Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
Iliac vein compression syndrome is one of the most common lower extremity venous backflow obstruction disorders, which often causes lower limb swelling, venous stasis dermatitis, lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, lower extremity venous valvular insufficiency, etc. At present the commonly used imaging diagnostic means include ultrasonography,multi-slice computed tomography, magnetic resonance and digital subtraction angiography. This paper aims to review the recent progresses in the imaging diagnosis of iliac vein compression syndrome.
3.Imaging diagnosis of the age of venous thrombus
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(07):-
Venous thromboembolism is not a rare disorder. The imaging methods mostly used nowadays to diagnose thrombosis and to determine the age of thrombus include ultrasonography,CT,magnetic resonance imaging, venography and nuclear medicine.Accurate determination of the age of thrombus is of great clinical value in guiding the clinical management,in evaluating the therapeutic results and in predicting the prognosis. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review of the above mentioned imaging examinations.

With the initiation of laparoscopic techniques in general surgery and a significant expansion of minimally invasive techniques in the last 20 years. However, some of the shortcomings of laparoscopic technology has limited it's surgical application.More recently, the da Vinci robotic surgical system further defined the ability of a roboticassist device to address limitations in laparoscopy. This in cludes a significant improvement in instrument dexterity, dampening of natural hand tremors, three dimensional visualization, ergonomics, and camera stability. As experiencewith robotic technology increased and its applications to advanced laparoscopic procedures have become more understood, more procedures have been performed with robotic assistance. We review the current status of da Vinci robotic technology and its applications in general surgical procedures.

Chinese Journal of Nephrology 1997;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the effects of high volume hemofiltration(HVHF) on cardiopulmonary functions and IL-?plasma levels in lung injury models. Methods Sixteen dogs with oleic acid-induced lung injury were randomly assigned into two groups(A and B). Group A served as control, undergoing mechanical ventilation only. Group B received HVHF and mechanical ventilation. Hemodynamic and respiratory mechanic variables were measured before and 0 mm, 120 mm, 240 mm after the induction of lung injury in both groups. Blood and ultrafiltrate samples were collected at the same time points. Plasma and ultrafiltrate concentrations of IL-? were measured by EUSA. Results There were significant differences between two groups on hemodynamic values for mean pulmonary arterial pressure(mPAP), pulmonary artery wedge pressure(PAWP), pulmonary vascular resistance(PVR) and mean arterial pressure(mABP) (P

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
Minimally invasive techniques for venous operation have evolved over the last decade and revolutionized the management of venous disease especially for venous varicosity of lower extremity. Endoscopic, endovascular and mechanical methods including transilluminated powered phlebectomy, endovenous laser occlusion, radiofrequency endovenous occlusion, subfascial endoscopic perforator ligation, endovenous vascular sclero-therapy, and percutaneous venous valvular bioprosthesis have supplanted the longstanding traditional procedures. For comprehension, these techniques decrease the number and size of incisions, operative and recovery time; and furthermore increase the efficient rates.

Objective To investigate pre-and intra-operative preventive measures against immediate conversions to open surgery during laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods We retrospectively reviewed 568 cases of LC,27 of which underwent an immediate conversion to open surgery.Causes of conversions, surgical techniques, and curative outcomes were analyzed. Results Causes of immediate conversions included: severe adhesion between the gallbladder and neighboring tissues(1.4%),severe acute cholecystitis(1.1%),freezing adhesion in the Calot triangle(0.9%),large stone obstruction proximal to the gallbladder(0.5%),abnormal anatomy of the cystic duct(0.4%),extensive adhesion around the umbilical port(0.4%),and uncontrollable hemorrhage of the gallbladder bed(0.2%).No fatal cases or intra-and post-operative complications were observed. Conclusions Preventive measures should be taken before and during laparoscopic cholecystectomy to minimize the possibility of immediate conversions to open surgery.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of Separate stent placement in the palliative treatment of inoperable malignant gastroduodenal obstruction. Methods Thirty four consecutive patients with inoperable malignant gastroduoenal obstruction were treated with peroral placement of Separate stent. Gastroduodenal obstruction was caused by gastric ( n =11), pancreatic ( n =12), matastatic ( n =3), biliary duct ( n =6) or duodenal ( n =2) cancers. Separate outer partial covered stent overlapping with inner bare stent were placed coaxially under fluoroscopic guidance. Results The technical successful rate reached 97% (33 of 34) with no major complication. Symptoms of gastroduodenal obstruction relieved in 33 patients. The average score of food intake capacity improved from 3.8 to 1.2 after Separate stent placment. Stent migration and tumor ingrowth were not detected during the follow up period. Tumor overgrowth was confirmed in one patient and a second stent was placed to solve the problem. Conclusions Peroral placement of Separate stent is a feasible and effective treatment for patients with inoperable malignant gastroduodenal obstruction.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 2002;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the contents of cAMP and cGMP in the central nervous system in morphine dependent and withdrawal rats. Methods A physical morphine dependent model in rats was established by subcutaneous injection of morphine in gradually increasing doses. The cAMP and cGMP contents in the brain regions were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results Compared with control group, morphine dependence could significantly decrease the cGMP content or profoundly increase the cAMP content and the cAMP/cGMP ratio in rat striatum, diencephalons, midbrain, pons and hippocampus, but these changes described above were not detected in cerebellum.Compared with morphine dependent group, naloxone induced withdrawal could significantly decrease the cGMP contents or increase the cAMP contents and the cAMP/cGMP ratio in striatum and hippocampus, but these changes described above were not observed in the other regions. Conclusion The changes of the cAMP and cGMP contents may be one of the important molecular mechanisms leading to morphine dependence and abstinence.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2014;(7):645-649
Along with increasing use of inferior vena cava (IVC) filter implantation, more and more attention has been paid to the filter - related complications by scholars both at home and abroad. For the present the generally accepted filter- related complications include filter deformation, filter tilt, filter fracture, filter migration, IVC perforation, IVC thrombosis, IVC occlusion, recurrence of pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), post - thrombosis syndrome (PTS), etc. Accurate recognition of filter - related complications and prompt use of appropriate measures that are directed against a given complication in order to reduce or avoid complications are of great clinical significance in applying the inferior vena cava filter to clinical practice in a more safe and effective way. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review about the filter- related complications and the research progress concerning their prevention in recent years.
