1.Fetal Nucleated Red Blood Cell in Maternal Peripheral Blood: Frequency and Relationship with Gestational Age
Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2000;0(04):-
Objective To study the frequency and relationship with gestational age of fetal nucleated red blood cell (NRBC) in maternal peripheral blood. Methods Samples of peripheral blood in 44 women of 6~40 gestational weeks were collected to enrich the fetal nucleated red blood cells by discontinuous density gradient centrifugation. The isolated cells were made smears and counted under the microscope. NRBCs were found and retrieved using a micromanipulator under a microscope for PCR amplification of Y chromosome specific DNA to determine fetal sex. Results NRBCs were found in 17 out of 44 maternal samples, distributing from 9 to 26 gestational weeks The highest frequency of NRBC was found in 11~20 gestational age which reached to 76.5%(13/17). The amount of detected NRBCs ranged from 5/7ml to 30/7ml. Y chromosome 149bp was found in 7 cases and not in the other 10, which agreed to the actual fetal sexes. Conclusion The appropriate time to make a prenatal diagnosis using fetal nucleated red blood cells is in 11~20 gestational age.
2.Microinvasive therapy for intraspinal tumors resection via Key-hole on mono-lamina
Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 2000;0(02):-
Objective To research the microinvasive therapy for intraspinal tumors resection and study the ways for spinal function protection. Methods Twenty-four cases were detected by MR. The intraspinal tumors located variously and the size of them ranging from 0.9 cm to 3.0 cm. All the tumors underwent resection via Key-hole on mono-lamina and the clinical data were analyzed. Results After tumor pathological examination, the cases of neurofibroma, neurinoma, and spinal meningioma were 9,12 and 3 cases. respectively. All the patient recovered and they walked within one week after operation. No recurrenced on MR examination after 3 months and no spinal tube destruction on CT examination after 6 months. Conclusion The microinvasive therapy via Key-hole on mono-lamina is benefic to the totally resection of intraspinal tumors and also benific to the spinal function protection.

[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ] Ten outbrid pigs undergoing small bowel autotransplantation were randomly divided into 2 groups. In STPN group, the animals received standard TPN devoid of Gly Gln,and in GTPN group, the animals received isonitrogenous (0 3?g?kg -1 ?d -1 )and isocaloric (nonprotein calory:137 9?kJ?kg -1 ?d -1 ) TPN with 2% Gly Gln.Animals were fed for 28 days. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ] At the end of TPN,the mucosal contents of Gln (1 14?0 20)??mol/g tissue wet weight, protein (101?22)?mg/g and the villous contents of DNA (3 84?0 39) and RNA (3 31?0 14),the graft villous height (308?52) ?m, surface area (0 154?0 019) mm 2 and mucosal thickness(665?72) ?m were significantly higher in the GTPN group than that in STPN group ( P

CXCR4 has long been considered as the unique receptor of CXCL12,and CXCL12/CXCR4 axis plays a prominent role in tumorigenesis. However,a novel receptor for CXCL12,named CXCR7,has been recently identified and also plays an important role in tumorigenesis. This review summarized current studies regarding the functions of CXCR4 and CXCR7 in cancer and the recent therapeutic approaches that target these receptors or their ligands.

China Pharmacist 2015;18(10):1788-1790
Objective:To analyze the content of Pb, Cd, Cu, As and Hg in freeze-dried Rehmannia from different habitats by FAAS and double channels AFS. Methods:The contents of Pb,Cd and Cu in Rehmannia from different habitats were directly deter-mined by FAAS, while the contents of As and Hg were determined by double channels AFS after pretreated with HNO3-HClO4 . Re-sults:It was shown that each element had good linear relationship with the correlation coefficient above 0. 997 4. The average recovery was 97. 88%-100. 90% with RSD of 0. 019% -4. 20% (n=6). Meanwhile, the concentrations of 5 harmful elements and heavy met-als in 4 batches of 10 samples were higher than the limits described in Chinese pharmacopoeia. Conclusion:The results measured by the method are considered to be accurate, quick and easy to be operated. It can be used to determine heavy metals and harmful ele-ments in freeze-dried Rehmannia from different habitats.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2017;45(7):1031-1037
Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized by precipitation polymerization using ribavirin as the template molecule and methacrylic acid as the functional monomer. The sensitive film of ribavirin electrode was constructed by molecularly imprinted polymer doped with graphene oxide as the ionophore, poly(vinylchloride) (PVC) as matrix and dioctyl sebacate for plasticizer. The results showed that the best performance of the electrode was obtained when the sensitive film compositions were 100.8 mg of MIP, 14.7 mg of GO, 450.8 mg of PVC and 901.6 mg of dioctyl sebacate, and the inner filling solution composition was 0.1 mol/L NaCl + 0.05 mol/L NaAc-0.05 mol/L HAc + 1.0×10.-5 mol/L ribavirin solution. The electrode showed a near-Nernstian slope of 45.565 mV/decade for ribavirin over the range of 1.0×10.6-1.0×10.-4 mol/L and a detection limit of 1.0×10.-7 mol/L.The electrode could be used in the pH range of 3 to 5 with response time of less than 3 min.The developed electrode exhibited high selectivity for ribavirin and was successfully applied to the determination of ribavirin in feed and injection with recoveries of 90%-110% and RSD of 3.0%-7.9%.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
Students(64)of two years in our department were divided into two groups in experimental teaching of forensic toxicology analysis:in one group, the methods of LBL was performed, while the methods of PBL was performed in the other group. By comparing effects between these two methods,we analyzed the function methods of PBL to improve students'experimental skills and capacity of analyzing and solving problems. It was concluded that the PBL methods was more suitable for the experiment teaching of forensic toxicology analysis than the LBL methods.
