Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(3):362-364
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)、matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in tongue squamous cell carcinoma and the clinical significance. Methods The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF in 60 cases of tongues quamous cell carcinoma tissues and in 20 cases of normal tongues tissues were examined by immunochemistry. Results The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF was higher in tongues quamous cell carcinoma than that in normal pancreatic parenchyma. In cases with lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ,the expression of two markers were significantly higher than those without lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage Ⅰ + Ⅱ (P < 0.05).A positive correlation was found between the expression of VEGF and MMP-2,MMP-9 in tongues quamous cell carcinoma ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF was closely correlated with lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage of tongues quamous cell carcinoma(P < 0.05 ).VEGF and MMP-2,MMP-9 play an important role in the development of tongues quamous cell carcinoma, may cooperate with each other.
3.Current research on early brain injury in subarachnoid hemorrhage
Tianjin Medical Journal 2015;(8):957-960
Early brain injury (EBI) in spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) plays an important role in prognosis and it become a key target period for clinical treatment and basic research. There were many pathophysiological change in the first few minutes after intracranial aneurysm ruptured. These include increased intracranial pressure (ICP) followed by in?tracranial circulation disorders, calcium overload and sodium, magnesium level fluctuation, ion steady-state disorders in mi?croenviroment of brain cells, serious brain edema due to blood brain barrier (BBB) damage, and changes in other molecules levels, all of which will aggravate SAH. EBI in SAH is one of the important factor that leads to poor prognosis. With the ad?vancement of understanding its pathogenesis, new approach would be available to treat SAH in clinic.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2008;14(5):318-321
Objective To explore a method of modified technique of sagittal split ramus osteotomy (SSRO) and to study the possibly more appropriate and effective methods for correction of mandibular de-formity. Methods 195 patients suffering from mandibular anomaly or accompanied by other deformities have been operated on by the modified or classical technique of SSRO. Results In the group of 105 cases treated by modified SSRO and the group of 90 classical SSRO, all the patients acheived excellent results. There was no statistic significance between the two groups. No complications occured, such as postopera-tive relapse, significant bleeding, postoperative infection, and others. Conclusion Since modified tech-nique of SSRO has more advantages than conventional classical technique, such as more area of bony con-tact, shorter-time operation, easier process: it is the preferred method for the correction of mandibular deformity. Accompanied by regularity and in time pre- and post-operational orthodontic therapy, it will be more widely used in the future.
