Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CT scanning in preoperative location diagnosis of cryptorchidism.Methods 21 patients with eryprorchidism aged frorri 1 to 50 had neither signs nor ultrasonic indication and got CT scanning before operation,all of them were confirmed by operation.Results 2 of 21 were bilateral and 19 were unilateral after operation.CT scanning indicated all of them correctly.Conclusion CT scanning has fast speed,higher resolution and less subjective than ultrasonogmphy.CT scanning can show structure of testis and peripheral tissue better especially with contrast agent.CT scanning in preoperative location diagnosis of cryptorchidism has high accuracy.

Objective To study the CT symptom and diagnosis value of pancreatic trauma. Methods Retro-spectively analyzed the CT and clinical data of 11 pancreatic trauma. Results Bleeding,edema in pancreas parenehy-ma, uprightness low density lines appear along long axis of pancreas when enhancement were performed ,which werethe direct symptom of pancreatic trauma and rupture; hematoeele, hydrops around pancreas, front fascia of left kidney broaden, pancreatic pseudoeyst pneumatosis in bile duet, which were the indirect symptom of pancreatic trauma. Con-clusion CT is the first choice in the diagnosis of pancreatic trauma. Master the CT symptom and make right diag-nosis, which were important to clinical operation.

Objectives To explore polymorphisms of CD152 gene promoters (-1722T/C,-1661A/G) and exon1 (+49A/G) in children with idiopathic ischemic stroke and assess the association between these polymorphisms with the disease. Methods Us-ing the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method, polymorphisms in the CD152 exon1 region (+49A/G) and promoter regions (-1722T/C,-1661A/G) were genotyped in 51 Han children with idiopathic ischemic stroke and 74 healthy Han children. Results The CD152 genotypes in control group and idiopathic ischemic stroke children were consistent to principle of Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium (HWE) byχ2 test. The CD152+49GG genotypes and G allele frequency in the patients showed a signiifcant increase compared to the controls (χ2=7.053, 6.351, P<0.05). However, the CD152-1722T/C,-1661A/G genotypes and allele frequency showed no signiifcant difference between 2 groups (P>0.05). Clinical features (hemi-paresis, dysarthria, seizures, consciousness change, and preceding infections) did not show signiifcant correlation with genotypes and frequency of the CD152+49 polymorphisms in children with idiopathic ischemic stroke (P>0.05). Conclusions The CD152+49A/G polymorphisms may relate to idiopathic ischemic stroke.

Objective:To develop a chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay ( CMIA) method for the determination of meco-balamin in human serum to investigate the pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of mecobalamin. Methods:A single oral dose of two kinds of mecobalamin was given to 19 healthy volunteers in a randomized three-period crossover study. The concentrations of mecobal-amin in serum were assayed by CMIA, the main pharmacokinetic parameters were analyzed by DAS 3. 0 software, and the bioequiva-lence was evaluated. Results: The main pharmacokinetic parameters of test and reference mecobalamin tablets were as follows: tmax were (4.2 ±1.9)h and (4.4 ±2.4)h,Cmax were (322.0 ±145.4) ng·L-1 and (282.2 ±108.1) ng·L-1,t1/2 were (19.2 ±5.3) h and (20.0 ±6.3)h,AUC0-72 were (6 769.1 ±2 169.4) ng·h·L-1 and (6 400.6 ±1 921.5) ng·h·L-1. F(0-72) and F(0-∞) of the test tablets was 105. 9% ± 13. 2% and 104. 9% ± 12. 6%,respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple and precise. The two tablets are bioequivalent.

Objective To investigate the apoptotic effect of the transmembrane form vaccine of human blood group A mimotope on malignant melanoma cell line B16. Methods B16 cells were transfected with different recombinant plasmid through Lipofectamine 2000 and incubated with different concentration of monoclonal anti-A antibody at 2.5 μg/ml, 5 μg/ml,10 μg/ml and 20 μg/ml. Apoptosis rate of cells was determined with Annexin Ⅴ/PI double staining by flow cytometry. Results Apoptosis rate to P/F-M-pIRES group B16 cells was 74.74% when anti-A monoclonal antibody concentration was 10 μg/ml; apoptosis rate of plasmids carrying peptide/Fas fusion gene such as P/F-M-pIRES group and P/F-pIRES group were significantly higher than M-pIRES group and pIRES group. The apoptosis rate was statistically significantly different between different recombinated plasmid groups (F＝669.707,P＜0.01). The apoptosis rate was statistically significantly different between different antibody groups (F＝106.596,P＜0.01). The interaction between recombinated plasmid groups and antibody groups was statistically significant (F＝34.806,P＜0.01). Conclusions The transmembrane form vaccine of human blood group A mimotope could induce B16 cell apoptosis in vitro. This vaccine may be a promising candidate for potential malignant melanoma therapy.

Medical students face higher levels of stress compared to the general population. Statistical analyses of questionnaire surveys were made to compare the teaching effect between traditional teaching and PBL.The results indicate that the PBL teaching is more conducive to students to relief from the course-related stress in medical colleges.

Objective To analyze the clinical value of gastric bacterial cultivation in the early diagnosis of bacterial infection in preterm infants.Methods 174 preterm with risk perinatal factors of infection in NICU of Chang’an Hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were collected,they were given the gastric juice cultivation checking in 1 hour after birth before eat-ing,watering and giving medicine.According to the clinical symptoms and laboratory test results,they were divided into the infected group and non-infected group.Their Gastric cultivation inspection was compared and analyzed in two groups.Results The positive rate of bacterial culture of gastric fluid was 40.8% (71/174),and located in the top four is Escherichia coli 30.99% (22/71),coagulase-negative staphylococci 21.13%(15/71),Staphylococcus aureus 14.08%(10/71)and group B streptococcus 8.45% (6/71).There was relation between premature infants with bacterial culture positive and meconium stained amniotic fluid,maternal infection during pregnancy,premature rupture of membranes,but not with gestational hyper-tension,fever unrelated to the mother giving birth.Conclusion There was high positive rate of gastric juice bacterial culture with a significant correlation of early onset infection.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum glycyl-proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase(GPDA)combined with carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA),carbohydrate antigen724 (CA724),carbohydrate antigen242 (CA242) in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods Collected in Changan hospital in patients with gastric cancer and atrophic gastritis patients and healthy subjects 60 cases,by TBA-120FR biochemical analyzer glycyl-proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase (GPDA),chemiluminescence analyzer to detect the levels of serum CEA,CA724 and CA242,analysis of single detection and joint detection and the differences between the positive rate and sensitivity.Results The detection of GPDA in gastric cancer group was significantly lower than that in atrophic gastritis group and healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant (F=69.532,P=0.000).The results of CEA,CA724 and CA242 in gastric cancer group were higher than those in atrophic gastritis group and healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant (CEA:F=59.926,P=0.001;CA724:F=51.056,P =0.001;CA242:F =72.613,P =0.000).Serum GPDA,CEA,CA724 and CA242 single detection positive rate were 70 ％,45 ％,61.7 ％ and 50 ％.Tumor markers CEA,CA724,CA242 positive rate of three joint detection was 75％.Serum GPDA and tumor markers of CEA,the positive rate of CA724 and CA242 combined detection of four was 86.7％.The positive rate of three and higher than that of single detection,the difference was statistically significant (F=49.635,P=0.003).Serum GPDA,CEA,CA724 and CA242 single detection sensitivity was 70.2 ％,50.2 ％,67.3 ％ and 53.2％.Tumor markers CEA,CA724,CA242 three joint detection sensitivity was 85.6％.Serum GPDA and tumor markers CEA,CA724 and CA242 four joint detection sensitivity was 90.3％.The sensitivity was higher than the three items and the individual tests,and the difference was statistically significant (F=52.016,P =0.001).Conclusion GPDA joint CEA,CA724 and CA242 tumor markers detection can improve the positive rate and sensitivity in early diagnosis of gastric cancer,but it will not reduce the diagnostic specificity,the clinical diagnosis of early gastric cancer has important significance and value.

Objective To discuss the indications,technical skills and the therapeutic effects of percutaneous lumbar diskectomy(PLD) for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in patients over 70 years.Methods From August 2004 to July 2008,PLD was performed in 48 patients(aged 70-79) with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.A total of 58 lumbar intervertebral disc herniations were detected,all of which were encapsulated intervertebral disc herniation.Fifty-two patients,who showed similar symptoms,signs and same imaging manifestations and were 70-81 years old,were randomly selected as control group to receive conservative treatment.Results Of 56 lumbar intervertebral disc herniations,54 were successfully punctured with a successful rate of 96.4%.All patients were followed up.The excellent rate and the effective rate at 6 months were 29.1% and 52.1% respectively for PLD group,while that were 19.2% and 36.5% respectively for control group.The excellent rate and the effective rate at 12 months were 25.0% and 47.9% respectively for PLD group,while that were 17.3% and 32.7% respectively for control group.At both 6 and 12 months after the treatment,the therapeutic effects of PLD group were significantly better than that of control group,the difference were statistically significant(?2=7.45,P

Objective To evaluate the role of autophagy in HL-1 cardiomyocyte injury induced by lipopolysaccharide( LPS).Methods Primary cultured HL-1 cardiomyocytes were randomly divided into 4 groups ( n =15each): normal control group( group C),LPS group,rapamycin( a autophagy inducer) group( group R) and 3-MA(a autophagy inhibitor) group.In group C cardiomyocytes were cultured continuously for 24 h.In group LPS cardiomyocytes were incubated with LPS (final concentration 1 μg/ml) for 24 h.In groups R and 3-MA,rapamycin and 3-MA was given 48 h before LPS (final concentration 1 μg/ml) incubation with final concentration of 0.2 μg/ml and 10 mmol/L respectively.The lipidated microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 Ⅱ (LC3 Ⅱ ) expression,mitochondrial membrane potential,autophagosome number and optical density of mitochondria were determined,and ultrastructure of mitochondria was observed at 4 h of LPS incubation.Apoptosis rate and Caspase-3 activity were determined at 24 h of LPS incubation.Results LPS significantly increased LC3 Ⅱ expression,autophagosome number,optical density of mitochondria,apoptosis rate and Caspase-3 activity,decreased mitochondrial membrane potential in group LPS as compared with group C ( P ＜ 0.05).The LC3 Ⅱ expression,autophagosome number and mitochondrial membrane potential were higher,optical density of mitochondria,apoptosis rate and Caspase-3 activity lower in group R than in group LPS( P ＜ 0.05).The LC3 Ⅱ expression,autophagosome number and mitochondrial membrane potential were lower,optical density of mitochondria,apoptosis rate and Caspase-3 activity higher in group 3-MA than in group LPS (P ＜ 0.05).Mitochondrial histopathologic injury was reduced in group R and aggravated in group 3-MA as compared with group LPS.Conclusion Autophagy can reduce LPS-induced HL-1 cardiomyocyte injury by improving mitochondrial function and inhibiting apoptosis.
