1.Effect of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene prosthesis in rhinoplasty:study protocol for a randomized controlled clinical trial
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(6):980-984
BACKGROUND:Costal cartilage, auricular cartilage, materials for teeth and silica gel have been widely applied in rhinoplasty, but consequent adverse events, such as rejection, prosthesis displacement and implanted skin redness make the outcomes far from satisfaction. OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene prosthesis for lower dorsum with small nasal septum.METHODS/DESIGN:This was a prospective, single-central, randomized, and open-label study that finished in the Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital, China. 100 patients hospitalized in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology for rhinoplasty between January 2014 and June 2015 were enrolled, and randomized into experimental and control groups (n=50 per group). The experimental group was subjected to the polytetrafluoroethylene prosthesis implantation, while the control group received the silica gel implantation. All patients were followed up for 12 months. The primary outcome measure was the postoperative satisfaction at 12 months. The secondary outcome measures were the changes of the nasal internal structure indexes, ultrasonic results of the nasal internal soft tissues and the incidence of adverse events. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital and in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, formulated by the World Medical Association. All participants had signed the informed consents prior to participation in the study. DISCUSSION:Polytetrafluoroethylene prosthesis and silica gel both exhibit high biosafety in rhinoplasty. Compared with silica gel, the polytetrafluoroethylene prosthesis can effectively adjust the nasal appearance mini-invasively and obtain satisfactory outcomes;therefore, it is expected to be a substitute of filling materials applied in nasal plastic surgery.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the strategy of technical innovation and the mode of R&D of pharmaceutical enterprises in China METHODS:Analysis was based on the domestic and foreign literature combined with the actual situation of pharmaceutical enterprises in China RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Pharmaceutical enterprises in China should be on the basis of their distinguishing feature to find out the points of breakthrough in technical innovation, and accordingly decide their strategies of technical innovation; In addition, they should adopt the appropriate mode of R&D in the light of specific conditions, which include their own features, the specialties of pharmaceutical industry and the environment of the market and technique
4.Discussion on Clinical Diagnosis Pathological Teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(05):-
Carrying out the clinical diagnosis pathological teaching during clinical practice is not only good for students to arouse the interests of learning, consolidate pathological knowledge and enhance pathological diagnosis consciousness, but also helps improve their general capabilities of clinical thinking, analyzing and solving problems. It does enable pathology to play the role of connecting basic medicine and the clinical medicine.
5.Clinical Analysis of Operation on 62 children with concealed penis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;(8):1164-1165
ObjectiveTo sum up the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of concealed penis, analyze the indications and advantages of different operative methods for concealed penis.Methods62 children with concealed penis were treated by different surgical operations according to the different types, and the effect of surgical treatment was arelyzed.ResultsOpertaions were successed in all 62 cases, children were discharged after 5 ~ 10 operation days. After follow-up for 3 months to 2 years,62 children had received good recovered with an effective exposure of penis and no severe edema and other complications.ConclusionChildren with concealed penis should be given personalized scheme, choose the best method to extend the length of the penis and improve the penis appearance.
6.Clinical study on hydrochloride minocycline ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(19):2651-2652
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hydrochloride minocycline ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods 40 patients( 100 teeth) with chronic periodontitis were divided into iodine glycerin group (control group)and hydrochloride minocycline ointment group (observation group). Before and after treatment, the changes of the periodontal depth, plaque index, tooth mobility, tooth week attachment level, gingival sulcus bleeding index were recorded and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05 ), and after treatment, the difference in every excerpt -time was significant (all P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of hydrochloride minocycline ointment in chronic periodontitis was better than iodine glycerin, and could significantly improve the efficacy.
7.Control optimization methods and practice on medical proton and heavy ion synchrotron cooling water system
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(6):33-35
Objective To study the temperature control method of the cooling water system for Siemens medical proton and heavy-ion synchrotron. Methods The return water temperature was used as the input variable of the control program, temperature prediction method was applied to controlling valve opening, and the capacity of water tank at backwater-side was increased to enhance temperature buffer capability. Results The optimized system adapted itself to multi loading conditions of the synchrotron, which achieved 2 ℃ peak elimination in case of return water at 32 ℃ or less to limit the input water temperature within (27±1) ℃.The failure rate of temperature deviation was decreased from 64% to 8%.Conclusion The optimized cooling water system with three-layer structure fulfills the requirements of Siemens proton heavy-ion synchrotron operation.

9.Advances on medical management of Lennox-Gastaut syndrome
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(5):470-472
Lennox-Gastaut syndrome ( LGS) is an globally recognized refractory epilepsy, also known as an age-dependent epileptic encephalopathy. It is characterized by multiple seizure types, mental retardation, and slow spike-wave complexes discharges or fast rhythmic bursts during sleep on electroencephalographic re-cordings. Many antiepileptic drugs were reported for the treatment of LGS,but it was difficult to compare their efficacy because of the small sample size and design limitations. Valproate, topiramate and lamotrigine are rec-ommended to be the first-line drugs by most guidelines or expert consensus, and the combination of valproate and lamotrigine or the combination of lamotrigine and topiramate should be preferred as early as possible for initial treatment of LGS in children. Recent progresses of medical treatment of LGS are reviewed and some optical re-gimes are proposed in this paper.
10.Paying attention to the research on IgG4 related orbital disease
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2015;33(12):1060-1063
IgG4 related disease (IgG4-RD) is a systemic disease which was named and accepted in recent years.IgG4-RD is a multiorgan-involved disease, mainly including pancrease, parotid gland, bile duct, liver, etc.The study on the relationship between IgG4 and orbital disease is relatively few.In recent years, our study group aimed directly to the relationship between IgG4 and common orbital disease, including benign lymphoepithelial lesion of lacrimal gland, idiopathic orbital inflammatory pseudotumor, orbital lymphoma, etc.We found that IgG4 was associated with the pathogenesis and progression of these diseases. This article addressed systematically the pathogenesis of IgG4 related orbital disease and evaluated the values of IgG4 in diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and montoring of these orbital diseases based on related literature and reseaching results from our study group,in order to deepen the recognition of IgG4 related orbital diseases in ophthalmologists.
