Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(02):-
Objective To establish a method for the determination of tetrah yd ropalmatione in FuLe granules. Methods A HPLC method was used with DiamonsilTM C 18(250? 4.6 mn, 5 ? m) column and a mobile phase of methanol- 0.1 % phospho ric acid solution (adjusted the pH to 6.0 with triethylamine)(60 ∶ 40). Flow ra te was 1.0 mL/min, column tem perature 35 ℃ , the detection wavelength at 280nm and sample loop volume bei ng 20 ? L. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.102 ~ 1.632 ? g of tetrahydropalmatione, the average recovery was 98.78 % (RSD=2 .75 % ).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the q uality control of Fule granules.

OBJECTIVE:
To summarize our experiences on surgical saving of the cervical opening wound.
METHOD:
Retrospectively analyze 43 cases with cervical opening wound in department of otolaryngology, suizhou central hospital from 1992-2010.
RESULT:
Forty-one among 43 cases healed with no complications, 1 case died of obstruction of air way and hemorrhagic shock, and 1 case occurred secondary laryngostenosis and resulted in fine prognosis af ter treating with laryngotracheoplasty in higher hospital.
CONCLUSION
It is very important to give the appropriate treatment on the injuries of large cervical vessels, nerves, laryngeal cartilages, throat mucosa and complications. It is important to repair the wounds primarily. Correct diagnosis and treatment at first time, and well nursing are crucial for good prognosis.

Chinese Journal of Epidemiology 2019;40(12):1639-1644
Objective:
To explore the effects of intervention programs during primipara, using the Information-motivation-behavioral skills model (IMB) intervention model on initial exclusive breastfeeding.
Method:
206 women of primiparas who were registered to the top three hospitals were selected in Shandong province, 2018. These women were hospitalized in the obstetrics/gynaecology wards during the later periods. IMB model was used to support the intervention programs at the following stages: antenatal period, 1 day postpartum, 3-4 days postpartum and 42 days postpartum. Questionnaire regarding self-efficacy energy meter, knowledge and behavior related to breastfeeding, were used before and after the intervention programs.
Results:
Through intervention programs, statistically significant differences in breastfeeding self-efficacy scores between the four stages (

Objective To analyze the role of telehealth?based dialysis registration systems in real?time and dynamic reflection of renal anemia in hemodialysis (HD) patients, and discuss the prospect of its application in dialysis registration management. Methods The Red China project was to build up a dialysis registration system based on the WeChat mobile terminal platform. Demographic and baseline laboratory parameters such as age, gender, primary disease, dialysis age, creatinine were recorded in this system. Hemoglobin (Hb) level was monthly recorded. The platform generated Hb statistics report for each HD center monthly, including the detection rate, target rate and the distribution level of Hb, and released it to physicians through the WeChat terminal of mobile phone. After that, physicians could change the treatment of anemia individually on basis of this report. Here the demographic and baseline laboratory parameters, the detection rate, target rate, the average level and the distribution of Hb from June 2015 to October 2017 after the project launched were analyzed. Results From June 2015 to October 2017, 8392 maintenance HD patients from 28 HD centers in Shanghai were enrolled, of whom 5059(60.3%) were male. The average rate age was (60.5 ± 13.7) years old. Baseline average Hb was (108.3±16.0) g/L. Baseline detection rate and target rate were 54.2%and 47.5%, respectively. After 28 months follow?up, the detection rate of Hb increased from 54.2% to 73.6% (P<0.001), the target rate of Hb increased from 47.5% to 56.1% (P<0.001), and the level of average Hb rose from (108.3±16.0) g/L to (110.7±16.0) g/L. The difference between average Hb in two consecutive months was less than 1.3 g/L. Conclusions The telehealth?based dialysis registration system can timely report the anemia situation of HD patients, which may improve the awareness rate of anemia, the degree of attention and the compliance of anemia monitoring, so as to improve the detection rate and target rate of Hb and reduce the fluctuation of Hb, which helps to maintain the HD patients to correct anemia in a timely, stable and long?term way. The telehealth?based dialysis registration system, as an improved mode of dialysis registration is a promising way for long?term management of renal anemia in dialysis patients.

Chinese Journal of Lung Cancer 2019;22(12):772-778
BACKGROUND:
The aim of this study is to explore the pathogenic bacteria type, distribution, drug resistance and influencing factors of nosocomial pulmonary infection in patients with lung cancer during chemotherapy.
METHODS:
This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 411 patients with lung cancer who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College from January 2017 to December 2018, and counted the incidence of nosocomial lung infection, pathogens, drug resistance and influencing factors.
RESULTS:
There were 184 cases of nosocomial pulmonary infection in 411 lung cancer patients during chemotherapy, the infection rate was 44.77%. The isolated pathogens included Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria, viruses, fungi and tuberculosis, among which Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 37.25%, followed by virus infection, accounting for 15.69%. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae are the main Gram-negative bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae are the common gram-positive bacteria, influenza B virus is the main virus, Candida and Aspergillus are the most common fungi. The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem was 26.67%, while that of Klebsiella pneumoniae to imipenem was 12.50%, and that of the main Gram-positive bacteria to vancomycin was 0.00%. Hypoproteinemia, long chemotherapy cycle, high-intensity chemotherapy, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and basic bronchiectasis were the high risk factors of lung cancer patients with nosocomial pulmonary infection during chemotherapy (P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONS
During the chemotherapy of lung cancer patients with nosocomial pulmonary infection, the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria have certain characteristics. Clinicians should strengthen the detection of pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance. On the basis of symptomatic treatment, to achieve the purpose of ensuring the treatment effect and prolonging the survival period of patients, preventive measures should be taken for high-risk patients to reduce the chemotherapy cycle and intensity as much as possible to reduce the incidence of infection life.
