1.Microinvasive therapy for intraspinal tumors resection via Key-hole on mono-lamina

Objective To research the microinvasive therapy for intraspinal tumors resection and study the ways for spinal function protection. Methods Twenty-four cases were detected by MR. The intraspinal tumors located variously and the size of them ranging from 0.9 cm to 3.0 cm. All the tumors underwent resection via Key-hole on mono-lamina and the clinical data were analyzed. Results After tumor pathological examination,the cases of neurofibroma,neurinoma,and spinal meningioma were 9,12 and 3 cases. respectively. All the patient recovered and they walked within one week after operation. No recurrenced on MR examination after 3 months and no spinal tube destruction on CT examination after 6 months. Conclusion The microinvasive therapy via Key-hole on mono-lamina is benefic to the totally resection of intraspinal tumors and also benific to the spinal function protection.
2.CT Diagnosis of Obsolete Pulmonary Tuberculosis Accompanied with Peripheral Lung Carcinoma

Objective To study the characteristics and differential diagnosis of obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied withperipheral lung carcinoma.Methods CT findings of obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied with peripheral lung carcioma in 20 cases were retrospectively analysed.Results In 20 patients ,12 cases were diagnosed correctly because of them with typical CT findings of peripheral lung carcinoma,while 8 cases were misdiagnosed because of atypical CT findings of lung carcinoma.Conclusion Obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis accompained with peripheral lung carcinoma is common seen,atypical lung carcnioma is easily misdiagnosed.
3.Fetal Nucleated Red Blood Cell in Maternal Peripheral Blood: Frequency and Relationship with Gestational Age

Objective To study the frequency and relationship with gestational age of fetal nucleated red blood cell (NRBC) in maternal peripheral blood. Methods Samples of peripheral blood in 44 women of 6~40 gestational weeks were collected to enrich the fetal nucleated red blood cells by discontinuous density gradient centrifugation. The isolated cells were made smears and counted under the microscope. NRBCs were found and retrieved using a micromanipulator under a microscope for PCR amplification of Y chromosome specific DNA to determine fetal sex. Results NRBCs were found in 17 out of 44 maternal samples, distributing from 9 to 26 gestational weeks The highest frequency of NRBC was found in 11~20 gestational age which reached to 76.5%(13/17). The amount of detected NRBCs ranged from 5/7ml to 30/7ml. Y chromosome 149bp was found in 7 cases and not in the other 10, which agreed to the actual fetal sexes. Conclusion The appropriate time to make a prenatal diagnosis using fetal nucleated red blood cells is in 11~20 gestational age.

Objective [WT5”BZ] To evaluate the effects of glycyl glutamine (Gly Gln) on the small intestinal graft. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ] Ten outbrid pigs undergoing small bowel autotransplantation were randomly divided into 2 groups. 5.Response of skin to audible signal and skin-hearing aid

This study was designed to introduce basic components and sound-receiving effects of skin-hearing aid with transformer. This new device helped all people receive audible signals via skin, but the effects on discriminating phone were still not ideal.The experimental environment of the response of skin to audible signals was constructed for the theory research. The response on critical frequency and voltage among the transformer, the flat electrode and the skin has gotten in the experiment. It was discussed that the effect of the response of skin to audible signal between the key parts of device of hearing by skin with transformer and the skin. It was illustrated the practicability of skin hearing by sound-electricity converting.The skin-hearing aid, a low power consumption aid, was compared with traditional tools, such as hearing aid, electronic cochlea, and guide dogs, and the results proved the superiority of skin-hearing aid.
6.The Practices and Effects of Objective Management in Hospital Meticulous Management

Objective: Through managing objectives in our hospital, promote the hospital management. Methods:Use expert advice method to establish the target assessment index system, with the weighted index method to calculate the final score. Results: According to the characteristics of the department, develop differentiated, personalized indicators; objective management system consists of 3 level indicators medical examination standard (680 points), scientific research and teaching standards (220 points), departmental management assessment criteria(100 points), and 45 secondary indicator of internal medicine, surgical 49 second-level indicators. Conclusion: Objective management is the starting point of the hospital and meticulous management, and implementation of objective management enhance the awareness of the collective participation of the medical staffs at all levels, so that the department changes from passive management to active management, and it enhances department execution and promotes the hospital science directly.

CXCR4 has long been considered as the unique receptor of CXCL12,and CXCL12/CXCR4 axis plays a prominent role in tumorigenesis.However,a novel receptor for CXCL12,named CXCR7,has been recently identified and also plays an important role in tumorigenesis.This review summarized current studies regarding the functions of CXCR4 and CXCR7 in cancer and the recent therapeutic approaches that target these receptors or their ligands.
8.ITS Sequence Analysis of Angelica from Different Source in Gansu Province

Objective To establish the basis of molecular systematics of Angelica from different areas of Gansu province so as to offer molecular basis of identification Gansu-produced Angelica with geoherbalism. Methods The ITS gene of Angelica was obtained by PCR and sequenced to be analyzed by DNAStar software to calculate the genetic distance among different specimens. Results The ITS sequence of Angelica between Min County and Zhang County of Gansu Province shows trivial differences with the range of 0.000 0~0.008 3. All 5 Min County-produced Angelica specimens have same bases at 586 site with "C" and 589 site with "T" with Zhang County-produced Angelica DG9 specimen, whereas the 586 site and 589 site bases of the other 3 Zhang County-produced Angelica specimens are "T" and "G" respectively. Conclusion The ITS sequence characteristics can be recognized as effective molecular marker of Angelica, and both 586 site base and 589 site base of the ITS sequence of Angelica can be recognized as identification bases of Min County-produced Angelica.
9.The Values of the Maternal Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1 Level for Determination of Subclinical-typed Chorioamnionitis in Premature Rupture of Membranes

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (sICAM-1) with c-reactive protein (CRP) in serum of women with premature rupture of membranes (PROM) for detecting chorioamnionitis. Methods 55 pregnant women with term PROM including 18 pregnant women with preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM) and 20 normal pregnant women at term were enrolled. Maternal serum sICAM-1, CRP were measured by Sandwish enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELISA). Chorioamnionitis was histologically confirmed after delivery. Results (1)Maternal serum levels of sICAM-1 and CRP were statistically significantly higher in women with PROM than that without it;(2)Maternal serum levels of sICAM-1 and CRP were statistically significantly higher in women with chorioamnionitis than those without it;(3)In the complicated chorioamnionitis group and in the uncomplicated with chorioamnionitis group, serum levels of sICAM-1 in PPROM women were similar with those in TPROM women, whereas serum levels of CRP in PPROM women were statistically significantly higher than those in TPROM women;(4)The sensitivity, specificity, postive predictive value, negtive predictive value, Kappa index and area under receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve of maternal serum sICAM-1(cutoff 104.7 ?g/L) and CRP(cutoff 10.3 mg/L) for diagnosing chorioamnionitis were 100%, 91.2%, 87.5%, 100%, 0.20, 0.995 and 81.0%, 73.5%, 65.4%, 86.2%, 0.13, 0.811, respectively; (5) Maternal serum levels of sICAM-1 compared with one another among mild histologic chorioamnionitis group, severe histologic chorioamnionitis group and clinical chorioamnionitis group, the difference are statistically significantly (P
10.Determination of Five Heavy Metals and Harmful Elements in Freeze-dried Rehmannia from Different Habitats

Objective:To analyze the content of Pb, Cd, Cu, As and Hg in freeze-dried Rehmannia from different habitats by FAAS and double channels AFS. Methods:The contents of Pb,Cd and Cu in Rehmannia from different habitats were directly deter-mined by FAAS, while the contents of As and Hg were determined by double channels AFS after pretreated with HNO3-HClO4 . Re-sults:It was shown that each element had good linear relationship with the correlation coefficient above 0. 997 4. The average recovery was 97. 88%-100. 90% with RSD of 0. 019% -4. 20% (n=6). Meanwhile, the concentrations of 5 harmful elements and heavy met-als in 4 batches of 10 samples were higher than the limits described in Chinese pharmacopoeia. Conclusion:The results measured by the method are considered to be accurate, quick and easy to be operated. It can be used to determine heavy metals and harmful ele-ments in freeze-dried Rehmannia from different habitats.
