Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(01):-
Plasma corticosteroid-binding globulin (CBG) was measured in 24 normal subjects, 180 cases with different diseases and 93 pregnant women. The plasma GBG level was found significantly raised in pregnancy, diabetes, decreased in Addison's disease, nephrotic syndrome, and no change in hyperthyroidism, primary liver carcinoma, Cushing's disease, Simmond-Sheehan's syndrome.
2.Investigation and analysis for community healthcare service usage in Taiyuan City and its influential factors
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2009;25(12):825-827
Objective To find out the usage of community healthcare service by citizens in Taiyuan and its influential factors, for the purpose of offering references for sustainable development of community healthcare services. Methods By means of multiphase sampling,in-home surveys were made to 800 residents in Taiyuan, recovering 768 valid questionnaires. The single factorx2 test and unconditional logistic regression analysis using SPSS13.0 software. Results The two-week visit rate is 13.28%,and two- week non-visit rate is 45.16%.Ratio of community healthcare service usage by residents surveyed was 36.72%.Factors affecting utilization of such service for residents are education level, monthly average income, and knowledge of community healthcare services. Conclusion Usage of community healthcare service is low in Taiyuan. It is recommended to improve the system of community healthcare services in Taiyuan in view of the influential factors,in order to maximize efficient usage of the service.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1996;0(08):-
Objective To compare the protective effects of midazolam and propofol at equivalent dose on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury during open heart surgery Methods Thirty six patients, scheduled for elective open heart surgery, were divided into midazolam (M), propofol (P) and no occluding (N) groups Before induction, a bolus of midazolam 0 2mg?kg -1 was given in group M or N , and a bolus of propofol 2 0mg?kg -1 in group P; after induction, midazolam was infused at 0 4mg?kg -1 ?h -1 in group M or N , and propofol at 4 0mg?kg -1 ?h -1 in group P The arterial blood samples were taken to measured the activities of serum enzymes ,at the beginning of CPB, 30min, 4, 12 and 24h after release of the aortic cross clamp Results As compared with those at at the beginning of CPB, the activities of serum enzymes increased significantly in three groups following declamping (P

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(12):-
Aqueous extract of Huaibaipi (Sophorae japonica)was shown to possess analgesic and antiinflammatory effects. It reduced rat paw edema, mice ear-swelling,and mice inflammatory peritoneal exudatinn induced by histamine, xylene, and acetic acid. It also prolong the tail-twisting time in rats stimulated by potassium ion permeation, and lengthened the leg-licking time in mice provoked by hotplate. Prolong administration can increase the weights of thymus and spleen in mice.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effects of 89Sr metastron on treating multiple osseous metastasis tumor. Methods The total 83 patients had been treated by intravenously injecting 89Sr metastron at a dose of 2.22 MBq/kg. Results Among 83 cases, 31.3% of them got complete remission, 37.3% moderate remission, and 18.1% slight remission. The total effective rate was 86.7%. The side effects were mild, and only white blood cells and platelets transiently fell by 20%. Conclusion Internal radiotherapy with 89Sr metastron is the good alternative in treating multiple osseous metastasis tumor.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(24):-
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the basic formula of Compound Salicylic Acid and Chloramphenicol Gel with orthogonal design test.METHODS:The closage of CMC-Na、glycerin and ethanol were taken as the review object with the oligation grade as the evaluation index to conduct L9(33) orthogonal test and the contents of salicyclic acid and the chloramphenicol were determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The optimized basic formula was as follows: sodium carboxymethylcellulose 3 g, glycerine 10 g, and alcohol 35 mL.The average recovery of Salicylic Acid and Chloramphenicol were 99.1% and 101.6%,the RSD were 0.8% and 1.3%.CONCLUSION: The basic formula optimized with orthogonal test is proved to be stable and serve as theoretic basis for the industrialized production of this preparation.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and pharmacoeconomic results of 3 varieties antihistamines in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria. METHODS: 96 patients with idiopathic urticaria were randomly divided into Group A, B and C, treated with mizolastine ,cetirizine and loratatine for 28 days, respectively. The therapeutic effects and recurrence within 7 days after drug withdrawl were observed, and the results were analyzed using cost-minimization analysis. RESULTS: The effective rates in Group A, B, and C were 96.7%, 94.1% and 93.8%, respectively. The recurrent rates within 7 days after discontinuation of the treatment were 40.0%, 35.3% and28.1%, respectively . The cost of drugs were 116.76 yuan, 45.64 yuan and 128.8 yuan, respectively. CONCLUSION: Cetirizine is the preferable treatment prescription for idiopathic urticaria
