Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuxuetong in treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibril-lation in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods A randomized single-blinded study was performed. A to-tal of 91 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into treat-ment group (n=45) and control group (n=46). The treatment group was received Shuxuetong and clopidogrel treatment for 14 days. The control group was given routine treatment plus clopidogrel 75 mg orally. The average time of cardioversion of parox-ysmal atrial fibrillation was detected within 48 hours. The cardioversion rate of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and the total effi-ciency were detected after14 days. The serum D-Dimer was detected before and 14 days after treatment . Liver and kidney function and adverse drug reactions were also detected. Results There was no significant difference in average time of car-dioversion of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in 48 h between two groups (h:12.62±2.32 vs 13.32±2.25,t=1.461). The cardiover-sion rates were 86.67%(39/45) and 82.22%(37/45) at 48 h and 14 d in treatment group, which were significantly higher than those of control group [69.56%(32/46) and 60.87(28/46)]. The D-Dimer at 14 d after treatment was significantly lower in treatment group [(2.05±0.34)mg/L] than before treatment[(2.61±0.27)mg/L], also than that of control group[(2.53±0.31)mg/L]. There were no abnormal liver and kidney function and no adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Shuxuetong can significantly prevent the recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease, and help to reduce the risk of thromboembolism. It is safe and effective.

Objective:To investigate the application value of magnetic resonance dynamic contrast enhancement magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) combined with microRNA-21 (miR-21) and miR-92a in the benign and malignant differentiation of bone tumors and the evaluation of their efficacy. Methods:A total of 120 patients with bone tumors were selected retrospectively from June 2018 to June 2019 in Panyu Hospital of Chinese Medicine, including 52 cases in the benign group and 68 cases in the malignant group. The DCE-MRI dynamic enhancement parameters and tumor tissue miR-21, miR-92a levels were compared between the two groups. The diagnostic value of DCE-MRI, miR-21, miR-92a levels of cancer tissue and their correlation were analyzed. Patients with bone malignant tumors were given comprehensive treatment. Six months after operation, according to the criteria of solid tumor curative effect, they were divided into good curative effect group and poor curative effect group. The DCE-MRI dynamic enhancement parameters [signal enhancement amplitude (SEE), early dynamic enhancement slope value (Slope), centripetal enhancement rate (DER)], miR-21, miR-92a levels of patients with different curative effects were compared. Results:The levels of SEE, Slope, DER and miR-21 a nd miR-92a in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group ( P<0.05); The area under curve (AUC) of DCE-MRI, miR-21, miR-92a combined in the diagnosis of benign and malignant bone tumors (0.885)>Slope(0.808)>SEE(0.788)>miR-21(0.785)>miR-92a (0.740)>DER(0.660), with sensitivity 80.88%, specificity 88.46%, respectively; the DCE-MRI dynamic enhancement parameters SEE, Slope, DER were positively correlated with miR-21 and miR-92a ( P<0.05); the DCE-MRI dynamic enhancement parameters SEE, Slope, DER and miR-21, miR-92a of patients with good curative effect were lower than those with poor curative effect ( P<0.05). Conclusions:DCE-MRI dynamic enhancement parameters, miR-21, miR-92a levels are abnormally high expression in patients with bone malignant tumors, and combined detection is expected to become an important means to identify benign and malignant bone tumors and evaluate the efficacy.

BACKGROUND:Problems regarding the prosthesis in the horizontal plane and the rotation of the femur and tibia prosthesis on line are relatively weak. The distal femoral rotation axis is mainly the transepicondylar axis. Due to patient differences as wel as anatomy and intraoperative display, it is difficult to accurately locate the axis in the process of knee arthroplasty. OBJECTIVE:To investigate application of magnetic resonance technique in determining the axis of rotation of the distal femur, to provide reference and basis for femoral rotational alignment during total knee arthroplasty. METHODS:Data of 122 cases without knee joint disease, who were diagnosed and treated in the Department of Orthopedics of Nanyang City Center Hospital from September 2014 to October 2015, were analyzed. Magnetic resonance technique was used to measure femoral epicondyle axes (STEA), femoral epicondyle axes (CTEA), the anteroposterior axis (APL) and femoral shaft (PCL). Simultaneously, magnetic resonance technique was utilized to measure femoral ankle angle (PCA), ankle twist angle (CTA), axis vertical line and ankle axis angle (PAPA). Each data were tested three times, and the average value was calculatd. We analyzed the method of magnetic resonance technique to determine reference axis of distal femoral rotation. RESULTS ANDCONCLUSION: (1) Accuracy of the angle close to surgical transepicondylar axis: 3° PCL> CTEA > APL verticalline. (2) No significant difference in PCA was detected in two sets of measurements (P> 0.05). CTA and PAPA parameters in the first measurement by magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis were significantly lower than the second measurement (P< 0.05). (3) Results indicate that magnetic resonance technology provides ideal reference for distal femoral rotation, can accurately measure the CTA, PCA, PAPA andother indicators. It is a more reliable determination method and can be used in scientific determination of femoral rotational alignment reference axis in total knee arthroplasty. Except STEA, the accuracy of 3° PCL is highest.

By using microwave extraction, a GC/MS method was developed for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons ( PAHs) content in soil which is around the discharge ditch of oily wastewater, and a correlation analysis of the content of organic matter in soil was carried out. The results showed that PAHs in the surface soil pollution were mainly from 2 to 4 rings of low molecular PAHs, and the PAHs with high molecular were not detected. Each sampling point belongs to slight or moderate pollution and the overall assessment is moderate pollution, which is middle and low lever in comparison with soil data of central regions. The origin may be the low molecular PAHs of oil pollution along with the atmospheric transmission, but it cannot be completely excluded the possibility of fuel combustion pollution. No obvious correlation was found between the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and organic matter.

Aim To investigate the effect of intrathecal injection of CCR2 antagonist on pain behaviours, spinal astrocytes activation in the spinal cord in a rat model of bone cancer pain. Methods Forty female SD rats weighing 150 ~180 g were randomly divided into five groups ( n=8 each ):(Ⅰ) sham group;(Ⅱ) sham +RS102895 group;(Ⅲ) bone cancer pain group;(Ⅳ) bone cancer pain + DMSO group;(Ⅴ) bone cancer pain+RS102895 group. Rats received i. t. injections of either RS102895 (3 g·L-1 ) 10 μl or 10%DMSO 10 μl at the time of 10-12 days after the operation. Bone cancer was induced by intra-tibial inoculation of 1 × 105 Walker 256 breast cancer cell. Mechanical hind paw withdrawal threshold test was performed one day before and at 3rd,6th,9th, 10th,11th and 12th days after surgery. Immunofluorescence was used to observe the activation of the spinal astrocytes. Results Compared with group Ⅰ, the rats in bone cancer pain group appeared obvious mechanical hyperalgesia (Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ) ,the volume, shape and mean optical den-sity ( MOD) of spinal astrocytes could be seen obvious-ly increased, groupⅡhad no obvious statistical signifi-cance (P>0. 05). Compared with group Ⅳ ,i. t. in-jections of RS102895 increased the paw mechanical withdrawal threshold, suppressed the action of astro-cytes,reduced the MOD of spinal astrocytes. Conclu-sion CCR2 might participate in the formation of bone cancer pain via activating spinal astrocytes. CCR2 will be a potential target for the treatment of bone cancer pain.
