With the recent progress of molecular biological technique, the modulated mechanism of NF-?B in immunity, stress, inflammatory responses, and the differentiation and growth of lymphocyte has been the focus. This review presents the role of NF-?B in ischemia-reperfusion and cardiopulmonary bypass, and the research progression of intervention therapy in inhibition of the activation of NF-?B is also introduced herein after.
3.Influence of science and technology development on harmonious doctor-patient relationship
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2014;27(2):121-123
Universal health has been highly valued by the public and the government, and medical science and technology have been much improved. However, these are accompanied by a complex situation of doctor-patient relationship. We discuss here that humanism be fostered in medical education and clinical practice.A harmonious doctor-patients relationship can be maintained only when patientcentered medical service is applied and humanistic care is integrated but not overly dependent on technology and seeing patient as mere cases.

AIM: To access the difference of the efficacy between terbinafine and itraconazole in the treatment of dermatophyte onychomycosis. METHODS: The Medline, Science Direct On Site (SDOS), and Springer database were searched in detail on the data of the mycological cure rates of the two antifungal agents for treatment of dermaphyte onychomycosis occourring in patients aged from 18 a to 60 a with the published double blind randomized clinical trials and then pooled. The odds ratio (OR) and its 95 % confidence interval (CI) were calculated. RESULTS: Six treatises of double blind randomized clinical trials were selected for this analysis according to the screening criteria. The mycological cure rate of continuous terbinafine 250 mg per day was higher than that of either therapeutic effect of itraconazole pulse 400 mg per day (OR = 5.01, 95 % CI (3.42 - 7.33)) or continuous itraconazole 200 mg per day (OR = 2.58, 95 % CI (1.91 - 3.49)) . CONCLUSION: Terbinafine is more effective than itraconazole in the treatment of dermatophyte onychomycosis.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(18):2459-2463
OBJECTIVE:To provide policy recommendations for optimizing medicines distribution system reform in China.METHODS:Literature review and field investigation were used to mapping the medicines distribution system. Problems and influ-ential factors were analyzed and policy recommendations for optimizing the medicines distribution system reform were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Medicines distribution system has been undergoing a rapid development and transformation under the overall health system reform. Most medicines distributors are still with small scale, low concentration, high cost, low profitabil-ity,lack of core competence, development of new form facing challenges. A large number of drug distributors still follow the tradi-tional business model, know little about modern drug supply chain management, and not understand their appropriate roles under the new social and economic development. Medical E-commerce face both opportunities and challenges in the process of develop-ing. Drug distribution industry needs vertical and horizontal integration, speeds up the socialization of the third party logistics and the healthy development of the medical electricity supplier, improves and perfects the drug distribution supervision system which is suitable for the healthy development of new form.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2002;0(02):-
Objective To introduce a method of dorsal augmentation rhinoplasty using autogenous septal cartilage. Methods Autogenous septal cartilage was obtained through a standard septoplasty approach. Graft was cut into single oval, or divided into two or three parts, then the cartilage was sutured by means of a mattress suture; or graft was made into an inverted V frame, depending on size and shape of dorsal depression, and finally graft was inserted for augmentation of dorsum. Results Since May 1989 to Dec. 2001, this technique was performed in 43 patients, 6 men and 37 women, with a range of 17-35 years and a mean age of 24 years. Follow-up ranged from 6 months to 5 years. The authors asserted the sustained satisfactory outcomes. Conclusion Autogenous septal graft is technically simple and relatively free of complication. Long-term evaluations show no absorption of grafts and preservation of desired shape.

Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2003;0(02):-
Objective: To seek the direct evidence of myocardial inflammatory activation in a cohort of patient undergoing surgery on cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Methods: Twenty patients undergoing surgery on CPB had plasma samples obtained for tumor necrosis factor-? (TNF-?), perioperatively. Myocardial tissue samples were obtained intraoperatively, both pre-and post-CPB. Myocardial nuclear factor ?B (NF-?B) nuclear translocation and plasma TNF-? concentrations were analyzed by standard enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Cross clamp times, CPB times and the time to extubation were recorded. The change of myocardial NF-?B nuclear translocation and plasma TNF-? concentrations was assessed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). The regression analysis was utilized to define the correlations among the optical densities of NF-?B, concentrations of plasma TNF-?, influencing factors and heart function. Results: (1) Seventeen patients had NF-?B nuclear translocation before initiation of CPB, the optical density (OD) of myocardial NF-?B was significantly increased at the end of CPB in nineteen patients. (2) The correlation between the activity of NF-?B and concentration of TNF-? was signi ficant. (3) The correlation between the activity of NF-?B and clinic outcomes and other influencing factors was not significant. Conclusion: Myocardial inflammatory activation may be present in the patients before CPB. CPB could increase the activity of myocardial NF-?B.
