1.The diagnostic value of serum IMA, cTnI and hs-CRP in early diagnosis for acute myocardial infarction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(19):2919-2920
Objective To provide a reasonable clinical evidence and testing index for acute myocardial infarction (AMI) early diagnosis by investigating the levels of serum ischemia-modified album(IMA),cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with AMI.Methods 66 cases with AMI were divided into two groups by the time of starting attack chest pain to clinic, the time of 0-4h as E group (39 cases),4-8h as F group (27 cases),another 59 healthy persons in the control group were detected. Then collected serum samples from each case to detect the concentration of the IMA,cTnI and hs-CRP.Results The levels of serum IMA,cTnI and hs-CRP in E group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0.05 or P < 0.001 ),in addition to the IMA level was higher than normal,cTnI and hs-CRP levels were in the normal range. The levels of serum IMA,cTnI and hs-CRP in F group were significantly higher than the levels of control group( P <0.05 ) and also above the normal. Conclusion IMA,cTnI and hs-CRP not only can be used as the effective index for AMI early diagnosis, but also help for early diagnosis. The results provide a reliable basis for disease treatment and condition development.

Objective:To assess the life quality of the patients with tongue cancer after operation.Methods:80 cases of tongue cancer following surgery during 1994 to 1998 were reviewed with questionaire.Scords of University of Washington Quality o f Life (UW-QOL) were analysed to evaluate their life quality.Results:(1) 3-year survival rate was 72.5%,higher survival rate was observed in the patients with I and II stage lesion than those with Ⅲ and Ⅳ stages.(2) 58 cases of survivers had UW-QOL average score of 618. Some patients had serious disability in mastication, swallowing, speaking and shoulder movement.(3)Patients retaining mandible or with skin flap repair had higher quality of life than the others. Conclusion:Following surgery, tongue cancer patients still maintain comparatively high quality of life.Reconstruction of mandibular or tongue is very importent for the life quality of the patients.

Objective To explore the correlation of anxiety and depression with social support among caregivers of children with mental retardation and major related influencing factors. Methods 64 mothers of children with mental retardation were investigated by using the questionnaires of SAS,SDS and SSRS.The results underwent analysis. Results The incidence of anxiety among mothers of children with mental retardation was 23.4%,the incidence of depression was 40.7%.Mothers had higher scores of SAS and SDS than the national norm. The total score of social support was(32.19±5.02),which was lower than the national norm. The anxiety and depression was negatively correlated with social support. The influencing factors of anxiety and depression of mothers were family income. Conclusions The anxiety and depression among mothers of children with mental retardation was evident, the social supports for those mothers were insufficient.Effective social support was propitious to abate the anxiety and depression and promote quality of life of those children with mental retardation and their mothers.

Objective To investigate the correlation of father involvement with early social adaptation behaviors. Methods With social adaptation scale for infant-junior middle school' s student and a self-made questionnaire,1246 normal children, age from 16 to 72 months, were investigated.Regression analysis was performed to get the correlation of social adaptation with time and activities of father involved. Results After controlling for mother-,child- and family-related factors, the regression analysis showed that standard score of social adaptation was positively rehted with the time of father involved ( β =0.05,P=0.03 ),the time father invloved explain 12%of the variation of social adaptation. The father-child activities were related with social adaptation behavior, playing was related with work skills (β =0.09,P<0.01 ) and socialization ( β =0.06,P<0.05),story listening related with communication ( β =0.07,P < 0.05) and self-management ( β =0.06,P < 0.05 ),other activities related with self-dependence ( β =0.07,P<0.05) and work skills ( β =0.06,P<0.05).Conclusion The time and activities of father involved are related with children' s social adaptation. The effect of father involvement on early social adaptation is positive.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to understand the relationships among plasma glucose, blood pressure level and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndromes in Shanghai community residents, and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of community chronic disease based on TCM syndrome differentiation. Methods: Residents above35 years old will attend the Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2 DM) risk assessment at Community Health Center. By distributing questionnaires and performing glucose testing, we screened the residents at high risk of T2 DM, and conducted a physical examination of them. Further, a body constitution questionnaire was required to be completed by the residents. Results: In total, 933 residents were screened. The plasma glucose and blood pressure levels related to age, waist circumference, hip circumference, body mass index (BMI) and waist-to-height ratio (WHtR) . Residents with increasing blood pressure have an increased risk of T2 DM (P < 0.01) . Total 529 questionnaires were completed, and 129 subjects (24.4%) have single TCM syndromes, 75 subjects (14.2%) have at least two TCM syndromes and 325 subjects (61.4%) have no TCM syndromes. Conclusion: Plasma glucose and blood pressure are associated and interacted with several physical indexes. TCM syndromes distribution was found no significant change among subjects with different plasma glucose and blood pressure.

Chinese Journal of Pediatrics 2020;58(3):201-205
Objective:
To explore the predictive values of routine blood test results for iron deficiency (ID) screening in children.
Methods:
Routine blood test results and serum ferritin (SF) levels from 1 443 healthy children (862 boys, 581 girls) aged 6 months to 18 years, who were seen for well-child visits between June 2017 and May 2019 in Children′s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, were retrospectively analyzed. ID was defined as SF<20 μg/L, iron deficiency anemia (IDA) as ID with anemia (hemoglobin(Hb)<110 g/L at 6 months-5 years of age, Hb<120 g/L at 6-18 years of age), non-anemia ID as ID without anemia, non-ID anemia as SF≥20 μg/L with anemia, and healthy control subjects as those with SF≥20 μg/L but without anemia. The blood test results including Hb, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), red blood cell distribution width (RDW), and the percentage of low hemoglobin density (LHD) of healthy control, non-anemia ID, non-ID anemia, and IDA groups were compared by analysis of variance (ANOVA) or non-parametric test, quantitative data were described as
