Objective:To explore the effect of application in patients undergoing general anesthesia prone surgery on basis of observation of ocular complications and focus on preventive care. Methods:One hundred patients who underwent general anesthesia prone surgery before the start of the ocular complications focused preventive care exploration activity (January to May 2019) were set as the control group. After the ocular complications focused preventive care exploration activity was launched (June to October, 2019) 100 cases of general anesthesia prone surgery in our hospital were set as the experimental group, and the observation indexes after the two groups were compared. Results:The satisfaction scores of nurses and patients in the observation group were (9.40 ± 0.57) and (9.30 ± 0.56) respectively, while those in the control group were (7.51 ± 0.88) and (7.09 ± 1.10) respectively, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t values were 18.013 and 13.063, all P < 0.05). The incidence rates of conjunctival congestion, edema and exposure keratitis in the observation group were 4.00% (4/100), 2.00% (2/100) and 1.00% (1/100), respectively, while those in the control group were 12.00% (12/100), 10.00% (10/100) and 9.00% (9/100), respectively. the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ 2 values were 4.348, 5.674, 6.737, all P< 0.05). Conclusion:The focus on preventive care of ocular complications in patients undergoing general anesthesia prone surgery can significantly reduce the risk of ocular complications in this type of patients, and it is well recognized by both patients and patients.

In order to evaluate the effect of mitofusin-2 gene (mfn2) on proliferation and chemotherapy sensitivity of human breast carcinoma cell line MCF-7 in vitro, pEGFPmfn2 plasmid carrying full length of mitofusin-2 gene was transfected, by using sofast, into MCF-7 cells. Mitofusin-2 gene expression in MCF-7 cells transfected by sofast after 48 h was detected by PCR and Western blotting, and the stable expression of GFP protein in MCF-7 cells by Western blot analysis. The proliferation of MCF-7 cells was assayed by MTT and cell counting. By using PI method, the effects of mfn2 on the cell cycle distribution of MCF-7 were measured. Annexin-V/PI double labeling method was employed to detect the changes in apoptosis induced by chemotherapeutics before and after transfection. The results showed that the MCF-7 cells transfected with mfn2 gene could stably and highly express GFP protein. MTT assay revealed that after transfection of mfn2 cDNA, the proliferation of MCF-7 cells was significantly inhibited. DNA histogram showed that cells arrested in S phase, and the percentage of S phase cells was 42.7, 17.2 and 19.6 in mfn2 cDNA transfection group, blank plasmid transfection group and blank control group, respectively (P<0.05). The apoptosis ratio of the cells transfected with mfn2 gene was increased from 3.56% to 15.95%, that of the cells treated with camptothecin (CAMP) followed by mfn2 gene transfection was 69.6%, and that in blank plasmid transfection group and blank control group was 31.0% and 23.4% respectively (P<0.05). It was suggested that transfection of mfn2 gene could significantly inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 cells and promote their sensitivity to CAMP with a synergic effect.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2013;(1):25-27
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and indications of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) by analyzing the early gastric cancer cases. Methods All the pathological materials of radical gastric resections in Huashan hospital from 2007 to 2011 were retrieved and the EGC cases were selected. All the cases in EGC group which met the extended ESD criteria were reviewed.Extended ESD criteria were cited from Treatment guidelines for gastric cancer in Japan edited by JGCA in 2001.The risk factors relevant with regional metastasis, such as invasive depth and differentiation degrees, were also analysed. Results In the recent five years, there were 1159 cases of gastric cancer undergoing radical gastrectomy in Huashan hospital including 210 EGC.According to the extended criteria of JGCA,151 cases could be candidates for ESD while 126 cases could be candidates for ESD according to the typical criteria for ESD.The local metastases of lymphatic or vascular involvement for mucosa cancer, muscularis mucosae cancer,sm1 and sm2 cancer were 6.75%,15.00%,23.25%,and 39.62% respectively (P <0.05).Twenty-five cases had local metastases that met the extended criteria for ESD.Within the 210 EGC cases, the local metastases of differentiated type and undifferentiated type were 13.95% and 47.37% respectively (P < 0.05).Conclusion Most EGC cases undergoing radical gastrectomy can be cured by ESD.Its metastases are highly correlated with invasion depth and differentiation,so indications of ESD should be assessed.

Progress in Modern Biomedicine 2005;5(3):7-10
In physiological property and growing environment aspects, there are some similarities between Acidthiobacillus ferrooxidans(ATF) and magnetotactic bacteria. ATF shows magnetotacxis under the microscope. The magnetosome can be extracted from ATF by using the extracting method of magnetosome from magnetotactic bacteria. The membrane of ATF was crushed by ultrasonic wave and the magnetosomes in the ATF which mainly contains Fe through chemical detection were attracted by using magnetite. After purifing with sucrose density gradient centrifugation and washing by PBS, the magnetosomes can be seen clearly through a transmission electron microscope. The results indicate there are a small amount of intracellular magnetosomes which made the ATF be magnetotactic under the applied magnetic field. It is the first time to find that ATF was magnetotactic. The magnetotaxis of ATF can be utilized and isolated by the magnetotactic properties to gain the high-performance ATF strains of mineral leaching, which have high activity and different magnetism.

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of 64-channel multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT) in subjects with presentations suggestive of stable angina or acute coronary syndrome. Methods: Subjects received both 64-channel MSCT and coronary angiography, from Feb. 2006 to Feb. 2007, were enrolled for retrospective analyses. Results of the quantitative coronary angiography were used as the "Golden criteria", accuracy of 64-channel MSCT were evaluated in the overall sample, as well as in subjects suspected of stable angina and acute coronary syndrome. Results: A total of 120 subjects were enrolled in the analyses. On the patient level, the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of 64-channel MSCT in detecting significant stenoses were 92.5%, 50%, and 87.5%, respectively. The overall ROC area under curve was 0.71. On the artery level, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and ROC area under curve of 64-channel MSCT were 69.9%, 83.8%, 81.1%, 73.7%, and 0.77, respectively. Further analyses showed the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and ROC area under curve of 64-channel MSCT in subjects presenting as stable angina and in subjects presenting as acute coronary syndrome were as follows: 70.2% vs 69.2%, 76.2% vs 86.0%, 74.7% vs 85.6%, 71.9% vs 69.9%, and 0.73 vs 0.78. Conclusion: The accuracy rates of 64-chanel MSCT in subjects presenting as stable angina and in subjects presenting as acute coronary syndrome were similar.
