Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effects of 89Sr metastron on treating multiple osseous metastasis tumor. Methods The total 83 patients had been treated by intravenously injecting 89Sr metastron at a dose of 2.22 MBq/kg. Results Among 83 cases, 31.3% of them got complete remission, 37.3% moderate remission, and 18.1% slight remission. The total effective rate was 86.7%. The side effects were mild, and only white blood cells and platelets transiently fell by 20%. Conclusion Internal radiotherapy with 89Sr metastron is the good alternative in treating multiple osseous metastasis tumor.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(1):66-69
Objective To investigate the effects of reflection diary training on nurse's clinical decision-making capability. Methods A total of 489 nurses in our hospital were enrolled in the study for tests of their clinical decision capability between July 2013 and July 2015.Two hundred forty-eight of them were set as the experiment group and two hundred forty-one of them were set as the control group at random. The reflection diary training was applied in the experiment group for one year.Result After intervention, the scores on clinical decision-making ability, clinical thinking, knowledge structure, ability in nurse-patient communication were all significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The reflection diary training can improve nurse's clinical decision-making capability and inspire their clinical thinking about the nursing problems.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the combination of gynecologic imaging reporting and data system (GI-RADS) uhrasonographic stratification and 3D contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (3D-CEUS) in identifying malignant lesions from benign ovarian masses. Methods Both of 2D ultrasound (2D-US) and 3D-CEUS were performed on 102 patients with ovarian masses. The perfusion characteristics of ovarian masses were observed with 3D-CEUS,and the 2D-US features of ovarian masses were analyzed based on GI-RADS.Simple and multiple Logistic regression analysis were used to investigate whether the independent risk predictors in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian could be confirmed. In addition,ROC curves were drawn. The diagnostic efficacy of GI-RADS combined with 3D-CEUS scoring system was evaluated and compared with that of only GI-RADS.Results Simple and multiple Logistic regression analysis confirmed that there were 8 independent predictors of malignant masses, including large papillary projections (≥7 mm),separated or wall thickness ≥3 mm,central blood flow, the proportion of solid part ≥50%,combination of ascites, high level enhancement, uneven distribution of contrast media in enhanced solid part and the vascular with characteristics as dense, tortuous and anfractuous. When using 4 points as the cut-off,the area under the curve (AUC) of GI-RADS combined with 3D-CEUS scoring system in identifying malignant ovarian masses was 0.969,higher than that of only GI-RADS (0.839;Z=1.64,P=0.029).Furthermore,the scoring system showed higher sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy (all P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of GI-RADS with 3D-CEUS can be more effective to distinguish malignant lesions from benign ovarian masses.

The prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) has already entered a key period . The patients treated in the burn and wound care ward are susceptible to viral infection because of disease, age and other factors, so it is very important to manage the burn and wound care ward during the prevention and control of NCP epidemic. In this paper, combining with the key clinical problems of prevention and control in hospital during the epidemic period of NCP infection, medical evidence, and clinical and management experience, the author formulates prevention and control management strategy of the author’s unit in order to provide reference for prevention and control of burn and wound care ward.
