BACKGROUND:Tissue-engineered bone, as an emerging method, is used to repair bone defects, but it is difficult to be used widely because of no nutrient metabolism of implants. Pre-vascularized tissue-engineered bone research is performed for this limitation. Forward-looking and procedural vascular construction prior to artificial grafting is perspective to supply the nutrient metabolism of implants.
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the research results and developmental tendency of pre-vascularized bone engineering in vitro using a multilevel analysis.
METHOD:Literature search was performed in CNKI database for Chinese literatures and PubMed database for English literatures from 2000 to 2012. The key words included“tissue-engineered bone, vascularization, implant, osteoblasts, endothelial cel s, co-culture”in Chinese, and“bone engineering, endothelial cel s, osteoblast, implant, cel s co-culture”in English. A review addressing pre-vascularized tissue-engineered bone was completed based on retrieved literature classified according to bone physiological studies, in vitro experimental research and material research.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Total y 60 articles were included in result analysis. Studied have documented that microvascular regeneration in normal bone tissue has an important role in osteogenesis regulation. Current bone tissue engineering research is to simulate this physiological process of vascular regeneration in the human body, and lots of in vitro studies are designed to complete this angiogenic process in bone tissue engineering. It is confirmed that in vitro pre-vascular work is used for bone tissue engineering, especial y for in vivo survival and ossification of tissue-engineered bone, pointing out the developmental direction for the clinical application of tissue-engineered bone.

Objective To observe effect of Huoluojiangu capsule (HJC) on analgesic experiments. Methods The 3 kinds of analgesic experiments of whirling body, electric irritation and hot board were respectively adopted in mice. 60 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups in every analgesic experiment:A group(blank control), normal saline 0.25 mL/10 g. B group (positive control), diclofenac sodium 3.5 mg/kg;C group (positive control), pethidine 15 mg/kg, D,E and F group were respectively as low,mid and high dose of HJC groups (HJC 14, 21, 28 g/kg). Afterward, effects of HJC on ache induced by chemistry, electricity and heat were respectively observed at different time after pretreatments. Results Low, mid and high dose of HJC groups can all inhibit reaction of whirling body by chemical irritation. Compared with blank control group, low dose of group had evidently effect, P 0.05), but it had stronger analgesic effect than positive groups (B and C groups) at 180 min, P

Objective To study the effects and possible mechanism of Huoluo Jiangu Capsule (HJC) on adjuvant arthritis rats. Methods The arthritic model of rats induced by Freund’s complete adjuvant was used in experiment. The effect of HJC on swelling degree of feet, weight of thymuse and spleen of AA rats were observed. The serum activity of SOD, GSH-Px and content of NO, MDA were determined. Results HJC can relieve swelling degree of feet and weight of spleen of AA rats, increase serum SOD, GSH-Px and decrease serum NO, MDA of AA rats. Conclusion HJC has good effet of cleaning up the oxygen free radicals and anti-inflammatory.

Objective To compare the clinical effects of botulinum toxin injection and radiofre quency thermal rhizotom in the treatment of primary hemifacial spasm. Methods A total 118 primary hemifacial spasm patients were randomly divided into two groups, who were received botulinum toxinA injections and radiofrequency thermal rhizotom treatment, respectively.Patients were followed up,and the curative effect, complications and recurrence rates of the two treatments were statistically compared. Results The early curative effect (1 month) for primary hemifacial spasm in botulinum toxin injection group was better than that in radiofrequency thermal rhizotom treatment group:recurrence rate of long-term (6 months) was 72.5 %,but caused a very low risk of facial paralysis; radiofrequency thermal rhizotom treatment had a long-term effect as compared with botulinum toxin injection,6 months recurrence rate was 21.4 %,with a low rate of postoperative facial paralysis. Conclusions Botulinum toxin injections is higher in short-term effectiveness and smaller in side effects as compared with the treatment of radiofrequency thermal rhizotom. However, radiofrequency thermal rhizotom treatment is more stable in the prospective efficacy.

Objective:To screen the early biomarkers associated with lung carcinoma by using proteomic method. Methods:The proteins of early lung squamous cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues were separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) and differentially expressed proteins were screened by mass spectrometry (MS). The differential expressions of part proteins were verified by immunohistochemical method. Results:The proteomic profiles of lung squamous cell carcinoma and the adjacent normal tissues were established and the average matched protein spots in the two group were 626 and 602, respectively. Ten protein spots with higher expression in lung squamous cell carcinoma tissues were identified as Annexin 1(Anx-A1),heat shock proteins (HSP27), etc. The proteins were mainly related with cell cycle and signal transduction. The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the positive expression rates of Anx-A1 and HSP27 in lung squamous cell carcinoma tissues were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion:Proteomic technology was an effective method for preliminary identification of the proteins associated with early lung carcinoma. The identified proteins laid a solid foundation for further screening the molecular markers for early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.

Objective:To assess the transient elastography (TE) in assessing hepatic fibrosis in pediatric chronic liver disease. Methods:Children with chronic liver disease who were both examined with TE and percutaneous transhepatic puncture for grading Scheuer scores in the Children′s Hospital of Fudan University from January 2017 to September 2017 were recruited.Ordinal Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the interfering factors for hepatic fibrosis.Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were plotted to acquire the optimal cut-off value and to calculate the area under the curve (AUC). Results:Thirty-eight children were enrolled finally, including 28 boys and 10 girls with the mean age of 7.4 years old (1.1-16.0 years). The success rate of detecting hepatic fibrosis was 85%.Ordinal Logistic regression analysis discovered that only the value of liver stiffness measured by TE was correlated with the grade of hepatic fibrosis ( β=0.055, P<0.001). TE was effective to differentiate hepatic fibrosis[

Since December 2019, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2) infections have raged globally for more than 2 years.China has always adopted scientific and effective prevention and control measures to achieved some success. However, with the continuous variation of SARS-CoV-2 cases and imported cases from abroad, the prevention and control work has become more difficult and complex. With the variation of the mutant strain, the number of cases in children changed, and some new special symptoms and complications were found, which proposed a new topic for the prevention and treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infection in children in China.Based on the third edition, the present consensus according to the characteristics of the new strain, expounded the etiology, pathology, pathogenesis, and according to the clinical characteristics and experience of children′s cases, and puts forward recommendations on the diagnostic criteria, laboratory examination, treatment, prevention and control of children′s cases for providing reference for further guidance of effective prevention and treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infection in children in China.
