This study was designed to introduce basic components and sound-receiving effects of skin-hearing aid with transformer. This new device helped all people receive audible signals via skin, but the effects on discriminating phone were still not ideal.The experimental environment of the response of skin to audible signals was constructed for the theory research. The response on critical frequency and voltage among the transformer, the flat electrode and the skin has gotten in the experiment. It was discussed that the effect of the response of skin to audible signal between the key parts of device of hearing by skin with transformer and the skin. It was illustrated the practicability of skin hearing by sound-electricity converting.The skin-hearing aid, a low power consumption aid, was compared with traditional tools, such as hearing aid, electronic cochlea, and guide dogs, and the results proved the superiority of skin-hearing aid.

Objective To find out factors affecting physicians' prescribing conduct so as to get rid of the negative effects and reduce medical costs. Methods Analyses were conducted by reviewing relevant literature published at home and abroad. Results Factors affecting physicians' prescribing conduct include: the medical security system, the hospital compensation mechanism, the requisitioning party, pharmaceuticals per se, and promotion of sales. Conclusion To get rid of the negative effects of physicians' prescribing conduct, it is necessary to rationalize the hospital compensation mechanism, strengthen the control of drug examination, approval, purchase and sale, and provide physicians with accurate pharmaceutical information.

Objective To examine the number of fetal nucleated red blood cell (NRBC) in maternal blood and placenta tissue in fetal growth restriction(FGR) pregnancies. Methods 20 women of 28-36 weeks' gestation at age of 21~30(including 9 FGR pregnancies)were chosen. Fetal cells were isolated from maternal blood with discontinuous density gradient centrifugation. The isolated cells were made smear and counted under the microscope; After delivery, the placenta tissue were made into sections and also counted under the microscope; To determine the origin of the NRBC , the single NRBC was analysed by primer extension preamplification (PEP) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results The number of NRBC in 9 FGR pregnancy women's peripheral blood ranged from 12/7 ml~40/7 ml,(average 22.6/7 ml). The number of NRBC in the control pregnancies ranged from 0/7 ml~10/7 ml, (average 5.4/7 ml). Significant difference was shown between the two groups; The number of NRBC in 9 FGR pregnancy women's placenta tissue was significantly higher than the median value in the control pregnancies (2.8/20HP compared with 0.6/20HP, P

Objective: To study the pharmacological action and clinical curative effect of Linglongqingre microenema. Methods: The actions of relieving fever and calming hypnotism. anti convulsions of Linglongqingre Microenema on rabbit, mouse and rat were observed. Also children's fever illess was treated to judge preliminary curative effect. Results: Linglongqingre Microenema has obvious action of relieving fever, more effective than Chaihu injection, as same as Antipyrine (80mg/kg) on subcutaneous injection. It was used to treat children's feverillness on 38 cases, markedly effective rate 60.53%, total effective rate 86.84%. Among them body temperature of one third case fell over 1.5?C in two hours. ObjectiveTo explore a new simple epicanthoplasty method fit for various types of epicanthus with inconspicuous scar after operation.Methods As the latest studies showed that the anatomical structure of epicanthus is mainly due to the eyelid orbicularis muscle's dislocation at the starting point of the medial canthal tendon,which affects the skin appearance,rather than the traditional view that was merely the excess skin,we released the adhesions between the skin and the inner canthus orbicularis muscle,and corrected the dislocation of orbicularis muscle that was key to the operation,incised along with the line A′→B→A″→ C in the field of interior canthus,separated the subcutaneous fascia tissue,relaxed the subcutaneous fibrous cord,disconnect the orbicularis muscle's attachment point in the inner canthal fold,and then sutured and folded the inner canthal ligament.After sewing up point A′ and point A″,the released skin retracted naturally and formed a new inner canthal contour.ResultsFrom June 2008 to June 2009,57 cases of epicanthus patients accepted this surgery.After operation,the appearance of canthus was nice.Eye fissure got widen,and the scar was not obvious.Also there was a high satisfactory rate.ConclusionsThis method has a broad range of applications.It is suitable for various types of epicanthus correction.

Objective To investigate the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE) and deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Methods The clinical data of 114 200 inpatients from June 2002 to June 2008, including gender, age, smoking history, primary disease and risk factors, were reviewed. Results There were 1445(1.27%) cases with venous thromboembolism (VTE), while 1433(1. 25%) patients suffered from DVT and 153(0. 13%) patients suffered from PTE, 16(11. 11 %) patients were dead of PTE. Of all the DVT patients, there were 1348(94. 1%) cases with DVT of lower limbs with no significant difference between left or right lower limb (P>0. 05). There were 49(3.4%) cases with inferior vena cava, 23(1.6%) cases with cavitas pelvis veins and 13(0. 9%) cases with upper extremity veins. The peak ages of morbidity were between 51 to 60 years. Conclusions The incidence of VTE is increasing with ageing and there is no significant difference between males and females. The most common risk factors for thromboembolism include trauma, surgery, cardiac and pulmonary disease, age over 50 years, deep phlebitis, long-term smoking, cancer, pregnancy, childbirth, braking, history of VTE, etc. We may lower the incidence and mortality of VTE by strengthening prevention work according to the high risk factors.

Objective To evaluate the reliability and clinical application of measuring blood glucose and urea with electrodes and end reaction methods. Method Using the electrodes and end reaction methods, blood glucose and urea were measured respectively. The results and the relativity between the two methods were compared. Result Comparing the two methods for GLU and UREA, the correlative factors were 0.990 1 and 0.989 1 respectively. They had fairly good comparability. The linear ranges of their regression equations met the clinical needs. With favorable accuracy, the correlative factors were above 0.997 9. Conclusion The electrodes method was rapid and accurate, which was suitable for emergency tests. The ending reaction methods was fairly stable and has less interfering factors, which was fit for the routine use.

Objective To explore clinical value of the single-hale video-assisted thoracoscope surgery in lung surgery.Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015, a total of 60 patients was performed with lung partial resection line thoracoscope surgery, 28 routine puckering traditional video-assisted thoracoscope treatment, in the same period 32 underwent video-assisted thoracoscope surgery.Intraoperative blood loss, operating time, postoperative pain degree, and postoperative chest such as flow rate were compared between two groups.Results Two groups of patients had no perioperative death and severe complications.Intraoperative blood loss and operating time were no significant significance between single-and double-hole operation groups.The degree of postoperative pain score was (0.8 ± 0.5) in puckering thoracoscope group, and (1.2 ± 0.6) in traditional thoracoscope group, with significant difference (P =0.009).Conclusions Single-hole thoracoscope surgery in the treatment of lung diseases is feasible and reliable compared to traditional thoracoscope surgery, and patients can effectively reduce postoperative pain, and improve the quality of life.

Objective To investigate the correlation between IL‐6 ,hs‐CRP and blood lipids ,blood glucose in type 2 diabetes mel‐litus(T2DM) patients complicated with coronary heart disease .Methods 64 outpatients first diagnosed T2DM complicated with coronary heart disease were selected ,56 T2DM patients and 58 health examination were as compare from 2014 January to November in my courtyard .Interleukin‐6(IL‐6) ,high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs‐CRP) and total cholesterol(TC) ,low density lipopro‐tein‐C(LDL‐C) ,blood glucose and HbA1c were detected in 3 groups of person .Results T2DM group and T2DM complicated with coronary heart disease with fasting glucose ,HbA1c ,TC and LDL‐C was significantly higher than normal group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05);The level of IL‐6 ,hs‐CRP in patients T2DM with coronary heart disease complicated was signifi‐cantly higher than that of T2DM group ,and T2DM group was higher than that of healthy group ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusion IL‐6 and hs‐CRP can be as a specific index to predict the disease process of T2DM complicated with coronary heart disease .
