Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture treatment and conventional drug treatment on cervical disease with severe sleep disorders.Methods 80 cervical disease patients with severe sleep disorders were randomly divided into acupuncture group (n=40) and conventional drug group (n=40) according to the digital table.The conventional drug group was given alprazolam tablets,the acupuncture group was given acupuncture.2 weeks for a course,the two groups were treated for 2 courses.The subjective pain was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS),the sleep quality was assessed by PSQI,the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The scores of VAS in acupuncture group and conventional group were (1.08±0.66)points and (2.53±0.75)points,which were decreased significantly (t=7.175 and 5.264,all P<0.01),and the decrease of VAS in acupuncture group was greater than that in control group (t=5.663,P<0.01).The scores of PSQI,sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency,and daytime function in the acupuncture group and the conventional group were (2.60±0.12)points and (4.24±0.15)points,(0.52±0.20)points and (0.95±0.35)points,(0.42±0.30)points and (0.45±0.28)points,(0.45±0.18)points and (0.72±0.20)points,(0.38±0.18)points and (0.40±0.14)points,(0.43±0.15)points and (0.78±0.30)points,(0.30±0.16)points and (0.94±0.40)points,which were significantly lower than those before treatment (t=14.502 and 10.265,9.431 and 7.312,8.873 and 7.062,7.607 and 6.313,7.492 and 6.815,8.263 and 5.672,8.141 and 5.515,all P<0.01).The sleep quality,sleep time,sleep disturbance,and daytime function score of the acupuncture group were significantly higher than those of the control group (t=7.719,4.633,5.141,4.223,5.645,all P<0.01).The total effective rate in the acupuncture group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (87.5%),the difference was statistically significant (x2=9.372,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment has exact effect in the treatment of cervical disease with severe sleep disorders,it can significantly reduce the pain score,improve sleep quality,it is simple and convenient,and worthy of clinical application.

[Objective]To explore the warming and nourishing thought and diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics of FENG Zhaozhang,a doctor of the Zhejiang faction of traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]Using the method of literature research,this study sorted out the relevant discussions on the warming and nourishing thought in the Fengshi Jinnang Milu,combined with FENG Zhaozhang's own medical cases and relevant theoretical knowledge of the warming and nourishing school,and summarized FENG Zhaozhang's warming and nourishing thought and diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics.[Results]FENG Zhaozhang's warming and nourishing thought embodies the concept of"taking Kan and filling Li".It takes true Yin and Yang as the innate and postnatal basis,and clarifies that the essence of internal injury and fever is caused by fire emptiness.By distinguishing the pulses of the congenital and central viscera,the pathogenesis is identified,and a treatment method of"regulating,calming,following and soothing"is proposed;FENG's theory emphasizes regulating and nourishing true Yin and Yang,making good use of medicinal herbs to restrain fire and bringing it back to its original state.He paid attention to the way and dosage form of medication to exert its efficacy,proposed the principle of"supplementing and proceeding",and attached importance to nourishment in the later stage of the disease.His self-created formula Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction,is a representative formula that embodies the idea of"taking Kan and filling Li"for warming and nourishing.[Conclusion]FENG Zhaozhang's diagnosis and treatment of diseases is based on the principle of prioritizing Yin and Yang,with a fundamental approach,strict principles and precise medication.This provides an effective diagnostic and treatment approach for treating severe and stubborn diseases,as well as difficult and miscellaneous diseases,which is worth promoting and learning from.
