Objective To evaluate the effect of weight managementfor the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCT) on the effect of weight management for the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure interventions were collected using the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), The Wan fang database, CBM, Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Databases (VIP), PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase, time for the construction of the database to December 2017. Quality evaluation and data extraction of the included literature. Data were analyzed with Revman5.3 software. Results Five RCTs were included in the study, with a total of 739 people. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the total score of QOL [MD=-10.38(95%CI-19.83--0.93), Z=2.15,P=0.03], QOL emotional domain score [MD=-2.45(95%CI-4.35--0.55), Z=2.53, P=0.01] and body domain score [MD=-6.61(95%CI-12.81--0.41), Z=2.09, P=0.04] of patients with chronic heart failure in weight management group were lower and statistically significant. Conclusions Weight management improve the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure, weight management improve the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure and the physical and emotional areas. However, it is necessary to carry out high-quality, large sample randomized controlled trials to confirm the above results.

OBJECTIVETo explore the impacts on physical and mental health of the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) treated with electroacupuncture (EA) or Diane 35.
METHODSSeventy-two patients of PCOS were randomized into an acupuncture group and a western medication group, 36 cases in each group. In the acupuncture group, acupuncture was applied to relieving liver stagnation and regulatingactivity at Ganshu (BL 18), Danzhong (CV 17), Qimen (LR 14), Zhongwan (CV 4), Tianshu (ST 25), Guanyuan (CV 4), Zigong (EX-CA 1), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Zusanli (ST 36) and Taichong (LR 3). Afterarrival, the electric stimulation was added for 30 min. Acupuncture treatment was given 3 times a week. In the western medication group, Diane 35 was taken since the 5th day of menstruation and lasted for 21 days. The cycle of treatment was 3 months in the two groups. Before treatment and at the end of treatment, the symptom scores were evaluated and the self-report symptom inventory, symptom checklist-90 (SCL-90) was used for the mental health evaluation and the comparison was made between the two groups.
RESULTSCompared with those before treatment in the same group, the symptom scores were reduced significantly after treatment in the two groups (both<0.01). After treatment, the symptom scores in the acupuncture group were reduced significantly as compared with those in the western medicationgroup (<0.01). After treatment, the scores of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and hostility were reduced significantly as compared with those before treatment in the acupuncture group (all<0.05). After treatment, the scores of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and phobic factor were lower significantly than those in the western medication group (all<0.05).
CONCLUSIONSEA with relieving liver stagnation and regulatingactivity reduces the symptom scores of PCOS and SCL-90 scores, acting on regulating both physical and mental conditions. The effects achieved with acupuncture are better than those with Diane 35.

Objective:To study the status and influencing factors of fertility anxiety in breast cancer patients, and analyze the relationship between social support and fertility anxiety and the mediating role of psychological resilience. Methods:From January to May, 2020, 120 young breast cancer patients were investigated by the Cancer Reproductive Anxiety Scale, the Perceived Social Support Scale, and the Self-Resilience Scale and analyze the relationship of psychological resilience, social support with fertility anxiety, as well as the mediating role of psychological resilience among them. Results:Social support, psychological resilience were significantly negatively related to fertility anxiety and all dimensions ( r value was -0.428 to -0.126, P<0.05).Social support had negative predicting effect on fertility anxiety ( β value was -0.386, P<0.001). Psychological resilience of breast cancer patients had a partial mediating role between social support and fertility anxiety, accounting for the 35.8% of the total effect. Conclusions:Psychological resilience plays an important role in alleviating the fertility anxiety of breast cancer patients. Enhancing the psychological elasticity of breast cancer patients is an effective way to alleviate the anxiety of breast cancer patients.

Objective To understand the factors that affect the pulmonary rehabilitation behavior of elderly patients with lung cancer during the post-operative transitional period, and provide reference bases for formulating the pulmonary rehabilitation plan of elderly patients with lung cancer during the transitional period and improving the compliance of pulmonary rehabilitation. Methods Based on the capability, opportunity, and motivation-behavior model(COM-B model),12 elderly lung cancer patients who underwent surgery at a tertiary A tumor hospital in Tianjin from March to July 2022 were selected for semi-structured interviews using descriptive research methods and purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using directed content analysis. Results The ability factors(physical strength and postoperative discomfort symptoms of the elderly limit lung rehabilitation exercise, lack of pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge and awareness of the importance of exercise in lung rehabilitation knowledge),opportunity factors(lack of grassroots medical and health services, limiting lung rehabilitation exercise;family and friends are important resources for promoting lung rehabilitation exercise;medical support is a guarantee for promoting lung rehabilitation exercise),motivational factors(high self-efficacy in exercise is the foundation for lung rehabilitation exercise, perception of lung rehabilitation effects increases motivation for lung rehabilitation exercise)and 7 sub themes were extracted. Conclusion There are certain obstacles and promoting factors in the transitional lung rehabilitation process for elderly lung cancer patients after surgery. It is necessary to improve their postoperative discomfort symptoms, increase their knowledge of lung rehabilitation, enhance their awareness of lung rehabilitation, face the social support role of family, friends, and medical staff, improve the infrastructure and lung rehabilitation system, increase community lung rehabilitation support, provide multi-channel high-quality lung rehabilitation resources, and promote the development of smart medical services, constructing a transitional lung rehabilitation strategy for elderly patients with lung cancer.
