Objective:To explore the correlations between 11C-2β-carbomethoxy-3β-(4-fluorophenyl)tropane (CFT) microPET/CT imaging and the degree of damage to dopamine neurons in the substantia nigra of midbrain and the severity of Parkinson′s disease (PD). Methods:Sixty male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were divided into PD model group ( n=48) and control group ( n=12) by random number table method. The PD model was established by injecting 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) into the right striatum. The rotational behavior test and 11C-CFT microPET/CT imaging were performed at 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks after the establishment of PD model. The radioactivity uptake values of bilateral striatum were analyzed and the radioactivity uptake ratio of injured side to healthy side was calculated. The number of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) immunoreactive positive neurons in the pars compacta of substantia nigra was counted by immunofluorescence staining, and the ratio of total number of TH positive neurons in injured side to healthy side was calculated. Data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance, the least significant difference t test and Pearson correlation analysis. Results:At 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks after the establishment of PD model, the rotation speed of PD model to the healthy side was (4.55±1.37), (8.64±1.64), (9.96±1.83) and (11.67±2.77) r/min, respectively, while there was no rotation behavior in the control group. Meanwhile, the ratios of 11C-CFT uptake and the number of TH positive neurons in the PD model group were 0.658±0.038, 0.580±0.094, 0.513±0.042, 0.394±0.065 and 0.698±0.066, 0.604±0.062, 0.546±0.064, 0.315±0.082, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (0.997±0.048 and 0.996±0.054; F values: 167.50, 169.20, both P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that 11C-CFT uptake ratio was correlated with rotation behavior (rotation speed) and TH positive neuron ratio ( r values: -0.877, 0.897, both P<0.001). Conclusion:In the PD animal model, the ratios of 11C-CFT uptake has a good correlation with the degree of damage to dopamine neurons in the substantia nigra of the midbrain (TH positive neuron ratio) and the severity of PD.

Objects:To investigate the current situation of counselors'implementation and their attitude to informed consent in Beijing. Methods:Eleven counselors who worked in Beijing were interviewed, the average of their working years was (7.4 ± 4.4).A semi-structured interview was used to learn about their practicing processes in and viewpoints on informed consent, and their interview transcripts were analyzed through qualitative method. Results:The results could be categorized into four categories, including the content of informed consent, the influential factors of informed consent, problems and confusions, and the significance of informed consent. The crucial role of informed consent in psychotherapy was generally recognized by counselors, and they could obey the related rules as well. The therapists had some confusion and problems about informed consent, such as the form and length, the consent for special population and online consultation. Conclusion:Basically, the counselors in Beijing could comply with the ethical standards of informed consent. However, they also suggest that certain limitations of these rules should be noticed.
3.Effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on preventive efficacy of nosocomial infection in ICU for severe traumatic brain injury patients
Journal of Clinical Medicine in Practice 2017;21(10):10-13
Objective To study the effect of emergency nursing on the clinical treatment time and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 98 severe traumatic brain injury patients in ICU in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing measures, and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention. The treatment time, neurological function, activity function and nosocomial infection in the two groups were compared. Results The mechanical ventilation time, ICU treatment time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group (P<0.05);After nursing, the NIHSS score and FMA score in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group (P<0.05);The incidences of pressure ulcer, wound infection, gastrointestinal tract infection, pulmonary infection and urinary tract infection in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing intervention can significantly shorten clinical treatment time, improve the neurological function and activity function, and has positive preventive effects on nosocomial infection.

OBJECTIVETo assess the value ofF-fluorodeoxyglucose (F-FDG) positron emission tomography-CT (PET-CT) in detection of primary tumor and pelvic lymph node metastasis in International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stages ⅠA2-ⅡA cervical cancer.
METHODSThe clinical data of 91 patients with FIGO stagesⅠA2-ⅡA cervical cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The sensitivity ofF-FDG PET-CT in detection of cervical cancer was calculated. The long diameter, short diameter and SUVmax were compared between metastatic lymph nodes (MLN) and non-metastatic lymph nodes (NMLN). The optimal cut-off values of different indexes were determined by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and area under curve (AUC), and the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were calculated.
RESULTS F-FDG PET-CT examinations were positive in 89 patients (89/91, 96.7%). The short diameters of NMLN and MLN were (6.50±2.31)mm and (4.21±1.49)mm(=4.855,<0.05); the SUVmax of NMLN and MLN were 4.56±3.34 and 1.92±1.41(=31.685,<0.05). ROC AUCs of the short diameter and SUVmax in diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes were 0.802 and 0.861. Taken short diameter ≥ 5.05 mm and SUVmax ≥ 2.05 as cut-off values, the corresponding sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes were 85.0%, 93.0% and 86.8%, respectively.
CONCLUSIONS F-FDG PET-CT is sensitive to detect primary lesion and pelvic lymph node metastases in FIGO stages ⅠA2-Ⅱ A cervical cancer, and the highest diagnostic accuracy may be obtained by taking short diameter ≥ 5.05 mm and SUVmax ≥ 2.05 as the standard.
