Journal of Practical Radiology 2000;16(12):715-717
Objective:To evaluate the effect of HRCT in diagnosis of the sacroiliac joint of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:HRCT scanning of sacroiliac joints were performed in 86 adult patients with AS.CT findings were reviewed.Rank test was used for statistical analysis of the grade of sacroiliac joint changes in two groups based on course of disease and the sex of patients. Results:The CT findings of the sacroiliac joint changes in AS included erosion, arthrosclerosis, change of joint space, arthrokleisis, gas and soft tissue in articular cavity.Pathologic changes were more obvious with the course of disease prolonged (P0.01).In the group during the same course, pathologic changes were more marked in female patients than those in male ones(P0.01).Conclusion:HRCT can show tiny structures of sacroitiac joint clearly. This is beneficial to recognize different patologic changes and make correct diagnosis.

Objective To research the tourniquet effect on cement mantle thickness in total knee arthroplasty. Methods From June 2013 to June 2014,112 cases of patients were received total knee arthroplasty in the First People's Hospital of Foshan and 94 cases of which received primary operation,82 cases were recruited of the research and randomly divided into experimental group(n=41) without tourniquet and control group(n =41)with tourniquet. The radiological cement mantle thickness was evaluated postoperatively in 2 zones (tibia) on anteroposterior and 4 zones (tibia 2;femur 2) on lateral radiographs, and values were cumulated.Additionally, the calculated blood loss, haemoglobin loss, blood transfusion rate, average transfusion volume,VAS pain score, arc of motion, swelling, ecchymosis and micro thrombus in venules were recorded. Results The study showed that (3.57± 0.62) mm on without tourniquet group and(3.74 ±0.71)mm on tourniquet group in tibia (P=0.240).However,the cement mantle thickness of mm on without tourniquet group(2.00±0.43) mm on tourniquet group(2.19±0.48) in femur (P=0.053),there was no statistically significant difference between two groups. The tourniquet group were reduced on the calculated blood loss, haemoglobin loss, blood transfusion rate and average transfusion volume compared with without tourniquet group(P<0.05).But VAS pain score, arc of motion, swelling, ecchymosis and micro thrombus in venules were slightly increased in tourniquet group compared with without tourniquet group (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a tourniquet in total knee arthroplasty can reduce the calculated blood loss, haemoglobin loss, blood transfusion rate, average transfusion volume, but without using a tourniquet has a better clinical results.

Objective To solve the signal interference problem by simulation algorithm when clutter signal can bring interference to radar life detecting system and reduce accuracy of its detecting. Methods According to some theory, automatic cancellation model was built up in computer with Matlab software. Results Simulation experiment shows that the cancellation composed signal So(t) is not correlative with the time and precision of auto-counteract but the amplitude and phase of clutter signal. Conclusion The results of the experiment have instructive significance about design of auto-counteract circuit.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(S1):-
It is a kind of precise method tomeasure the complex permittivities of the phantom model by vector network analyzer. But it is difficult tomeasure them accurately because the phantom model is jelly-like gel and is hard tobe shaped.Network decompositon method can be used toresolve it and it has great meaning tostudy the phantom model simulating the biologic tissue.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
The definition, principle, characteristics of micropower Ultra-Wide-Band (UWB) radar are described and discussed in this paper. The human subject is experimented using the UWB radar developed by our team. The experimental results show that UWB radar is able to detect the life signals of the human subject such as respiration and heartbeat without any sensor and electrode touching the subject. The radar can be applied to non-invasive detection of life signals.
