Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ZHU Lian's acupuncture-activatingmethod in treating deglutition disorder due to pseudobulbar palsy after cerebral stroke.Method Sixty patients with deglutition disorder due to pseudobulbar palsy after cerebral stroke in acute stage were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The two groups both received symptomatic neurological treatment. In the two groups, acupoints including Lianquan (CV23), Huiyan (Extra), Baihui (GV20), and bilateral Shuaigu (GB8), Wangu (GB12), Zhaohai (KI6), Lieque (LU7),and Yinlingquan (SP9) were selected. The observation group was intervened by ZHU Lian's acupuncture-activating method; the control group was intervened by ordinary needling method plus G6805 therapeutic appliance with sparse-dense wave for 20 min. Prior tothe treatment and after 10 treatment courses, the two groups were evaluated by using Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Study (VFSS) and Kubota's water drinking test for swallowing function.Result After 10 treatment courses, the total effective rate was 96.7%in the observation group versus 83.3% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the VFSS score in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.01); the water drinking test score in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.01). The results indicated that the therapeutic efficacy was more significant in the observation group compared to that in the control group. Conclusion ZHU Lian's acupuncture-activating method can produce a more significant efficacy in treating deglutition disorder due to pseudobulbar palsy after cerebral stroke in acute stage compared with sparse-dense-wave electroacupuncture.

Objective To study the treating effect of middle and high doses of acetone and aether extracts from Rumex.Japonicus Houtt on mouse thrombocytopenia. Methods 80 BACB/C mice were randomly divided into 5 groups(n=16): negative control group(salad oil),middle dose(0.5 g?kg-1) and high dose(5 g?kg-1)of acetone and aether extracts groups. All mice in various group were injected with cyclophos-phamide(0.3 mL/20 g) by hypodermic for 3 d to set up the thrombocytopenic model;after mouse thrombocytopenic model was successfully set up,the mice were given salad oil, middle and high doses of acetone and aether extracts, respectively,by gastric perfusion,20 d later the mice were executed, the numbers of the platelet, red cells and white cells were determined. Results ①The numbers of platelet numbers of all groups on the 14th day after making model decreased significantly(P0.05).Conclusion Middle and high doses of acetone and aether extracts have obviously curative effect on mouse thrombocytopenia.

Objectives:To determine the expressions of decoy receptors (DcR1 and DcR2) of TRAIL in carcinoma of endometrium. Methods:The expressions of DcR1 and DcR2 in endometrium tissues from 13 carcinoma of endometrium and 7 normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results: The expressions of DcR1 and DcR2 in carcinoma of endometrium were much lower than in normal endometrium. Conclusions:The decreasing of DcR1 and DcR2 in carcinoma of endometrium may be concerned with its pathogenesis, which may be related to the prevention of endometrium from carcinomatous change.

BACKGROUND: In recent years, with the progress of shock therapy as well as the establishment and promoted application of arterial bypass grafting, thrombolytic therapy, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, extracorporeal circulation on cardiac surgery, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, limb replantation, and organ transplantation, blood reperfusion in multiple organs after ischemia has been achieved. However, the organs which undergo a period of ischemia appear to have the performance of damage aggravation.OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research progress of MG53 protein in protecting five organs from ischemia/reperfusion injury, thereby providing reference for further in-depth study.METHODS: A computer-based online search of PubMed, Duxiu Knowledge Search and CNKI databases was performed for relevant literatures puldished between 1986 and 2016. The key words were MG53, TRIM, Mitsugumin53, ischemic, reperfusion, preconditioning, postconditioning, RISK, membrane damage, Connexin43, KChIP2 in English and MG53, ischemia/reperfusion in Chinese. Finally 61 eligible articles were reviewed in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: As a muscle-specific TRIM family protein, endogenous MG53 is involved in the repair of muscle cytomembrane damage, and the protective effects of ischemic preconditioning and postconditioning. Exogenous recombinant human MG 53 protein not only repairs membrane damage of various muscles and non-muscle cells, but also protects the myocardium, skeletal muscle, brain, lung and kidney from ischemia/reperfusion injury.

Objective To investigate the reasons of higher result of CK-MB than the total CK with the immune suppression method for deteting serum CK-MB and solution methods. Methods Selected 68 cases of inpatients with myocardial infarc-tion from Department of Cardiology,32 cases of malignant tumor from Internal Medicine-Oncology,including 8 cases of liver cancer,6 cases of lung cancer,6 cases of gastric cancer,5 cases of neuroblastoma,4 cases of breast cancer and 3 cases of o-varian cancer and 16 cases of cirrhosis from Department of Gastroenterology, and at the same time, selected 100 cases of healthy persons as control group from Out-patient Health Examination Center of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital.Used Roche MODUALR automatic biochemical analyzer to detected the activity of serum CK-MB with the immune suppression method and the activity of total CK with the enzyme coupling rate method. Results In 68 cases of inpatients with myocardial infarction, the activity of serum CK-MB of 2 1 cases were individually increased, the activity of total CK of 3 9 cases were in-creased,and the two indexes of 30 cases were increased in the same period. In 32 cases of inpatients with malignant tumor, the activity of serum CK-MB of 1 1 cases were individually increased, the activity of total CK of 3 cases were increased and the two indexes of 3 cases were also increased. The activity of serum CK-MB of 6 cases were individually increased in 1 6 ca-ses of cirrhosis. Conclusion The immune inhibition assay for the detection of CK-MB as the diagnosis index of myocardial infarction had certain defects, and the higher activity of CK-MB could be highly associated with some severe inflammation, malignant tumor.
6. Analysis of application effect of water circulation blanket combined with warming flushing fluid in patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2019;35(19):1466-1469
Objective:
To analyze the application effect of water circulation blanket combined with warming flushing fluid in patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
Methods:
A total of 86 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy who underwent surgery from January 2015 to August 2018 were enrolled in Gaochun People's Hospital of Nanjing. The prospective study was used and the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for 43 patients in each group. The control group used conventional heat preservation measures and warming flushing fluid, and the treatment group used water circulation blanket combined with warming flushing fluid. The stress response, coagulation function, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results:
The body temperature, mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the treatment group 1 hour after surgery were (37.04±0.30) °C, (94.12±8.24) mmHg, (82.06±7.82) times/min, respectively, after the completion of the operation, the indexes were (36.97±0.40) °C, (95.36±8.15) mmHg, and (82.78±8.21) times/min. The control group 1 hour after surgery indexes was (36.74±0.36) °C, (90.12±8.21) mmHg, (85.78±8.32) times/min, after the completion of the operation, the indexes were (35.76±0.42) °C, (90.42±6.54) mmHg, and (90.32±7.43) times/min. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (
