BACKGROUND:Recombinant human epidermal growth factor has been shown to promote granulation tissue formation and to accelerate the healing of burn wounds, but the antibacterial effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor is limited. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of nano-silver dressing combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in treatment of burns and the influence on the scar. METHODS:A total of 76 cases of shal ow II and depth II degree were randomly enrol ed and assigned to two groups. In the study group, recombinant human epidermal growth factor was coated on the surface of the wound, and then covered by nano-silver dressing. In the control group, recombinant human epidermal growth factor was coated on the surface of the wound, and covered by ordinary sterile gauze. The healing time, the positive rate of bacteria, scarring and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The wound healing time and the rate of hypertrophic scars after healing were lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.01). The rate of flat scar was greater in the study group than in the control group after healing (P<0.01). The bacterial positive rate was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group at 7, 14 and 21 days after treatment (P<0.05). No significant difference in incidence of al ergies and local burning sensation was detected between the two groups (P>0.05). These data confirmed that recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with nano-silver dressing in the treatment of burn has good efficacy and accelerates the wound healing, reduces scar formation, and improves aesthetics.

Objective:To analyze the rules of medication and principles of formulas for the treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform (V2.5).Methods:The clinical data, including gender, age, clinical symptoms, frequency of traditional Chinese medicine medication and prescription information, of patients with COVID-19 and asymptomatic infection who were admitted to Hebei COVID-19 designated hospital supported by medical team of First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Chinese Medicine from January to March 2021 were collected. The information data were input into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform (V2.5). The data mining and analysis were realized by the integrated association rules and complex entropy clustering analysis methods of the software, including the analysis of the frequency of each drug use, drug meridian, taste, and prescription rules, and the new prescriptions were developed. Results:A total of 564 patients (564 prescriptions) were enrolled, involving 200 Chinese herbs, including 357 cases of common COVID-19 and 207 cases of asymptomatic infection. The proportion of women with common COVID-19 was high, and the high incidence age group was 51-70 years old. There was no significant difference in gender of asymptomatic infection, and the high incidence age group was 1-20 years old. The main clinical manifestations of most patients were head heavy and cough, followed by low fever and cough with sputum, the main tongue coating and pulse pattern were similar in both types of patients. The frequency of traditional Chinese medicine used in patients with common type of COVID-19 from high to low was liquorice root (326 times), indian bread (264 times), pinellia tuber (263 times), bitter apricot seed (236 times), baical skullcap root (229 times), gypsum (205 times), agastache rugosus (201 times), dried tangerine peel (194 times), ephedra (184 times), and Chinese thorowax root (163 times), while that used by asymptomatic infection were baical skullcap root (174 times), liquorice root (142 times), medicated leaven (137 times), agastache rugosus (127 times), pinellia tuber (114 times), Chinese thorowax root (100 times), officinal magnolia bark (91 times), atractylodes rhizome (89 times), peony root (84 times), and milkvetch root (83 times). The two types of patients were mainly treated with warm, cold and flat drugs, and the nature and taste were mainly pungent, bitter and sweet. The meridian tropism of drugs was mainly lung, spleen and stomach. High frequency drug formulation mainly included drugs for resolving turbidity and detoxification. At the same time, seven new prescriptions for common COVID-19 and four new prescriptions for asymptomatic infection were developed. Conclusions:The primary reason for the COVID-19 occurrence and development is turbidity-toxin and the qi of plague, and resolving turbidity and detoxication are the basic treating principle. On the basis, for patients with common COVID-19, symptomatic treatment such as relieving exterior syndrome, clearing heat, resolving phlegm, and antitussive drugs should be taken into account at the same time, while the treatment of asymptomatic infections should focus more on supporting the body and eliminating the harmful pathogens.

Objective:To analyze the effect of short collection time of digital positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT)on image quality, detected lesion and semi-quantitative parameters, and explore the feasibility of clinical application of short collection time of step by step collection mode. Methods:The digital PET/CT images of 63 subjects were retrospectively analyzed. All of them adopted PET/CT scan to conduct PET/CT examination for whole body according to the collection mode of step by step type and list-mode scan protocol. The reconstruction was implemented according to the different collection time of each bed,and they were divided into 90 s/bed group,60 s/bed group,45 s/bed group and 30 s/bed group. The 90s/bed was used as control group to compare the detection rate of the small lesion of each group("the shorter diameter of smaller radioactive concentration lesion of PET image and the lesion of CT image"was less than 0.5 cm)in PET images, and to measure the objective data of original tumor lesion, and to compare the maximum value(SUVmax),peak value(SUVpeak)and mean value(SUVmean)of standardized uptake value(SUV),noise(SD),metabolic tumor volume(MTV)and total lesion glycolysis(TLG).The signal-noise ratio(SNR),contrast noise ratio(CNR)and target-to-background ratio(TBR)were calculated and compared. The one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA test)was adopted to conduct comparison of inter groups for the image data of 4 groups. The Bland-Altman consistency test was adopted to analyze semi-quantitative parameters of intra group. The Likert 5 scores method was adopted to conduct subject evaluation for the quality of images. The Kappa test was adopted to evaluate the consistency of images. Results:The subjective scores of image quality of 4 groups were all≥3 points, and the consistency of image quality among the four groups was very well(Kappa=0.8,P<0.05).Compared with 90s/bed group, the detection rate of small lesions of other three groups were 100%.The differences of SUVmax,SUVpeak,SUVmean,SD,TLG and MTV of semi-quantitative indicators among 4 groups were not significant(P>0.05).There were significant differences in CNR,SNR and TBR of objective indicators of 18F-FDG PET image quality among 4 groups(F=31.741,34.199,12.021,P<0.001),respectively.There were no significant differences in noise between 60s/bed group and 90s/bed group, and between 45s/bed group and 90s/bed group, respectively. The noise of image of 30s/bed group appeared increase. The Bland-Altman consistent analysis of intra group basically was within 95%confidence interval(CI).Conclusions:The short collection time of step by step mode of digital PET/CT has very good clinical application.

Air lock module pressure control is a necessary step to balance the pressure inside and outside the spacecraft cabin and achieve the transfer of materials or personnel inside and outside the spacecraft cabin. The two main functions of the air lock module pressure control system are to reduce the pressure when leaving the chamber and increase the pressure when returning to the chamber. There are some methods such as releasing the gas in the chamber to vacuum or storing the gas in the chamber using containers. The control equipment for releasing gas is simple, but the gas is wasted.Gas storage requires temperature control and gas compressing equipment, but the gas is saved. There are some methods such as releasing gas from high-pressure vessels or releasing gas from nearby chamber. This article theoretically analyzes airlock module pressure controlling and provides several technical solutions for designing module pressure control systems.Releasing the gas to vacuum is suitable for spacecraft with a single sealed cabin while storing the gas is suitable for spacecraft with multi sealed cabins.Combined methods are also used in specific conditions.
