The study was made on 3H-leucine incorporation into brain of offsprings born by their mothers who were fed in severe iodine deficiency area. Control group received an iodine-supplemented diet (1.7mg KIO3/kg food). Objective To explore the Diagnostic value of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound for urethral vaginal fistulas.Methods 5 patients with urethral vaginal fistulas were checked using real-time three-dimensional ul-trasound ,respectively by the abdomen and the sonographic appearance of pudendal observation of female urethral vagi -nal interval sagittal and transverse ,sagittal and transverse section by measuring the size of the fistula ,and voiding trial or colored liquid test injection from urethral to confirm .Results 5 cases of urethra,vagina ultrasonography can dis-play and urethral vaginal interval throughout the sagittal plane and different levels of cross section ,urethral vaginal in-terval by low echo-band-low echo constitute the sandwichsign in the fistula showed partial loss ,local band echo in-terruption,urethral and vaginal local fusion ,voiding trial or from the urethra into the colored liquid test further con-firmed the fistula,fistula and verify the existence of fistula after the operation the size .Conclusion Real time three-dimensional echocardiography by urethral vaginal interval in the axial and sagittal plane ultrasound at different levels , combining with the history and voiding trial or injected with colored liquid test from the urethra ,can provide a new i-dea for diagnosis of urethral vaginal fistula .

Objective To study the change of endothelial function during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits and the effect of Rasuvastatin. Method Sixteen New Zealand rabbits were randomLy divided into two groups: ischemia/reporfusian injury group (control group) and Resuvastatin group(drug group). The myocar-dial ischemia-reperfusion model was established by occlusion of left anterior descending coronary artery for 40 min-utes evidenced by the elevation of the ST segment≥0.2 my on ECG waveform, and after release of ooclusion, the ST segment of ECG retttmed to 1/2 or more of the normal wavefonn, which was the evidence of successful reperfu-sion. The rabbit serum nitric oxide (NO) and plasma endothelia-1 (ET-1) content were assayed before occlusion, 40 minutes, 60 minutes and 180 minutes after reperfusion. SPSS11.5 software was used for ANOVA(Repested Measurement designs). P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Results There were no significant differences in serum NO and plasma ET-1 between two groups bsfore isehemia, but 40 minutes, 60 minutes and 180 minutes after reperfusion, the levels of serum NO in drug group were higher than those in control group [(82.000±13.825), (63.375±17.541), (50.250±18.987)μmol/L vs. (63.125±18.962), (43.500± 16.518), (29.625±14.162) μmol/L, P<0.05], and the levels of plasma ET-1 content in drug group were lower than those in the control group [(282.541±38.928), (315.152±55.263), (377.795±60.427) pg/mL vs. (331.785±35.341),(375.914±5.204),(459.829±70.110) pg/mL, P<0.05]. Conclusions By the means of increasing serum NO and decreasing plasma ET-1, rosuvastatin can improve the endothelial function in rabbits with isehemia-reperfusion injury.

Objective To explore clinical effect of Cefdinir combined with Omidazole in treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease .Methods 60 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease from April 2014 to August 2015,were randomly divided into two groups and 30 cases in each group.Control group were given Ornidazole basic treatment, observation group were given Omidazole treatment given Cefdinir treatment on the basis of control group, after treated for 14d, patients were followed up and recorded C-reactive protein, blood rheology, compared clinical efficacy by statistical methods. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, observation group C-reactive protein value of (4.11 ±1.45)mg/L, lower than control group(7.63 ±1.57)mg/L (P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, observation group plasma viscosity, hematocrit values were (1.12 ±0.26)mpass· s,(0.39 ±0.07)%, than control group (1.59 ±0.28)mpass· s,(0.48 ±0.09)% (P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment of patients in observation group total effective rate was 90.00%, significantly higher than 66.67%( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion It is good for Cefdinir combined with Omidazole in treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease better than Ornidazole medication use alone is worthy of further research and application .

Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate whether video -assisted thoracoscopic surgi-cal( VATS) lobectomy is as effective as open thoracotomy lobectomy for complete dissection of the mediastinal lymph node(MLN).Methods Patients with clinical stage N0 lung cancer who underwent lobectomy between January 2008 and June 2013were retrospectively evaluated based on the LN station resected and lobectomy proce -dure used,and a resection ratio was calculated .Nodal stage and the proportion of patients ,from whom at least three MLNs and station 7were dissected and compared by lobectomy type .Results Of the 201 patients enrolled in the study,84 and 117 underwent VATS and open thoracotomy lobectomies ,respectively.The mean number of LNs dissected at station 3a was similar in the two groups (1.34 ±2.58 vs.1.52 ±1.78;P>0.05),but the re-section ratio differed(39%sv .63%;P <0.05).However,there were no differences at stations7 and 9R in terms of the number of LNs dissected or resection ratio for the right -sided approaches (P >0.05).There were no differences in the number of LNs dissected or resection ratio between the two groups for stations 4 L,5 L6, L,7 L, and9 L for the left-sided approaches .Only station 8L showed significant differences between the VATS and open thoracotomy groups in the number of LNs dissected (0.12 ±0.44 vs.0.46 ±0.71;P<0.05)and resection ratio (8%vs.36%;P<0.05).There were no differences in the number of LNs dissected or resection ratio between groups for station 7:82.1%of patients in each group had at least three MLNs and station 7 removed(P>0.05). The Kaplan-Meier 5-year survival was also similar between the two groups (log-rank test,P>0.05).Con-clusion VATS lobectomy is as effective as open thoracotomy lobectomy for the dissection of MLNs .Thus,VATS lobotomy resection will continue to be offered as the best choice for patients with clinical stage N0.

Objective To investigate the effect of neuropeptide Y (NPY) on the osteoblastic differentiation of murine MC3T3-E1 cells and its mechanism related to the Wnt signaling pathway.Methods The murine MC3T3-E1 cells were divided into 4 groups according to the stimulators added:phosphate buffered saline (PBS) (control) and different concentrations of NPY (10-8 mol/L,10-10 mol/L and 10-12 mol/L).The cellular proliferation was detected with MTT assay after 1,3,5,7 and 9 days.The cells were identified with cell immunochemistry and Western Blot to find out the most effective concentration of NPY at different time points under osteoblastic condition.The cells were then divided into 4 groups:PBS,NPY,NPY + NPY receptor antagonist,and NPY + DKK1.Western blot was used to determine the expression of β3-catenin and p-GSK-3β in each group.Nuclear signaling activity of β3-catenin was observed using immunofluorescence staining.Results NPY significantly improved the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells at 7 and 9 days (P ＜0.05).NPY (10s mol/L and 10-10 mol/L) groups and NPY (10-10 mol/L and 10-12 mol/L) groups significantly improved the ALP activity at 4 and 14 days respectively (P ＜ 0.05).At 4 days,the expression of ALP protein was significantly decreased in the NPY + DKK1 group and the NPY + NPY receptor antagonist group compared with that in the NPY group (P ＜ 0.05).Although the expression levels of [β-catenin and p-GSK-3β protein were uninfluenced in either case,NPY significantly stimulated the nuclear signaling activity of β3-catenin.Conclusions NPY may significantly increase the expression of ALP protein in MC3T3-E1 ceils during osteoblastic differentiation.This effect might be mediated through the canonical Wnt signaling pathway.

Objective To explore the clinic value of the vocal acoustics on voice evaluation in larynx leukoplakia pa?tients. Methods Dr. Speech software was used to perform voice acoustic analysis and deduce EGG parameters in 48 sub?jects with larynx leukoplakia and 50 normal subjects. Voice acoustic analysis parameters (Jitter, Shimmer, NNE, HNR, SNR, MPT), EGG parameters ( EGG-Jitter、EGG-Shimmer、EGG-NNE、EGG-HNR、EGG-SNR, CQP,CIP) and EGG wave?form were compared between two groups. Results For voice acoustic analysis, Jitter, Shimmer, NNE in larynx leukoplakia group were higher than those in normal group while HNR, SNR in larynx leukoplakia group were lower than those of normal group. What’s more,MPT in larynx leukoplakia group was obviously shorter than that in normal group with, statistically sig?nificant difference (P<0.05). For EGG analysis, EGG-Jitter, EGG-Shimmer, EGG-NNE were higher in larynx leukoplakia group than those in normal group with significant difference (P<0.05). EGG-HNR and EGG-SNR in larynx leukoplakia group were lower than those in normal group. Furthermore, CQP and CIP in larynx leukoplakia group were higher than those normal group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Most patients’(72.9%) EGG waveform showed gradually ac?celerate phase velocity and fast close phase, which represent a spike-like shape. Conclusion Voice acoustic analysis com?bined with EGG provide objective indicators to assess degree of hoarseness, and to provide sonic evidences for prevention, recurrence, assessment and pronunciation correction of the larynx leukoplakia.

Objective To investigate the expression of pattern recognition receptor (PRR)of immune cells from the patients with enterovirus 71 ( EV 71 ) infection and the changes of cytokines. Methods Seventy-one patients and 20 age-matched healthy children were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into three groups according to the critical degree: 20 mild patients, 25 severe patients and 26 critical patients. Real-time PCR were used to evaluate the levels of retinoic acidinducible gene Ⅰ ( RIG- Ⅰ ), melanoma differentitation-associated gene 5 ( MDA5 ) and cytokines IL-12, IFN-α mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). The proportions of Toll like receptors(TLRs) on monocytes/macrophages (MC) , myloiddentritic cells (mDC) and plasmacytoiddentritic cells (pDC) were analyzed by flow cytometry. The concentrations of plasma cytokines( IL-12, IFN-α) were measured by ELISA. Results ( 1 ) The proportion of TLR7 is the unique TLR which is increased in mild patients and it was significantly elevated in MC, mDC and pDC in severe group (P＜0.05), TLR2, TLR3 and TLR4 also had an enhanced expression in MC and mDC. The enhanced expression of TLRs mentioned above had a decreased trend in critical patients. (2)Transcription levels of RIG- Ⅰ and MDA5 was significantly elevated in EV71 infected children.(3)The expression levels of DC-associated cytokines gene( IL-12 and IFN-α) have an increased trend in mild cases and these cytokines were remarkably increased in severe patients (P＜0.05), whereas decreased in critical cases (P＜0.05). ConclusionTLR7 might be the main PRR recognizing EV71 in immune cells and RIG-Ⅰ/MDA5 might also take part in the recognition of EV71. The exogenous or endogenous ligands released from bacterial infection and cell destruction could result in the activation of TLR2 or TLR4, inducing the inflammatory response.

Objective To compare the results of Danielson procedure with and without prosthetic valve ring in treating Ebstein anomaly and to define the effect of prosthetic valve ring on the procedure.Methods From January 2006 to December 2009,31 cases of Ebstein anomaly over 10 years old were classified as type A or type B according the Carpentier＇s classification scheme.Patients were treated by Danielson procedure or Danielson procedure plus prosthetic valve ring at Anzhen hospital.They were retrospectively classified as Danielson procedure group (group A,n =19) and Danielson procedure plus prosthetic valve ring group (group B,n =12 ).Results There was 1 early in-hospital death due to lung infection and hypoxemia in group A,and no early death in group B ( Fisher exact test,P =0.51 ).The mean follow-up time was ( 23.0 ± 18.5 ) months (5 -41 months).The cumulative follow-up time was 59.42 patient-years.There was one late death in group A due to the redo tricuspid valve plastic procedure because of severe tricuspid regurgitation,and no late death in group B.With echocardiography inspection,11 patients had mild and 7 had moderate to severe tricuspid regurgitation in group A,and only 2 mild tricuspid regurgitation in group B.The tricuspid valve competence after surgery in group B was better than in group A ( Fisher exact test,P=0.024).The 6-minute walk distance test (6MWD) in group B was significantly better than in group A(415 ±41 )m vs ( 382 ± 46 ) m( t test,P =0.047 ).The New York heart functional class in group B was statistically better than in Group A ( P =0.024).Conclusion Although there was no significant difference in the early and late mortality rate between the two groups after surgery,Danielson procedure plus prosthetic valve ring was better than pure Danielson procedure in prevention of late tricuspid regurgitation recurrence,heart function and 6MWD test during follow-up.

Objective To evaluate the value of 16-slice spiral computed tomography(SCT)in diagnosing acute aortic syndrome.Methods Thirty-four cases with acute aortic syndrome underwent 16-slice SCT,performed with unenhanced,contrast-enhanced scanning of bolus tracking and three-dimensional reconstruction.The CT findings of these cases were analysed.Results Twenty-three of them were confirmed Aortic Dessection(AD),the true and false lumen,intimal flap,extent involved and complications of which were all revealed.Six cases were confirmed intramural aortic hematoma(IMH),with features of ring or crescent-shaped non-enhanced thickening wall around the aorta.Five cases were confirmed penetrating atherosclerotic ulcer(PAU),with features of niche sign outstanding the lumen of the aorta.Conclusion Acute aortic syndrome can he diagnosed exactly and completely by 16-slice SCT,which can provide valuable information to select therapeutic methods.
