To discuss the ethical factors influencing the relationship between nurses and patients during the diagnosis and treatment of sexual transmitted diseases(STDs) and bring forward corresponding nursing suggestions for establishing harmonious and new relationship between nurses and patients.Nursing moral obligation,protecting individual privacy of the STDs patients,professional enterprise of nurse,the dnowing right of diseases for STDs patients were mainly ethical factors currently.It would be helped to ameliorate the relationship between nurses and patients that included reinforcing education of nurse professional morality,respecting the personality and individual privacy of the STDs patients,improving the specialty level of nursing,making health education. These ethical measures would standardize the diagnosis and treatment of the STDs in the future.

Objective To investigate the nursing methods of transferring peduncle island skin flap in foot. Methods Nursing about 19 patients who have undergone the transferring of peduncle island skin flaps because of soft tissue injury in foot. The preoperative nursing included skin nursing, individual psycho-behavior guidance, room allocation. Postoperative nursing included placement of limbs correctly, nursing about the transferring district flaps, observation and nursing the vescular crisis, correct using anticoagulant and functional exercises of ankle-joint. Results There were 18 flaps survived completely, 1 flaps in distal end had partly necrosis, but flap had recovered well afterⅡ-period skin grafting. Conclusion Overall elaborate clinical nursing can guarantee the survival of the graft peduncle island skin flaps in foot.

Objective To observe the effect of electrical stimulation of the pelvic floor muscles (PES) combined with acupuncture on urinary dysfunction in patients with spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods Sixty-two patients with SCI were randomly divided into a treatment group ( n =31 ) and a control group ( n =31 ).All subjects received routine bladder function training and a drinking water schedule for 8 weeks.In addition,the treatment group was given PES 30-40 min/d 6 times/week and acupuncture for 30 min/d,6 times/week for the 8 weeks.Residual volume of urine was evaluated using ultrasound and a daily voiding diary.Uurodynamic examinations and catheter extraction were used to assess the urinary function pre- and post-treatment. Results No significant difference was found between the two groups before treatment,but after 8 weeks of treatment the residual volume of urine detected by ultrasound and voiding frequency were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group.First desire to urinate and maximal urinary bladder capacities in the treatment group were also significant higher than in the control group.The efficacy of treatment was also sustained significantly longer in the treatment group. Conclusion PES combined with acupuncture therapy is more effective than routine bladder function training for SCI patients with urinary dysfunction.

ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the health education needs of TCM rehabilitation after hepatobiliary surgery,and the application effect of health education. Methods105 cases of hepatobiliary surgery patients were chosen.Homemade questionnaires with TCM rehabilitation related knowledge needs were used in the investigation.And then the health education of TCM rehabilitation was given to the patients.After these patients accepted the education and were rehabilitated,these patients were again taken TCM and rehabilitation of health education needs for investigation.The changes of the needs of the patients before and after education for the rehabilitation of health education on TCM were compared.The evaluation of the recovery effect for patients with TCM rehabilitation of health education in the liver and gallbladder surgery were taken for investigation. Results105 cases of patients with TCM and rehabilitation health knowledge education before and after the survey results showed that,the urgent need on the knowledge of TCM health rehabilitation rate after hepatobiliary surgery in patients increased significantly compared with before education.In the evaluation of the recovery effect of patients for TCM rehabilitation of health education in theliver and gallbladder surgery,the rate of thinking it effective in promoting postoperative recovery was 91.43％. ConclusionsHepatobiliary surgery patients were lack of knowledge of postoperative recovery of health knowledge of TCM and rehabilitation.By education and practical application,the patients understand the importance of health education on their postoperative rehabilitation,so TCM rehabilitation of health education has an important clinical significance in hepatobiliary surgery patients.
