Methods In present paper, voice quality of 120 cases were collected and analyzed with Dr. Speech software. Results There were no differences between preschool and school-age children on parameters jitter, shimmer, SNR, HNR, NNE, F 0, F 1,F 2,F 3 of voice acoustic and so in difference gender. Conclusion All parameters in preschool children and school-age children showed no difference. The tested parameters were significantly different between normal children and children with vocal nodule.

Objective:To compare our self-designed elastic syndesmosis hook plate (ESHP) and suture-button technique in treatment of injury to the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted of the 53 patients who had been treated at Military Orthopaedic Center, 909 Hospital of Joint Service Support Force of PLA for ankle fractures complicated with syndesmosis injury by ESHP or suture-button technique from March 2013 to March 2017. Of them, 28 were treated by ESHP (ESHP group: 15 males and 13 females aged from 26 to 60 years) and 25 by suture-button technique (suture-button group: 14 males and 11 females aged from 24 to 59 years). The 2 groups were compared in terms of syndesmosis fixation time, postoperative incision bleeding, hospital stay, and ankle dorsiflexion and plantarflexion and ankle function by Baird-Jackson scoring at 3, 6, 12 months after surgery. Postoperative complications were observed. Results:The 2 groups were comparable because there was no statistically significant deference in general data between the 2 groups ( P>0.05). Surgery went on uneventfully in all the patients. The syndesmosis fixation time [(9.7±2.2) min] and postoperative incision bleeding [(49.3±10.4) mL] in the ESHP group were significantly less than in the suture-button group [(16.2±1.4) min and (62.4±6.3) mL] ( P<0.05); the maximum plantar flexion (29.9°±1.3°) and Baird-Jackson scores (87.2±2.9) at 3 months after surgery in the ESHP group were significantly greater than in the suture-button group (22.8°±1.3° and 78.7±4.1) ( P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the 2 groups in hospital stay, maximum plantar flexion at postoperative 6 or 12 months, maximum dorsiflexion at postoperative 3, 6 or 12 months, or Baird-Jackson scores at postoperative 6 or 12 months (all P>0.05). This cohort was followed up for 12 to 14 months (average, 12.5 months). All fractures united during follow-up and all the implants were removed around postoperative 12 months. Follow-up within 12 months observed internal fixation failure caused by metal fatigue in one case in the ESHP group, and internal fixation irritation in one case, internal fixation failure in 2 cases and internal fixation sinking and osteolysis in one case in the suture-button group. Conclusion:Compared with the suture-button technique, treatment of injury to the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis with ESHP may lead to shorter fixation time, less postoperative bleeding and complications, and faster functional recovery of the ankle.

The hydrophilicity of the normal decoction pieces (NDP) of Indigo Naturalis is not good, therefore, it is not suit for decoctions. In this paper, powder modification technology is used and some NDP and alcohol are ground together in the vibromill to prepare the hydrophilic decoction pieces (HDP) of Indigo Naturalis. Initially, the properties of NDP, ultrafine decoction pieces (UDP) and HDP are compared, the hydrophilicity of UDP was promoted slightly, that of HDP is promoted dramatically. Then, three batches of Indigo Naturalis are prepared to HDP separately, but there is no obvious difference in the contact angle. Furthermore, the size distribution, surface area and micro-shape of HDP are bigger than that of UDP and smaller than NDP. The contents of indigo and indirubin in three decoction pieces are the same, as well as the species of inorganic substance, although there is a little difference in the proportion of five inorganic substances. The fact suggests the change of physical state and the qualitative and quantitative change of organism and inorganic substances are not the main factors to influence the hydrophilicity. In addition, hydroxyl, methylene and methyl can be identified at the wavenumber of 3 356 cm(-1) and 1 461 cm(-1) in infrared spectrum; the content of alcohol in HDP is 0.67% measured by gas chromatogram. The stability of HDP in the heating condition is studied, the fact suggests the hydrophilic effect of HDP at 40 degrees C is relatively stable. All above research suggests that the alcohol is the main factor to influence the hydrophilicity and maybe the intermolecular force which fixed alcohol molecule on the surface of Indigo Naturalis is the basic principle to produce the hydrophilicity.

Objective To evaluate the short-term effect of drug-coated balloon (DCB) with paclitaxel in treating in-stent restenosis (ISR) of femoral popliteal artery. Methods A total of 18 patients with femoral popliteal artery ISR,who were admitted to authors' hospital during the period from June 2016 to December 2016 to receive paclitaxel DCB treatment, were enrolled in this study. The patients included 15 males and 3 females, with a mean age of (72.7±9.8) years old.According to Fontaine classification, grade Ⅱ B was seen in 9 patients, grade Ⅲ in 8 patients, and grade Ⅳ in one patient.Preoperative CT angiography showed that ISR could be confirmed in 3 patients and complete occlusion of the stent in 15 patients. After the diseased artery was re-opened,pre-dilatation with common balloon was conducted, which was followed by dilatation with paclitaxel DCB;remedial stent implantation was carried out when the restrictive dissection was observed or if the residual stenosis was beyond 50%.Angiography was performed immediately after the procedure to check the vascular patency. On the third day afterthe treatment, the ankle-brachial index (ABI) of diseased lower extremity was determined to assess the improvement of ischemia.Three month after the treatment, the patients were followed up to detemine the incidence of restenosis, the clinically-driven target lesion revascularization (TLR) rate, and the occurrence of serious clinical events within 3 months. Results Successful re-opening of the diseased artery was achieved in all 18 patients, the technical success rate was 100%.At 3 months after the treatment, the restenosis rate and TLR rate were 10% (1/10) and 6.67% (1/15) respectively. No procedure-related complications occurred in all patients. Conclusion For the treatment of femoral popliteal artery ISR,the use of paclitaxel DCB is safe and effective.

The mean value of REM was higher than that of NREM. The mean value between apnea and hypopnea have significant differences (P<0.01).
CONCLUSION
1) Respiration events of children mostly happen in REM. 2) The mean value of hypopnea is higher than that of apnea. 3) Diagnosing obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in children as AI > or = 1 need research.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2008;22(10):446-448
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the relationship between blood levels of lead and the function states of cochlear outer hair cells (OHC).
METHOD:
Two hundred and fifty-six children lived in Pb-Zn mine area and Yiliang country, aged from 6 to 7 years were enrolled in this study. Blood lead (B-Pb) levels were measured. Otoacoustic emission (OAE) tests including transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE) and distortion products otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) were also measured in these children.
RESULT:
The difference in B-Pb levels between the school children who lived in mine area and children lived in country was significant (P < 0.01). There were negative correlations between the B-Pb levels and the signal to noise ratio (SNR) on DPOAE test in children who lived in country and those lived in mine area (P < 0.01). The difference in relative coefficients of B-Pb levels between the children lived in mine and children lived in country were significant (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSION
The B-Pb levels of children who lived in mine area were higher than that of those lived in country. SNR decreased in plumbism cases. Long-term Pb expose may influence the function of cochlear OHC and higher B-Pb levels may lead to worse function of OHC.
