Objective One hundred and sixteen cases of pediatric patients with severe heart fail-ure,pneumonia combined application of phentolamine dopamine synthesis with conventional medical treat-ment were compared the clinical efficacy, analyze and judge the feasibility of both combination therapy clini-cal significance and its value. Methods Collected from July 2013 to April 2015 period to the author hospi-tal and diagnosed with pneumonia in children with heart failure in 116 patients.Which were randomly divid-ed into two groups, group A +phentolamine medical treatment with dopamine and B group routine clinical medicine comprehensive treatment.Clinical observation by a number of factors to analyze comparative A,B two groups after the treatment efficacy. Results A significant effect of the treatment group and the number of effective treatments were more than group B and A group of overall response rate (91.38%)than in group B (60.34%);A group invalid proportion treated patients (8.62%)was significantly less in group B (39.66%);A group of children mortality (5.17;Change a group on heart rate and blood pressure had a better than group B;and the difference was greater (P <0.05).A,B two members appeared after treat-ment of mild nasal congestion and mild bloating and other adverse reactions, for Group A after two cases of children with nasal 1% solution of furosemide Ma nasal symptoms disappear;for two cases of group B chil-dren with mild bloating conventional medical treatment after symptoms have been effectively controlled.A, B two groups in terms of adverse events was not significantly (P >0.05)Conclusions A group of overall efficiency significantly higher in group B and body recover faster in children, low mortality, children with severe pneumonia prompted phentolamine and dopamine treatment with heart failure better.

China Medical Equipment 2014;(5):73-74,75
Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional medical high value consumable management mode, bar code management is the only way which must be passed to the high value consumables in hospital management under the new situation. The bar code management system development in theMilitary Medical Projectmaterials management platform, scientific optimization of high value consumables management process, fully embodies the characteristics and advantages of bar code management. Not only to achieve a one relation between the high value consumables and patients, can also be integrated management supplies out of storage, charging and the financial sector, to achieve high value. The bar code in the ID, is the only identity code high value consumables, which maintained the patient's vital interests, and ensure that the hospital infection control requirements, the high value consumables in hospital benigndynamicmanagement system.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To analysis the time of acute cerebral stroke occurrence. Methods The occurrence time of 2675 patients with cerebral infarction (1925 cases,CI group) and intracerebral hemorrhage(750 cases,ICH group) were statisticed by 1 time unit per 2 h from 0∶00. Results There was a time-curve with double peaks of stroke occurrence, like as circadian rhythms of blood pressure in 24 h. ⑴ In CI group, the first peak was 6∶00~10∶00, the second peak was 18∶00~22∶00. The value of the first peak was higher than that of the second(P

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(12):-
Objective: To study the effect of antidepressant in treatment of patients with PSD (post-stroke depression) Method: 121 patients with PSD in their rehabilitation period were stratified by results of HAMD and then randomly divided into two groups, the study group (n=64) received Paroxetine 20 mg daily, the control group (n=57) received placebo After 4 months, the result was assessed with HAMD, CSS and ADL (activity of daily living) Result: In the period of rehabilitation of stroke, the degree of neurological impairment (CSS score) was positively correlated to depression (r=0 99, P

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(4):150-153
Objective To propose a method for equipment parameter demonstration to improve whole-life cycle management of equipment. Methods The measures and principles of equipment parameter demonstration were put forward based on its present situation and problems. The significance of equipment parameter demonstration for whole-life management was discussed from the aspects of biding, bidding evaluation and post-procurement management. Results The method enhanced equipment procurement, saved human resource, materials and economic cost, and solved the problems such as single source, unutilized equipment and high maintenance cost. Conclusion The method of equipment parameter demonstration maximizes the benefits, and promotes whole-life management of medical equipment.

Objective:To characterize the clinical and epidemiological changes, treatments, and prognoses of primary esophageal small cell carcinoma (PESC). Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted using the clinical epidemiology data of 529 PESC patients se-lected from the clinical databases of 500,000 esophageal and gastric cardiac carcinomas of the Henan Key Laboratory for Esophageal Cancer Research (1992-2015). Among these patients, 241 cases were included in the survival analysis. The five-year survival rate was calculated using Kaplan-Meier analysis, and the differences in survival rates were compared using the Log-rank analysis model. Re-sults:All 529 PESC cases were analyzed, which accounted for 0.2%of esophageal cancers diagnosed in the same period. The incidence of PESC increased annually (R2=0.574). The survival rates for 1-, 2-, 3-, and 5-year of 241 PESC patients were 55%, 40%, 29%, and 9%, respectively, and the median survival time was 21.9 months. On the basis of the VALSG criteria of lung small cell carcinoma, a statisti-cal difference was observed in the overall survival rates for limited and extensive diseases (P=0.003), with the median survival time of 24.3 and 17.5 months, respectively. Furthermore, significant differences were observed on survival with various treatment modalities (P=0.004). The median survival time of PESC patients treated with combined surgery and radiochemotherapies (28.8 months) was lon-ger than those with either chemotherapy (17.8 months, P=0.015) or chemoradiotherapy (14.5 months, P=0.004). In limited disease pa-tients, the median survival time was longer in patients treated with surgery (27.7 months) than in those without surgery (16.2 months, P=0.007). Notably, the biopsy diagnosis before surgery for PESC was only 40.8%. Conclusion:PESC is a rare malignant carcinoma with increasing incidence. PESC presents poor prognosis, and the survival rate can be improved through combined therapies based on sur-gery. A high misdiagnosis rate for PESC is observed before surgery with biopsy.
