We investigated the distribution of Chlamydia trachomatis genotypes in the outpatients visiting STD clinics in Fuzhou City ,China .Between 2013 and 2014 ,a total of 2 019 urethral or endocervical specimens from susceptible genital C .trachomatis infections were collected and detected by using real‐time PCR assay kit .The C .trachomatis‐positive specimens were subsequently amplified with nested PCR for Omp1 region and analyzed by sequencing .Genotyping was performed by BLAST similarity search and phylogenetic tree analysis .Eighty‐three of the 86 C . trachomatis‐positive specimens were suc‐cessfully sequenced .Only one specimen was identified as multiple infection .Eight different genotypes were identified .The most prevalent was F (36 .59% ) ,followed by E (24 .39% ) ,D (12 .20% ) ,G (9 .76% ) ,J (9 .76% ) ,H (3 .66% ) ,K (2 .44% ) and B (1 .22% ) .Synonymous mutation rate and non‐synonymous mutation rate among Omp1 genes of different geno‐types were calculated .All genotypes but G showed dN/dS values of<1 .Genotypes F and E were commonest .Synonymous sub‐stitution was the major pattern of variation in the process of Omp 1 gene evolution .

Objective To determine whether rs28364072 polymorphism in the low-affinity IgE receptor (FCER2)is associated with asthma risk in Chinese Han nationality asthmatics.Methods 120 cases of asthmatics and 116 healthy control subjects were enrolled in this study.DNA was purified from peripheral blood,and genotyping of rs28364072 SNP was performed by PCR and Sanger sequencing.The clinical indexes were compared between asthmatic subjects.Results A significant difference was found in the distributions of the genotyges (TT,TC,CC)and allele frequency among populations in north Indian,Saudi Arabian,Romas and Chinese Han nationality.A significant difference was also found in the distributions of the genotyges (TT,TC,CC) between asthmatic subjects and controls.Significant difference was observed in the allele (T/C) frequency between asthmatic subjects and healthy controls.The presence of C allele of GLCCI1 gene was found to be a greater risk factor in asthmaticsubjects compared with the healthy controls.The odds ratio (OR) of CC and CC+TC were 2.73 (1.19 ～ 6.23),2.05 (1.21 ～ 3.48),respectively.There was significant difference in the ACT score,EOS％ between CC and TT genotyge.Conclusion The minor alleles C of rs28364072 SNP was significantly associated with the increase of asthma risk in asthma patients of of Han Nationality of Chinese.

This article was aimed to study pretreatment method of styrene type macroporous resin and its application in the industrial production. The organic residues and heavy metals of styrene type macroporous resin were detected respectively by gas chromatography and atomic absorption spectrophotometry before and after pretreatment to optimize the pretreatment process. The results showed that contents of organic residues and heavy metals of styrene type macroporous resin with the preferred method of pretreatment are in line with relevant regulations. It was concluded that this pretreatment method was simple and feasible, which is suitable to be applied in the industrial production.

Objective To provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of staphylococcus peritonitis through retrospective analysis of peritoneal dialysis related clinical characters. Methods Patients who experienced staphylococcus peritonitis were observed as peritonitis group.Patients did not experience peritonitis were observed as one-to-one control group in order to investigate predictors of staphylococcus peritonitis,bacteria spectrum,antimicrobial resistance and clinical outcomes. Results There were 74 patients enrolled in either group.For patients in peritonitis group,Kt/V(1.74±0.03 vs 2.61±0.48,P＜0.01),CrCL[(55.82±2.22) ml/min vs (76.13±17.42) ml/min,P＜0.01],GFR [(1.32±0.55) ml/min vs (3.08±0.75) ml/min,P＜0.01],nutrition index,hemoglobin[(91.70±25.43) g/L vs (111.50±19.59) g/L,P＜0.01],potassium[(3.43±0.70) mmol/L vs (3.78±0.73) mmol/L,P=0.002],sodium [(137.09±5.06) mmol/L vs (140.57±3.55)mmol/L,P＜0.01],chloride [(98.31±6.14) mmol/L vs (101.52±4.58) mmol/L,P=0.001] and calcium [(2.23±0.24) mmol/L vs (2.31±0.22) mmol/L,P=0.04] in serum were significantly lower than those in control group.The morbidity of staphylococcus peritonitis was 0.030 episode per year in recent five yearn.The major strains were Staphylococcus epidermidis,followed by Staphylococcus aureus.Staphylococci were all sensitive to vancomycin,teicoplanin and linezolid.The cure rate was 89.19％,and mortality was 4.05％.Relapse rate of Staphylococcus epidermidis peritonitis was higher (40％) than other strains. Conclusions Poor nutrition,insufficient dialysis,longer followup interval,anemia,electrolytic imbalance are the risk factors of Staphylococcus peritonitis.The morbidity and mortality are lower than before.Staphylococcus epidermidis peritonitis has higher relapse rate and requires more attention to prevention and treatment.

Objective To block the bio function of TGF ? by the application of anti TGF ? polyclonal antibody, and observe its efficacy of prevention of abdominal adhesion. Methods The postoperative abdominal adhesion model was established in SD rats. The drugs were administrated by abdominal injection with saline (control group), sodium hyaluronate( HA group), and varied dosage of anti TGF? (anti TGF? groups) respectively. The adhesion was scored 21days later, while 30 of them were executed on the day 3 and day 10 after operation respectively. The expression of TGF ? was checked by immunohistochemistry in the samples obtained from the adhesion sites. Results The score of adhesion in anti TGF ? group (2.4?0.99) was significantly lower than that in control group (6.0?1.25) and HA group (3.4?1.03); in different dosage of anti TGF, the 50?g group showed its economical efficacy; in the control and HA groups the expression of TGF ? had a time dependent manner, which reachs to maximum in the day 3, and could be reduced by antibody. Conclusions The polyclonal antibody of TGF ? shows the power to prevent the postoperative abdominal adhesion in animal model, the mechanism of which is due to inhibition of TGF ? expression.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of the combination of oxaliplatin and S-1 in the treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods A total of 72 patients with advanced breast cancer after the treatment failuer of anthracycline and taxane were treated with oxaliplatin and S-1.The first day,they were given oxaliplatin,135 mg/m2,with the 5％ glucose injection 500 ml,the time of intravenous drip should be more than 2 hours.And the S-1 was taken after breakfast and dinner,the dose was 40-60 mg,and the time of duration was 2 weeks,then they had 7 days to rest.The cycle was 21 days.Every 2 cycles,we estimated the efficacy.Patients who were effective and stable kept that chemotherapy regimens,the maximum duration was 6 cycles.The efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after cycles of chemotherapy.Results Two cases (2.8％) had complete response (CR),26 cases (36.1％) had partial response (PR).The response rate (RR) was 38.9％ and the disease control rate (DCR) was 69.4％.The median progress free survival (PFS) was 7.7 months and the median overall survival (OS) was 12.3 months.Subgroup analysis showed that the OS of patients who belong to stage Ⅳ,had two or more metastases or with failure treatment after being treated with anthracycline and taxane was notably shorter than the patients who belong to stage Ⅲ C,only one metastasis,with effective treatment after being treated with anthracycline and taxane,and the differences were statistically significant (10.5 months vs.15.0 months,x2 =4.469,P =0.035;9.3 months vs.15.0 months,x2 =8.297,P=0.004;10.0 months vs.14.0 months,x2 =4.077,P=0.043).The main side effects were neutropenia (19.4％),nausea (8.3％) and nerve toxicity (2.8％),mainly 3-4 degree,and could be welltolerated.The others were diarrhea,impaired liver function,stomatitis,anemia and hand-foot syndrome,mainly 1-2 degree.Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with S-1 is effective and tolerable in treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer,the adverse reactions can be tolerated.

Objective To observe the effect of the nutrition management according to the JCI(Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations)management standard for critically ill pediatric patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods A total of 330 cases with mechanical ventilation were en-rolled in the control group from Hunan Province Children's Hospital PICU between Jan.2012 and Dec.2012, and these pediatric patients were managed with the conventional nutrient management.A total of 359 pediatric patients with mechanical ventilation were admitted to the experimental group from Jan.2013 to Dec.2013 and these patients were managed with nutrient management based on JCI standards.The length of mechanical venti-lation,stay in ICU,stay in hospital were compared between two groups,and the incidence of ventilator-associ-ated pneumonia,abandonment rate and mortality were also compared between experimental group and control group.Results The length of mechanical ventilation in control group[(8.39 ±1.34)days]was longer than that of experimental group[(5.69 ±1.12)days].The length of stay in PICU for control group[(12.32 ± 1.37)days]was more than that in experimental group[(9.42 ±1.53)days].The length of stay in hospital for control group [(15.37 ±2.16 )days]was higher than that of experimental group [(12.63 ±2.29 ) days].The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia(9.7%)in control group was higher than that of ex-perimental group,and the giving up or mortality rate in control group(8.48%)was higher than that of exper-imental group(4.35%).And there were significant differences by statistical analysis(P ﹤0.01 ,respective-ly).Conclusion According to the nutritional management in JCI standard,the length of mechanical ventila-tion,stay in PICU and stay in hospital time,the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,and the aban-doned or mortality rate were reduced for critically ill pediatric patients with mechanical ventilation.

This study was aimed to establish a HPLC fingerprint of saponins in Sanjie-zhentong Capsule in order to make a quantitative analysis of the quality of Sanjie-zhentong Capsule. The Waters Symmetry ShieldTM RP18 (4.6 mmí 250 mm, 5 μm) column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.2 mL/min. The column temperature was 30℃. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. The results showed that the fingerprint chromatography included 9 mutual peaks. The similarity among batches was more than 0.95. Compared with reference substance, five characteristic components were recognized. The five components are notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Rd. It was concluded that this method was rapid, simple and accurate and can be used as one of the effective methods for the quality control of Sanjie-zhen-tong Capsule.

Objective To explore the effect of electronic antiemetic acupuncture in combination with palonosetron in preven‐ting tardive vomiting induced by highly emetogenic chemotherapy for cancer patients .Methods One hundred and twenty cancer pa‐tients undergoing highly emetogenic chemotherapy were divided into observation group and control group(n=60) .The observation group was treated with electronic antiemetic acupuncture in combination with palonosetron and the control group was treated with palonosetron .The different effects against nausea and vomiting between these two groups were evaluated after 24 hours of the chemotherapy .Results Response rate of improvement of nausea for the observation group and control group from the 2nd day to the 8th day were 90 .0% vs 71 .7% ,68 .3% vs 41 .7% ,60 .0% vs 36 .7% ,65 .0% vs 40 .0% ,80 .0% vs 58 .3% ,91 .7% vs 81 .7% , 98 .3% vs 96 .6% .From the 2nd day to the 6th day there were statistical difference of the two groups(P<0 .05) in the prevention of nausea and from the 7th day to the 8th day ,there was no significantly difference between the two groups(P>0 .05) .Response rate of prevention of vomit for the observation group and control group from the 2nd day to the 6th day were 98 .3% vs 88 .3% , 81 .7% vs 65 .0% ,75 .0% vs 51 .7% ,90 .0% vs 70 .0% ,98 .3% vs 88 .3% ,and there were statistical difference of the two groups (P<0 .05) .The prevention of vomiting in the 7th day and 8th day of the two groups were 98 .3% vs 86 .7% ,98 .3% vs 88 .3% , there were also statistical difference(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The treatment of electronic antiemetic acupuncture in combination with palonosetron have greater effect in prevention of tardive vomiting than palonosetron caused by highly emetogenic chemotherapy .It can be used conventionally in the chemotherapy .

Objective To investigate the effect of follow-up frequency on the dialysis quality of patients undergoing continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). Methods 298 CAPD pa-tients were selected for retrospective analysis from December 2005 to April 2007. All patients were di-vided into two groups according to different follow-up frequency: group A (shorter than 3 months),group B (longer than 3 months). The dialysis quality of the two groups was compared. Results The levels of hemoglobin, albumin and transferrin of group A were (112.19±20.62)mmol/L, (40.45±4.50) retool/L, (2.43±0.29) mmol/L,which were significantly higher than those of group B, (99.63±20.69) mmol/L, (38.01±5.02)mmol/L,(2.29±0.36) mmol/L (P＜0.05). In addition, edema level, life self-care,work capacity, median duration of dialysis, education level and address in group A were significantly different from those of group B (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Shortening follow-up frequency plays an im-portsnt role in improving the dialysis quality of CAPD patients.
