Objective To investigate the effect of total knee arthroplasty on the clinical efficacy and quality of life in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 66 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group (n =33)and study group (n =33),treated by sodium hyaluronate injection, and total knee replacement (TKA),respectively. The WOMAC osteoarthritis index score, maximum knee flexion angle, visual analogue scale (VAS),KSS knee score, motor function, quality of life, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared in two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the WOMAC osteoarthritis index score of the study group was lower, the maximum flexion angle of knee joint was larger, the VAS score and knee joint KSS score were higher, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The improvement of motor function and quality of life after treatment was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Total knee replacement for elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis can improve quality of life and knee function of patients.

3.Application status and prospect of wearable devicesin breast cancer patients
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2020;26(16):2237-2240
Wearable devices play roles by software support, data interchange and cloud interchange which has a wide application prospect and superiority in breast cancer patients. This paper reviewed the check, chemotherapy effect, symptom management and health behavior promotion of wearable devices in breast cancer patients to explore the challenge of this new technology and prospect so as to provide a basis for further researches.
