115), while the differences between the DES group and the CSD group, and the SBB group and the CSD group were statistically significant ( t=5.571, 3.979, P <0.001). The VAS patients score in SBB group, DES group and CSD group was 2.77±0.57, 2.17±0.38, 3.90±0.31, showing significant difference between three groups ( F=124.575, P<0.001). The differences between the SBB group and the DES group, the DES group and the CSD group, and the SBB group and the CSD group were statistically significant ( t=5.379, 15.541, 10.161, P <0.001). The VAS surgeons score was 2.80±0.61, 2.27±0.58, 4.07±0.45, showing significant difference between three groups ( F=84.085, P<0.001). The differences between the SBB group and the DES group, the DES group and the CSD group, and the SBB group and the CSD group were statistically significant ( t=3.740, 12.624, 8.883, P <0.001). Conclusions:Compared with subbrow blepharoplasty and double eyelid surgery, the combination of subbrow blepharoplasty and double eyelid surgery is an effective way to excise upper eyelid skin and reduce wrinkles, which has the best results in promoting upper eyelid rejuvenation. It should be considered as optimal method for correction of moderate and severe upper eyelid skin laxity.

Objective:To investigate effects of polydimethylsiloxane coating on the quality characteristics and qual-ity control methods of medium borosilicate glass tube injection bottles,including appearance,identification,physi-cal properties,water resistance of inner surface and element leaching amount.Methods:Nine batches of coated medium borosilicate glass tube injection bottles and corresponding medium borosilicate glass tube injection bottles from three companies were used to evaluate whether the quality control method of medium borosilicate glass tube in-jection bottles after polydimethylsiloxane film was modified,and to evaluate the effect of coating on the quality char-acteristics of bottles.Results:The coating did not have effect on appearance,identification and physical properties of medium borosilicate glass tube injection bottle.The coating process did not damage the original performance of the medium borosilicate glass tube injection bottle,and lead to the matters with special attention on the inspection method.The water resistance of the inner surface of the coated medium borosilicate glass tube injection bottle was improved.The leaching amounts of harmful elements such as arsenic,antimony,lead and cadmium before and after coating were low,indicating that the coating process did not increase the leaching risk of these harmful elements.The leaching amounts of elements were determined by ICP-OES,and no significant changes were found in most metal elements.Conclusion:The appearance,identification,physical properties and element leaching quality con-trol method of medium borosilicate glass tube injection bottle after poly dimethylsiloxane film coating do not need to be changed.The water resistance of the inner surface after coating is improved,and there is no significant adverse effect on other quality characteristics.
