1.The risk factors analysis and control for intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and risk factors for intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP), and put forward relevant control measures.Methods May 2009 to February 2013 in our hospital maternity clinic built card ICP 60 cases of pregnant women as the observation group,choosed the same period in our hospital 60 cases of childbirth without ICP as the control group,two groups have carried out surveys of maternal and neonatal outcomes,and laboratory tests.While observing the pa-tients were given drug therapy.Results All mothers were smooth delivery of the newborn,no maternal and neonatal mortality.Pro-duction of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group gestational age,neonatal apgar 1 minute(s)and birth weight was significantly lower,cesarean section rate was significantly higher(P<0.05),two groups of postpartum hemor-rhage,amniotic fluid abnormalities,prematurity,neonatal asphyxia,hospitalization time,neonatal apgar 5 minute(s)compared with the control group had no significant difference(P> 0.05).Observation group BUN,LDH,PT,APTT,FIB levels higher,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Between the two groups TG,GLU levels had no significant difference(P> 0.05).blood pressure control and kidney damage and prenatal affecting intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy independent risk factor for the inci-dence(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group 42 cases were cured,14 cases markedly effective,4 cases ecfectiveness and no case failure.markedly effective rate was 93.3%,the effective rate was 100.0%.Conclusion ICP for maternal and newborn have a certain influence,many accompanied by renal dysfunction,blood pressure control and kidney damage and check-ups during preg-nancy that affect the incidence of ICP independent risk factors,drug therapy can achieve better results.
2.The comparison and evaluation of the self-developed control products and the internal quality control products detection of NT-proBNP by electrochemiluminescence

Objective To investigate the preparation of internal quality control products of NT‐proBNP by electrochemilumines‐cence detection .Methods The serum with high and normal levels of NT‐proBNP were collected and divided into low‐value group and high ‐value group .The expected target value ,inter‐batch duplicability ,imprecision and the stability within batch were detected . After effective verification ,we evaluated the bias between self developed internal quality control products and Roche factory quality control materials by comparative test .Results The repeatability ,stability and imprecision of self developed NT‐proBNP were all appropriate to internal quality control products and meeting meet the clinical testing standards .The control range was significantly less than that permitted by Roche ,so it can meet the internal quality control requirements .Conclusion The self developed NT‐proBNP internal quality control products can replace the imports quality control products .
3.Efficacy of compound Danshen injection combined with edaravone on patients with acute cerebral infarction and its effect on copeptin, NT-proBNP and Hcy levels

Objective To study the therapeutical effects of compound Danshen injection combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 130 cases of ACI were randomly divided into two groups, control group(65 case) and observation group(65 cases), control group were administered with edaravone injection, while observation group were administered with compound Danshen injection and edaravone injection, NIHSS score and Barthel index score were used for effects evaluation, meanwhile, serous levels of copeptin, NT-proBNP and Hcy were measured by ELISA assay.Results Observation group had a better effect on ACI care, compared with control group (P<0.01), and serum levels of copeptin,NT-proBNP and Hcy significantly improved both in the two groups ( P <0.01 ) , while, observation group had a better effects ( P <0.01 ) . Conclusion Combination therapy of compound Danshen injection and edaravone has a fabulous effect on ACI care.
4.Perinatal care and Changing Trend of Maternal and Perinatal Mortality

Objective To investigate the effect of perinatal care on the reduction of the maternal and perinatal mortality. Methods The perinatal care and the relationship between the maternal and perinatal mortality during 1980 to 1997 were analysed. The factors that related to the morality were studied. Results The maternal mortality rate was significantly decreased from 31.7/10~5 live births in 1960 to 16.1/10~5 live births in 1992~1997. The main cause of maternal deaths in 1960' was obstetrical factors, but in 1997 it was pregnancy complications. The perinatal mortality rate was 21.2‰ in 1980~1981 ,and was 10.9‰ in 1992~1997. The factors related to the maternal and perinatal mortality including the perinatal care, high risk pregnancy,and birth weight were analysed, the specific mortality rate of each factor was calculated. Conclutions The two mortalities can be used to evaluate the result of perinatal care,and are important feedback information for making health care policy. Pernatal care play an important role in the reduction of maternal and perinatal mortality.
5.Clinical significance on detection of exhaled breath condensate biomarkers in lung cancer

Exhaled breath condensate(EBC) analysis,as a new technology of studying the respiratory biochemical components in recent years,has the advantages of non-invasiveness,simple collection and good repeatability,etc.The detection of exhaled breath condensate biomarkers plays an important role in screening,early diagnosis,disease monitoring,efficacy and prognosis assessment,following up of lung cancer.

Objective To introduce a new technique about reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) by transplantation of autogenous hamstring and fixation with a crossbar(Transfix Ⅱ) under arthroscopy and explore its effect on short term. Methods 72 patients with ACL injury were treated with ACL reconstruction by transplantation of autogenous semitendinous and gracilis tendon, fixed by a crossbar in femur end and a bio-absorbable interface screw in tibial tunnel. 2 cases of meniscus neoplasty, 31 partial meniscectomy, 8 large partial meniscectomy, 16 cartilage trimming, and 15 medial collateral ligament neoplasty, as well as 1 patellar tendon neoplasty were performed simultaneously. Pre- and post-operative knee joint function and stability as well as X-ray photograph were evaluated according to the Lysholm scoring scale system. The reliability of the fixation and its short-term effect were analyzed. Results 65 patients were available for follow-up with the duration from 8 to 36 months. The function of knee joint improved greatly. 8 cases had positive finding in physical examination. The average pre- and post-operative Lysholm score were 56?6.3 and 91?4.8, respectively(P
8.A Study of Artemether Combined with Primaquine in the Treatment of Falciparum malaria

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of artemether combined with primaquine in the treatment of falciparum malaria. Methods Randomization and comparison methods were used in 121 falciparum malaria cases in the Republic of Central Africa.Sixty one cases were treated with artemether combined with primaquine(Group A used artemether orally,Group B used artemether intramuscularly).And 60 cases received single artemether (Group C used artemether orally,Group D used artemether intramuscularly ) were taken as control. Results In Group A and B the mean fever clearance time were 47 6?15 7 and 36 9?10 7 hours, clinical cure rates 84 4% and 100%, relapse rates 6 3% and 3 4% ,respectively.In Group C and D the mean fever clearance time were 48 2?18 4 and 42 2?9 5 hours,clinical cure rates 90 1% and 96 3%, relapse rates 21 2% and 18 5%,respectively.Side effects in cases of all groups were mild. Conclusion Artemether combined with primaquine and single artemether(via both routes) showed good therapeutic effects in falciparum malaria cases, while artemether combined with primaquine was more effective than single artemether in reducing relapes rate of malaria.

10.Clinical efficacy and safety of ravidavir-based antiretroviral regimen in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis C

China has largest number of chronic hepatitis C (CHC) patients, with complex distribution of genotypes, high proportion of refractory types and low diagnosis and treatment rate. It is necessary to explore accessible pan-genotype antiviral treatment protocols with high cure rate. Currently, the direct acting antiviral agents (DAAs) are recommended as the main treatment regimes by international guidelines for hepatitis C. Ravidasvir (RDV) is a new generation of NS5a inhibitor, which can be widely used in treatment of gene type 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 CHC with strong antiviral activity and high resistance barrier. A number of clinical studies demonstrate that the combination of ravidavir with DAA S, such as second-generation protease inhibitor danoprevir (DNV) and nucleoside NS5b inhibitor sofosbuvir (SOF) have gained high cure rate and good safety for CHC patients. In this article, the results of related studies on ravidavir-based antiretroviral regimens in treatment of CHC are reviewed.
