ObjectiveTo analyze the short-term efficacy of mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection for the patients with early breast cancer who undergo breast-conserving surgery.MethodsThirty patients who met the standard of breast-conserving surgery were divided into two groups by random digits table with 15 cases each. All of these patients underwent breast-conserving surgery, then study group underwent mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection while control group underwent open technique. The short-term efficacy was observed and compared between two groups.ResultsThe operation time in study group [(88.0 ± 18.0) min] was longer than those in control group [(68.0 ± 12.5) min] with significant difference (P =0.001 ).The incidence of upper extremity edema [ 6.7% ( 1/15 ) ] and intercostobrachial nerve injury (0) in study group was lower than those in control group[60.0%(9/15),40.0%(6/15) ] with significant difference(P =0.002,0.022).There was no significant difference in blood loss, nodes harvest, total drainage volume and residual cancer cells between two groups [ ( 18.0 ± 12.2) ml vs.(21.3 ± 9.0) ml; 14.6 ±5.0 vs.16.4 ±3.6; (87.9 ±25.1) ml vs.(86.3 ±13.8) ml;6.7%(1/15) vs.13.3%(2/15)] (P >0.05).ConclusionsMastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection has the similar nodes harvest with open technique. The incidence of adverse reaction is lower, and the short-term effect is better.

Purpose To explore CT manifestations of thyroid carcinoma and its correlation with neck lymph node metastasis. Materials and Methods CT findings of 165 patients with thyroid carcinoma confirmed by surgical pathology were studied, including number, shape, size, calcium, necrosis, surrounding invasion and enhancement of substantial part, and its correlation with neck lymph node metastasis was also analyzed. Results 107 out of 165 patients (64.85%) suffered from neck lymph node metastasis. Different tumor number, calcium and necrosis were not associated with the rate of neck lymph node metastasis (χ2=0.009, 2.606, 1.522;P>0.05);tumor shape, size, surrounding invasion and enhancement were significantly different from the rate (χ2=26.510, 75.995, 68.922, 20.819;P<0.05). Patients age, tumor shape, size, enhancement and surrounding invasion were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (r=0.124, 0.243, 0.276, 0.287, 0.395;P<0.05);the sequence of correlation was as follows:surrounding invasion>enh ancement>shape>size>age. However, patients gender, tumor number, calcium and necrosis showed on correlation (r=0.074, 0.126, 0.005, 0.121;P>0.05). Conclusion Lymph node metastasis is mainly associated with factors like age, tumor shape, size, enhancement and surrounding invasion. It is advisable that patients with high risk rate may consider selective cervical lymph node dissection.

Objective To investigate the dose-response relationship of the treatment temperatures and heating time on human cervical carcinoma hela cells, aiming at providing experimental evidences for clinical hy-perthermia. Methods Hela cells were heated at 37 ~ 70 ℃ in temperature-controlled water baths, the tempera-ture was divided into nine groups, each time was divided into eight subgroups (1 ~ 30 min). The morphology changes of cells after hyperthermia were detected by inverted microscope. Proliferation rates were measured by MTT colorimetric assay. The apoptesis rates were determined by flow eytometric analyse. The levels of prolifera-ring cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were measured with immunohistochemistry. Results lnereaseing the heating time at the same temperature, or increaseing heating temperature at the same time, the cell proliferation, survival rates and PCNA expression decreased. There was no significant morphological change about cells ,but have small amount of apoptosis and a direct role of the suppression and destruction at 41 ℃ and 43 ℃ group. A large num-ber of cells shrinked to round and a major role for apoptosis at 46℃ group. Cell necrosis was major role at 50 ℃and 55 ℃ group. More than 55 ℃ for necrotic cells. Conclusion With the increase of heating temperature and heating time, its treatment of Hela cells gradually enhance. So combining dose-effect relationship of hyperthermia temperature and time can reach the best therapeutic effects.

Outbreaks of pseudorabies (PR) have occurred in southern China since late 2011, resulting in significant economic impacts on the swine industry. To identify the cause of PR outbreaks, especially among vaccinated pigs, 11 pseudorabies virus (PRV) field strains were isolated from Guangdong province during 2013–2014. Their major viral genes (gE, TK, gI, PK, gD, 11K, and 28K) were analyzed in this study. Insertions or deletions were observed in gD, gE, gI and PK genes compared with other PRV isolates from all over the world. Furthermore, sequence alignment showed that insertions in gD and gE were unique molecular characteristics of the new prevalent PRV strains in China. Phylogenetic analysis showed that our isolates were clustered in an independent branch together with other strains isolated from China in recent years, and that they showed a closer genetic relationship with earlier isolates from Asia. Our results suggest that these isolates are novel PRV variants with unique molecular signatures.

This article is a summary of the Second China Breast Milk Science Conference, which was held in Beijing from August 5 to 7, 2022, with the theme of "Data sharing, method sharing and science sharing". The purpose of the conference is to summarize the latest progress in breast milk research, identify the unresolved issues, and jointly discuss the direction of future breast milk research. Firstly, we summarize the contents and purpose of breast milk scientific research and prospect of breast milk science. The second part focuses on the research status of breast milk composition and its health effects, and puts forward the future research direction. The third section focuses on the health effects of breastfeeding and scientific support and key aspects of breastfeeding promotion actions. The fourth part elaborates the specific methods of current scientific research of breast milk and emphasize the importance of method standardization and the idea of future methodological research. The fifth part consists of the strategy of feeding infants with medical conditions and ways to better promote the growth and development of these infants. The last part introduces the innovation, deficiencies, and future research directions of infant formula production technology in China. This conference demonstrate the importance of multidisciplinary communication, discussions and collaborations in clinical medicine, nutrition, perinatal health, food science, and policy-making in the scientific research of breast milk, and provides guidance for future multidisciplinary research on the physiology of lactation, the composition of breast milk, breastfeeding, and infants and young children nutrition.

Objective To explore the effect of surface electromyography biofeedback combined with the routine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on walking ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group (n=40) and treatment group (n=40). All the patients received routine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. The treatment group received electromyography biofeedback electrostimulation in addition. Fugl-Meyer Assessment was used to assess motor and balance function; active range of movement of ankle joint, the integrated electromyogram (iEMG) of isometric contraction of anterior tibialis muscle under maximum ankle dorsiflexion and Holden walking function were determined before and 8 weeks after treatment. Results 8 weeks after treatment, the scores of motor and balance function, the active range of movement of ankle, the iEMG, and Holden walking function significantly improved in both groups (P<0.001), and improved more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The electromyography biofeedback combined with routine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can improve ankle motion control ability and walking ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
